  I called and they were not helpful, I asked if they take junk cars and obviously the name says junk cars I was just making sure because it sounded like she said it was something else when she answered the phone. I told her my car wasn't parked and that if they can give me a quote and she hung up on me it wasn't accidental, bad service.

  Thought they were local... They are not! Guy/ Girl that answered... was polite but told me there isn't a high demand for this vehicle for parts. I know that's wrong because my husband went to a junk yard to get a side view mirror and they said people are looking for this vehicle. They offered barely over $100 with this company. The two mirrors alone are worth that. Maybe I should part it out myself. They shouldn't advertise as being in Visalia if it goes to a call center.
