The most recent manager Christine was super helpful during a time of need. We were very grateful for her kindness, and were glad to spend some time here. The RV park and campgrounds have experienced a number of improvements compared to the past under previous management, and we hope these most welcome investments in customer satisfaction continue to make the place better and better.

We were at one of the 2 pull through sites during off season. It was level and large enough for our 35’ class A with tow vehicle. The river was beautiful, but I’m 70 and the path down was too steep for me. We enjoyed hiking around the area. The laundry room was discustingly dirty and wash was $4 per load. The game room was in total disarray and also needed a good cleaning.

If you have a motorhome, 5th wheel, or large travel trailer, just don’t. In our 36 foot motorhome we encountered low tree branches and narrow lanes. We stayed here for one night in a “pull through” site. Had to use a three point turn to get lined up to park. Just enough room for our motorhome to fit, but had to put a lot of blocks down to get level. Electricity and water worked fine. Entering the park, there are a lot of “full time” trailers. Pretty clean, but like a ghost town. Only a few of the trailers appeared occupied. The whole place had an air of “run down”. The pool was murky and in need of maintenance. Bathrooms had multiple signs warning you to flush multiple times to clear the toilet, while also a notice about overflow issues with the septic system. Want WiFi? Forget about it. Supposedly they have starlink, but it was a pain to log on and extremely slow if it worked. We could not make or receive phone calls either - no cell service (AT&T or Verizon).

We were here for 1 night in early October. This campground doesn’t appear to be well-maintained at all, it seemed to be mainly full-timers, and overall a bit ˋsketchy’. We were in site O, which at first seemed great because the map showed us right along the river, however there were conflicting signs how to get to it. We eventually found the trail, but the river was disappointing was not worth the effort. Site 0 was small (we were in a 25ft motorhome) but adequate. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Renegade 35ft - early May - Site G pull thru - we were about the only ones there. Very quiet. Nice area & park. Online reservations showed nothing for us. Called and left a message. Jason immediately called back and told us he had a pull-thru for us. Site was secluded & great. Used Starlink. One small road into the park. Getting out was a little tight but manageable. We camped at Del Loma RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

My mother in-law lives here in the park...she has wonderful neighbors and wonderful floors that I installed for her. Always a lovely place to visit.

We will never stay here again. They require you to clean the dishes before you leave, but there was no sponge or tool to do so. Cabin was very dirty, beyond what would be expected for a rural environment. Worst TP ever. TV did not work.

A diamond in the rough. Beautiful area with great river access, nice pool, good Wi-Fi, etc. I wish the tent sites were a little bigger. Still I’d recommend.

Wow, just returned to Del Loma after 3 years and just after the new owners took over. What a transformation. Great venue for our family reunion. Impressed by all the improvements and activities for all ages of the family. Kids had a great time in the pool, disc golf, mini golf. Fun campfires and a super sense of community. My wife and I found the improvements to the cabins charming. Location on the river is superb. Cannot say enough good things. Loved it!!!

The place is an over priced dump . Mouse droppings in the silverware drawer. A crusty pan of tater tots left in the oven. The grime Behind the refrigerator that did not function upon arrival, so a lot of food we brought went to waste. You to can experience all of that and more at the Del Loma “RESORT” LMAO. For the low price of $4,000 a month. That’s right folks, without even blinking an eye, $4,000 a month I tell you. Come on down it’s a grand ole time.

Beautiful area. Roads are clear; campsites are level; trash is collected regularly. Park is unkempt and needs TLC. Bathrooms are outdated with torn off towel hooks. Store was not open at posted hours. Spider webs on chairs and tables.

We stayed here as an emergency stop after some car trouble. We were super grateful this place existed and we were able to stay here, but if we had booked this place and been looking forward to staying here, I think we would've been disappointed a little bit. Our campsite was incredibly close to the others around us. There was only one other tent camping group and they were a couple sites away so everything was fine, but if each site was booked then we would've been overcrowded. There were showers, the ones we saw were broken and there was a note to use the showers in a different part of the resort. There was a laundry room available which was nice but we didn't use it. Overall this would've been a wonderful place to stay if we had been in an RV or camper van, but tent camping here wasn't ideal. We stayed in Site A.

This campground gets 2 stars instead of 1 because the staff at the store were terrific. Aside from that, the camp is in desperate need of maintenance. The site we were assigned to had a large Madrone root ball with caution tape woven through the roots in the middle of the site. One of the two laundry rooms has a sign on the door saying there is no hot water and to use the other laundry. The 2nd laundry room has its washing machine taped shut with electrical tape. The 2nd laundry room also has an old, broken, rusted out refrigerator in the room. Most of the campsites are dirt. There is also an old rusted out car on the property. We had booked 4 days in advance but left early due to the poor condition of the property & lack of laundry. I emailed Jason, the owner, requesting a partial refund & my reasons for asking. It has been several days and no reply. I don't recommend this park.

Good spot, nice campground, but lots of power on/off's and very low water pressure. Campground operating on generators due to Monument fire 2 years ago. Owners are very nice. Good for tents, but not RV's. Also being charged for power after paying for full hookups (50 amp) and lots of power outages. Did not inform of extra power charge at time of reservations.

Pictures of campsite do not look like on line. It is old and run down. Pool was very small. People were shooting guns so we left.

We came here pretty last minute on a Sunday night during off season. The person who greeted us was so friendly and helpful. She made us feel very welcome despite our late arrival. We were informed we were the only ones in the whole park, which was fine by us. The park was kept clean, the restrooms/showers were well maintained and had plenty of hot water. Our RV spot was close to the river and we had a clearing to walk to a path to get to the river. It rained the whole time we were there but becuaee odnthe vast vegetation, we walked around very comfortably without getting drenched. We wished we could have stayed longer. Next time, we will.

The website has great pictures of lush sites with green grass. We were assigned to "gravel pit" away from the main park no grass no moisture. Be sure to ask for as site in the main park not the annex. We made our reservation 9 months ago. We should have ask for site specific. I have been here 5 years ago and they have improved the overall quality of the appearance but expanding into raw territory and selling those sites when we see lush green sites on the web is just misrepresentation

Our family got introduced to Del Loma from a family friend this weekend, which happened to be the hottest of the year so far (109, I think). We all rented the three deer cabins (buck, doe, fawn) and it was simply amazing. The river was perfect for the hot days, we came from Chico so not unfamiliar with the heat. Camp operators were super nice and make you feel at home. AC in the cabin took a bit to cool off, but we just hit the River. Cabin was perfect at night. Kids loved the store, game room and mini golf. Hike to the creek was fine, just keep the younger kids close and not goofing as a couple spots had to take care(5 yo was our youngest). No wood fires(totally normal in fire season) propane and charcoal were fine. Really brought me back to camping as a kid, nostalgia all around. This place is great and deserves at least one summer trip, I know it's on ours now. Store had everything needed ice, beer, soft serve, drinks, essentials, beer. It was too hot for activities, but I look forward to next time trying them out. TIPS -If coming from the east Holiday market in Weaverville is fantastic. -Camp Operators/Manager are so nice, friendly and if you have an issue, let's say with a neighbor, they are GREAT! -Other camps are semi-close(10 min) but towns are 35 min away, so hit the big store first -Leave some room in the cooler, they had a decent craft beer selection

Stayed here for a night with my family on our way to our new home in southern cali from northern washington! It was the perfect spot to relax during the long drive. Owners were incredibly kind and helpful! 10/10 would recommend staying here. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Stopped by to use the restroom and grab a few drinks in the general store. Everything was very pricey, but there aren't many options out there. Clean and welcoming.

Stayed in the Steelhead cabin for our first visit to the park. Comfy bed, great water pressure in the shower and great river access! I love the pride with which the camp managers showed us all of the new additions and plans for the future. Some friendly regulars to the park welcomed us at the pool and I have to admit to a new addiction to their soft serve machine! We’ll be back for a quick getaway in the sunshine and will never skip a chance to pop into the general store when passing by on 299. Thank you for a relaxing weekend!

Amazingly beautiful and quiet park!! Sleep without ear plugs for first time in years. The owners are welcoming and friendly like you’ve known them for years….would DEFINITELY stay again! ALSO snagged a great bottle of local wine, CAVALETTO, at the store!!

We LOVE Del Loma! As a couple who has done all kinds of camping - backpacking, car camping, tent camping, RV camping, you name it! - we were excited to try our first cabin experience at Del Loma. From the outside, Del Loma appears small, with just a storefront and a handful of RV sites - but drive into the RV park and you will see all the beauty that awaits. There are many sites and cabins to choose from, many amenities, and the river spot is gorgeous. We stayed in one of the larger cabins, and we were happy with everything provided. The bedding was very soft and new. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes, and cookware. The screened porch at the front was adorable (probably better suited for summer weather, though we enjoyed it all the same). The cabin was SO WARM, too! We highly recommend the cabins for a winter/cold weather camping experience. On top of the amenities, we were very impressed with the wide variety of drinks and snacks in the store. There is something for everyone. Can't wait to camp at Del Loma again this summer (and our dog can't wait to swim in the river again)!

Fantastic spot! Loved our RV site. We were just uphill from a river bed, surrounded by manzanita, and well hidden from the other sites. There's also plenty of lodging options for other types of camping/vacationing. We were really impressed with the guest offerings, particularly the mini put-put golf course, Friday night bbq, and individual Blue Bottle french press coffees provided in the morning. You could feel there was a lot of consideration placed into the experience. As a traveling vegetarian, I was so pleased to see grilled veggies at the BBQ and a variety of vegetarian snack options in the store. Very hospitable spot.

Wifi, pool, nature, and laser tag? What's not to love!!! The residents who run this establishment are friendly and more than welcome to help if needed. They sell food and necessities if you forgot something, have various fun activities, and more! The scenery is great with chances of seeing wildlife. Access to the river if you prefer that over the pool, and there is a lovely gazebo that makes the perfect little spot to read at!

Normally we love the campground, loved camping there again this year. Normally the kids love going to the little store and buying ice cream, candy and snacks. The service in the store wasn’t good acted like it was a chore to run a debit card.... even when I apologized for not having cash. She just commanded me to put the counter down 3 times until I realized what she wanted me to do. Needless to say we didn’t go back to purchase these little things had to drive to other places to get things.
