My truck was the victim of a hit and run in a parking lot, and as silly as it may sound, I was devastated. My insurance estimate was way below Vigiani's estimate. This is the second time we have used this body shop. They are very professional and they explain everything about your repair down to the knats behind. They work very well with your insurance company. We will go back to them with our body shop needs if they arise. The folks are great.
When I walked in I was greeted, their lobby is very nice. I just had a good feeling that this would be the best place to do business. I was right. They gave me an estimate. Needless to say I had them work on my F150. They did a great job. I’d have to say that if you need body and or paint that this is the place. Yes I recommend them.
This shop did amazing work - my Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid minivan came out looking like I was driving it brand new off the dealer lot. Just as amazing was the customer service. I hit a wild boar on a Friday night which damaged the radiator and frame. I managed to limp 20 miles back to town, but I live 2.5 hours away in San Jose so I was pretty stuck. I left the vehicle at the nearby Chrysler dealership and on Monday Trish fetched it and started working with the insurance company. I was super happy that we could handle all the paperwork and most of the communication over email and I didn't need to make any 5-hour round-trip drives until the vehicle was all ready. Trish was super helpful in carefully explaining the full process of insurance adjustment and repair, and in keeping me up to date on all the details and progress. I sincerely hope I never again need to use a body shop 2.5 hours from home, but I would absolutely stick with Vigiani's if I could.
I have used this shop while owning my Audi A5 convertible over the last 14 years. A number of years ago, I had a minor fender bender where I was rear-ended on the freeway. Vigiani's gave me prompt and professional service and had me back in my car in no time. I have used their detail service to keep my car looking good over the years. Recently, I decided to sell my car to buy a new one. I took it over and had it detailed. Even my neighbors and friends commented that my car looked showroom new despite being a 2010 model. I immediately sold it to a friend for his son and he was thrilled with the purchase. My highest recommendation for Vigiani's Auto Body and all their services.

Best shop in town!!! I showed up not only with the wrong work van but also no work order. Miscommunication on my part . I have had several vehicles completed through Vigiani’s and have been highly satisfied each time. Customer Service is fabulous and the body persons are always explaining and telling you what to expect. I have self paid and used insurance and either way, they go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with the repair. I have never had an issue with calling and getting information that has been given several times. If you want quality quick work … head to Vigiani’s!!

I was so unfortunate to have my Jeep vandalized. Thank god Vigianis auto body was more then capable of fixing her right back up. Trish is so amazing and patient to answer questions, and is seriously on it. The lovely gentleman that did the paint match was so on point there was not the slightest color difference despite the fact that it was like a midnight shimmery navy blue. They're amazing I highly recommend.
Dealing with the aftermath of an auto collision isn't something that the average car owner is equipped to handle. Recently, I was rear-ended and found myself feeling uninformed and anxious as to where I could wake my car to have an estimate for repairs. Luckily for me, Vigiani's came highly recommended. Let me tell you this, when my business there was finished ,I didn't feel as though my car had just been deemed a total loss. I genuinely felt taken care of and that I had just⅕gained a friendship. Excellent! The service and overall experience were really impressive and we are grateful for everyone's help there. The Insurance company for the person that backed up into us gave a very low initial estimate of damage - even though witnesses said our SUV was hit so hard it was pushed up into the air! The professionals at Vigiani's were not deterred and did a great job uncovering all of the damage. Vigiani's acted as our advocate and convinced the insurance company to pay to repair the vehicle the right way and the safe way.
Trish was our contact person at Vigiani's and is a superstar. She took care of our worries and did exactly what she promised, explained the steps involved and stayed on top of things to get the job done, and done properly.
The project manager, Rick, also was great to deal with and he too worked hard to take care of the repair, to keep us updated regularly, and to do it right and again, the safe way.

This was hands down one of the best auto body business experience I’ve ever had. Their front desk girl was the nicest woman I’ve ever met always made sure I was comfortable and understood everything that was going on, the owner was very hands on with everything made sure I was happy with my car & the process of all of it. I first took my truck here because a friend told me about them. My truck was hit at work and needed some front-end work done to get it back to the way it was ,factory. I was very impressed that I took my '16 impala there to get a fresh paint on hood, trunk and top because the color and clear were fading. I would recommend them to anyone that needed anything done to their vehicle. They are top notch in my book. Honest and quality work, the best around.

Amazing people! This was my first time in an accident and having to work with another person’s insurance. They helped make sure I got all that I needed from the other insurance company for my vehicle to be fixed and back to brand new condition. They were extremely fast, especially for how hard it is to get parts for my vehicle. The paint looks amazing and well blended into the existing paint. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
Took my wife's Car there after the first auto body shop failed to repair it to a reasonable standard. After some back and forth with the insurance company Vigiani's was able to make my wife's car perfect again. I can't recommend these guys enough. I took my new Chevy Silverado 1500 to put on a vinyl sticker on the hood of my truck. Sure it took a little while to put on but when Joe Charles son was finished with it it was fantastic. If the is anything else that I would like to have done with my truck, I will take it to them. Charlie made sure that it was put on professional by his son Joe and it was. I needed some body work done after someone backed into my car and I went searching for a trustworthy and reliable local shop. I luckily came across Vigiani's and met the owner Charlie. He gave me a fair price I was happy with, the car was in and out of the shop in just a couple of days and came out looking perfect! The exterior was even washed and waxed and the interior looked stunning, the car looked brand new. I had a fantastic experience at Vigiani's and I HIGHLY recommend you bring your vehicle to him, I guarantee you'll be happy.

Had a lot of little dings and chips in my Deep Jewel Green paint on my Mustang convertible. Charlie did an awesome job on the paint matching. They even painted the part underneath the car that's barely visible from a distance on the side and isn't finished from the factory other than some dark primer-looking stuff.
I told him I'd like to get new headlights as mine were foggy, and new arm rests as mine were discolored from 20 years of resting arms. He cleaned the lenses on my headlights and painted the arm rests to match my white leather interior, and said there was no extra charge! I demanded he take some extra money, as I like to pay for good work so everybody gets something out of the deal.
My car is gorgeous again, great quality work at a fair price. He's not the cheapest, but I didn't go to Vigiani's for a cheapo paint job, I wanted a good one. I got a great one, and I'm very happy. Thank you!
