Great customer service and they are very nice we can in with a truck full of bottles and cans and they helped us unload and even helped us carry our stuff back.
It's a good recycling business. Fast, friendly, honest, and the closest to my house. CA CRV sorted properly is necessary, others won't have to waste time standing in line.
The owner is respectable honest and he is a good person his employees are honest also because if anything happens they'll be fire on the spot just saying but just make sure you don't have any water any liquids on your plastic just make sure your plastic is clean and they treat you out I'm glad that I go there every time and I have no problem with them trust me if you go to other places you're going to have a problem but not here with them they're good people they're honest I love the owner is good to the people and I think everybody should come by if they're in the Visalia neighborhood
This is the only place I go to recycle my water bottles. I usually go during the weekday, but this time I went on a Saturday... Well it was pretty busy. I know it's a department store but geez the smell is a major complaint I have. I did gag a few times. I must say that the employee that was there helped me with the container filled with my bottles, they normally have the men that go to recycle their stuff pick up the heavy container. I really appreciate the help. A bit of advice take and wear disposable gloves. Also have hand sanitizer ready so you can give your hands a good "cleaning" untill you can get to some soap and water. Stay safe and ready to combat those germs. Fair price.
As they were pouring my cans they spilled some out and they didn't pick them up and count them. Times like this we need every penny to help put food on the table.
Took in a few bags of plastics and some glass.I usually get quite a bit at other places but I feel like I got skimmed a few dollars here.Only come here sunday's last resort.
they are very slow at times, could take longer than one hour to cash out, but they pay the most knowing almost all the other recycle centers on the northside of town closed down.
I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this recycling center. They were friendly and curtious. They explained to me how the process works and helped me. I didn't have to worry about stepping on nails. I am very happy to have found this place and I will be back! Thank you

And the bad thing is the owner didn't have a place to drain the bottles cz some of then aren't completely empty and it's bad for the place and environment. Hope the owner read this . But after all they have my 5 stars.

04/17/19 i well I come back at the same place on this date again when my truck full of recycles it takes me like a 2 hours to Soldier all my stuff I finally did it and then I decide to come back. And give it them out good review again which is mean I'll get them 5 stars because their honesty the thing that I will check and be sure you get the money that you work for it they helped me a little bit to sort all the stuff but it was a lot of people today and they do the best I can but definitely I highly recommend this place 4 they honesty and pay the right amount for you recycling. Even this time I got a receipt which is good cuz you know how much weight are you selling to them I will recommend if you care ask for it and always be aware every time white paint weight specific item write down the weight that you selling them and compared the weights that they take writing down on the receipt it's a good thing to do. So definitely I will come back with no doubt next time. The other thing that I was mention it oh my first review they still need container for disposal you liquids there's something that the owner how to take care of it or he will lose my 5 Stars
Have been frustrated at every other local recycling place but love this one. Every employee that I've met is cheerful and so friendly. Even if the weather is bad or terribly hot, they will always have a smile for you. They pay a very good rate and is worth finding.
