Very inexperienced auto parts store. This auto parts store does not know how to verify fitment. They order expensive non-returnable parts from small businesses, open them, and then return them when they don't fit sticking small businesses with the bill across the United States.
The most important thing about an auto parts store is the competence to verify fitment, this store lacks that, and should be avoided, there are better options elsewhere.
A wonderful auto parts store that sells high quality OE products. For instance their brake pad kitd come with new springs and pins.
They also machine parts including rotors! Open every day of the week.
You ever go to an auto store to buy parts like brake pads (or whatever) and the they offer you four different brands at wildly different prices, and you ask them "which one should I choose" and they are like "well this one is the cheapest... " ?
Never again!
Simon has been doing this for long enough that he not only knows which one of those replacement parts is the cheapest, but also which one is going to last longer, or has a better warranty, or is actually made by the OEM who originally built parts for the car, and he will make sure to order the one that will work best for you. I love that.

After looking at every hardware auto part store in my area for a span of three weeks, CQ Auto Parts came through with exactly what I needed. The owner was very attentive patient, as he searched for something that would work for me. I will definitely visiting again for any of my auto part needs. Highly recommend.
If you want a good selection of air fresheners, then go to O'reily, but if you want the correct part for your vehicle, go to CQ. They carry parts that no one else carries and they have better prices as well. The employees are also well acquainted with their products and inventory. Very lucky that we have CQ in Chatsworth. Thank you guys!
I had previously went to autozone and they didn't have a thermostat nor spark plugs and the employee didn't have much knowledge. My friend took me to CQ auto parts and not only did he give original parts he also informed me of things I would be needing for the current job. Very kind and honest owner.
Shop local! CQ is simply the best auto parts shop around. Amazing Service. The nicest people work at the shop. Just ask and they probably can get you whatever you need or know who can.
Every time I go in and see Simon he is friendly and helpful. Usually when you go into a parts store you have to haggle to get a good price...at CQ he is already lower than the big box guys across the street without even asking! Support the small business like CQ! Keep your money local - it's worth it.
Needed a GM OEM Fuel Pump Hardness cable and this place had it and at a great price (1/2 the cost of Dealer price) just in time for my installation today 04-06-15. Purchased at 8pm on 04-05-16. Thanks Guys
