Great experience recently had the transmission fluid and filter changed on the seventeenth of october.Had a small leak came back in the service.Tech was able to rectify the situation by installing a new gasket and fluid stay tuned.

2 years ago when I moved to the area I was worried about finding an honest and trustworthy auto shop, by chance I picked Yuba City Autoworks when I needed some AC work. I was very pleased with the work and price. I have been back several times in the last 2 years and have always had great service. The owner Nas and the rest of the team have have always been helpful. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a good honest auto shop.

This place is my go to for literally everything wrong with my vehicles, Naz and his crew are the coolest most respectful group of mechanics. My dad has terminal cancer and had some weird issue with his car, we brought it in and Naz fixed it right then and there free of charge. I can’t thank this place enough for the quality of service and care they give to their customers.
ALSO their shop cat Yoda is the funniest and sweetest fuzz ball ever, my kids enjoy his company every-time we go there. So many laughs it hurts my stomach.

Best auto shop in town, hands down. They don’t over charge and the mechanics always know what’s going on and are quick to fix the problem. I’d recommend this business to anyone! I never knew I’d literally love the place I bring my vehicles to. :)

I needed to take A minute and write a review. Roughly about 2 1/2 three years ago I had an alternator replaced from these guys I own a Hot Shot trucking company so I go all over the place roughly a year after they replaced it. It failed again but these guys went above and beyond to relay the information to the AutoZone in another state so we can get this covered under warranty the unfortunate thing roughly another year later same thing happened and again these guys went above and beyond we returned the bad alternator, but unfortunately, they could not give me the cash money it went into motorsports account, but once they received it in their account, they were able to send me the money there’s not too many shops out there that will bend over backwards and be honest and take care of their customer that they probably won’t see you again. It’s good to know there’s good people out there
Yuba City Autoworks is awesome! They took me in at the very last minute and really helped me out. I prefer to use the manufacturer’s oil recommendation for my car but alot of places are usually out of it or don’t stock it. Yuba City Autoworks didn’t have the oil either but they went out of their way to call another mechanic and they had just enough of the oil I needed. Yuba City Autoworks sent one of their guys to pick it up and change my oil, meanwhile, they are closed at this point. They were really great, especially Sherrika in the front office. She is so courteous and kind and she is very good at her job! I’m very grateful that they could fit me in when they did. Also, shoutout to Yoda! Yuba City Autoworks is home to the most adorable little furry friend! I recommend getting your oil changed here if you’re in need of one!
Had shock absorbers replaced on my 2004 Tacoma and Yuba City Auto did a very good job. Reasonable prices. Good mechanical work and good coordination with the office (Chevy). Will keep bringing our vehicles to YC Auto!

Cheavy was great , helped me get my car in for service the day of the appointment and it was done fast and checked out in a timely manner. Friendly staff helped me schedule the appointment and the girl helped me pick a day suitable to my needs. Prices were great for my budget. All staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend Yuba City Autoworks for services for oil change like what I had, they also do other services . Check them out they are great!
These guys are absolutely fantastic! They gave me great customer service from start to finish, walked me through everything that's going on with my car and most of all they Ildid a great job with fixing what needed to be repaired. I come in regularly every couple of months (I drive a lot) for diesel maintenance. I haven’t had a bad encounter in the numerous times I have been here. Awesome service for a good price.
Update 6/3/25: still exceptional service. Had an oil change and other maintenance performed just after hitting 100k miles. Couldn’t be happier with the service.
Stopped to see about getting a smog check done. Awesome price by the way . Both of the gentlemen behind the counter were friendly and approachable! They don't talk down to you, they listen to you, and help you decide what to do - without pressure.

NAS and his crew did amazing work. my mother had a small issue with her right side of her body by the tire. HE personally went out of his way to give a fair timeframe and price for repair. Honesty and integrity is hard to come by but this auto shop has plenty in stock. 100 percent recommend

Awesome place. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Best prices in town. In the past I've gone to a place about 2 blocks away from this location and I dreaded smog time because that meant being stuck there for 1 to 2 hours (always closer to 2hrs). So this place only took 30 minutes! No brainier. This place is the winner. And cheaper too! I hope they like donuts because I'm taking them some next time I'm in town.
I needed an oil change, badly. I just so happened to pass by Yuba City Autoworks while going to an appointment. I stopped in and they didn't have any appointments available until 2 days out because they were fully booked for the day. The gentlemen that handled scheduling was super nice and friendly. He told me he could schedule an oil change for later but I decided that I was going to go elsewhere since I really needed an oil change. He handed me a business card, telling me if I needed anything else or changed my mind to give them a call. He also said that they have the cheapest oil changes in the city. Well, I went down the road to my usual location because they include a car wash with the oil change, but the quote they gave me for my oil change was between $110 to $120. The last time I had my oil changed with a car wash, it was $89. That was a huge jump so I decided to call Yuba City Autoworks back and schedule an appointment. Their oil change starts at $39.99. When I called back, the gentlemen recognized my voice and also told me that they have an earlier opening available due to a cancelation. I was able to get in 1 day earlier. When I arrived for my appointment the next day the gentleman that scheduled my appointment was friendly and created such a great atmosphere while I waited for my car to get done. All the customers that came in seemed to be so acquainted. They all were regular customers, I could tell they really trusted this auto shop just by the comfortability they had and the conversation they had with the staff. I met the owner who was also amazing and made me feel completely at home. After my car was done, I felt right at home too. I will continue to patron this shop for all of my auto needs that they provide as services for my car. They even went above and beyond after my service by checking in on me to make sure that everything went well with my oil change the next day. Their customer service is above any auto place I've been to in quite a while. I definitely recommend this place to anyone that is looking for auto repair. I give them 6 out of 5 stars all-around. Definitely check them out!
I recently first learned of Yuba City Autoworks and had two pleasant experiences. Being in the market for a smog check, I was initially impressed with the shop’s owner in the way he runs his business, the organization of his office, his professional dress, and how he handled my questions—when I first visited his office to inquire about their services. A week later, when I brought a vehicle in for a smog check, I was impressed with Evelyn at the front desk. Evelyn was professional, courteous, welcoming, positive, and knowledgeable. She clarified expectations for the check. I am impressed by the size of the waiting room, and I appreciate the cleanliness and availability of the restroom. I notice the technician (N. Khan) immediately drove my vehicle into the garage and began working. While I waited, I was impressed with the diversity of people who entered and left the office during that window of time and how everyone interacted with one another—which spoke to me about the quality of leadership and communication in the organization. The smog check ended up taking less time than communicated and the price was as presented (available online coupons help reduce the fee). Though the vehicle passed the smog check, I would have been comfortable having YC Autoworks complete any necessary repairs. I recommend YC Autoworks for smog checks and other auto repair needs.
