Great service! They helped me with my little truck 4 times! The first time was by Lincoln School to my job site & my truck didn’t wanna start so i called them again to tow it from my job site to the mechanics on Honolulu st. Third time was from my house in Strathmore TO THE mechanics in Lindsay & this last time was from Lindsay’s Fast Trip to Strathmore! i sure will call them again! Go company!
They they go above and beyond to help, just tell him your situation don't leave anything out and they will try to see what they can do. And they have good bedside manners. That's important to me...
When my sister went to Tow Pro to retrieve her car, one of the employees asked her if she knew who owned my specific car, saying they’d “been trying to get that car for a while.” That comment was not only unprofessional, it came across as predatory. especially considering the car hadn’t been parked in a tow zone in weeks.
I get that towing is part of the job, but employees should not be discussing or “watching” specific vehicles like it’s personal. It raises serious concerns about how decisions are made and whether certain people are being unfairly targeted.
If you operate in this industry, basic professionalism and neutrality should be the minimum. This experience has made me feel extremely uneasy about a lot.
Great company, they were fast and friendly got me back into my car in no time at all.
Will definitely use Tow Pro in the future if need be.

Staff and management went above and beyond for me.... I had to come from out of town to pick up an impound for someone. They were very helpful on the phone when I was checking ahead to see what I needed to bring, and they were conscientious about letting me know about some mechanical concerns. It was very thoughtful and considerate of them to keep in mind my situation before having me drive away in a strange vehicle. Thank you.
Great customer service, When I called I was quoted a good price, for a vehicle tow. he told me the time he can be on site and said he would call once on his way. Very efficient and friendly. Would use again & would recommend this company. Thank you!
Everytime I have called TowPro no matter the auto reason everyone there has always been so courteous to me. If they couldn't come right away they made sure I explored every option and had as much knowledge as I could to troubleshoot my vehicle issues with no irritation in their voice. They are also the cheapest in town for a 30+ mile tow

My keys got locked in my car last night, joe was very accurate on timing, and his services was quick. His prices are very cheap. Although my tint and rubber got a little ruined during the process I’m still very appreciated. Sometimes yu have to take the good with bad. Again thank yu Joe !!!
Be careful with these so called business my SUV was impounded here and when I went to go pick up my vehicle after 30 days the response I received was contact the CHP office so when I did I found out my SUV was stolen from his yard. Now what kind of business has no security what's so ever and doesn't know how to contact owners of vehicle to inform them of situation. Straight up shady not trustworthy at all I would never recommend this place! When they recovered my SUV they wouldn't even let me see if there was any damages done to it. Horrible people!
