Genesis the Commerical manager not only lacks customer service but is extremely disrespectful. After making a comment about having to wait 30 minutes which literally I waited around for at least 15 all for her to be looking for oil and oil filters like come on it isn’t that hard. We all know in this industry time is money. She’s thought it would be funny to say that I was going to wait another 30 minutes etc. & yeah I am a commercial account. Won’t be doing business w this location anymore.

After the manager Deny., giving me a refund for A 2 month, old battery Just plainly, ask me to leave the store... Very rude.. Very sorry I went there to buy my battery.

DO NOT go in on the weekends if you want to use your commercial account. Managers have not trained the weekend staff to work with the commercial accounts. You'll be wasting your day going in to make a purchase/return on a commercial account.

This store has horrible customer service, they make customers wait in line while they stock shelves or talk behind the counter. This happens almost every time my partner goes into the store. They do not help or value their customers. If you are lucky enough to go in the store the one helpful person is a young lady.

Be careful and do you research the sales men there will sell the most expensive item possible and give or explain the options that are available. Unfortunately my children who are learning to drive and maintain a car now think that they are unable to trust the counter person because they will be taken advantage of.

This store is always lagging. Customers are allowed to go in and out of the back of the store which I find odd and disrespectful to people that are waiting in line. Just because they have friends does not mean they should be pushed to the front of the line or have back door access. Very uncomfortable for me as a customer

I went to AutoZone on a Sunday with my car check engine light on. I got the code reader and it told me what I needed. The part was a special order part which couldn't be there till after Xmas. The lady told me to go to the fix it spot to fix it for me after I got the part. Or call around to O'Reilly's . I called O'Reilly's they had it cheaper but also they had to order and not available till after Xmas. So last resort I called the fix it spot which the lady recommended and they called napa for me and got the part delivered to there shop and fixed it for me for free only charged me for the part which was $65.00 they fixed my car on a Sunday ! For free. Thank you AutoZone for helping me get back on the road again with the diagnostic machine and the right shop to fix it for me and the guy named Jamie or hyme was so nice and helpful and professional and answered all my questions also.

Called store in Yuba City for a part for car. Was told they had 1 in stock,I asked them to hold it for me, she said ok. Went to store 2 hrs later. It wasn't at counter, she said she hadn't had time to bring it up. She went back to get it. After 10min. of waiting she comes back and said they don't have one after telling me 2hrs before they did. What a waste of time.

Do not trust Paul he knows nothing about vehicles. Sold me an engine scanner that was on sale. It caused my vehicle to start stalling and when I went to return it he tried to tell me I couldn’t because I bought it with a gift card. Took threatening to call a supervisor just to get a refund on a broken product. Paul you need to be retrained buddy. Btw I found out you do except military discount so thanks for denying me that too. Don’t go here people Paul just wants to destroy your cars and waist your money.

Very helpful store manager! I needed to replace the key fob battery to my CRV. The manager gently opened the fob, explaining what to look for and what he was doing. I was afraid that if I tried it, I might break it, so I was very pleased that he did such a good job replacing the battery for me. I recommend coming to this AutoZone.

I came in, bought the wrong bulbs for my “12 jeep overland grand Cherokee. Nate absolutely excelled in identifying and going through the very tough job of replacing my headlight bulb. It was really tough from start to finish but he didn’t give up and my headlights work perfectly. Thank you!

Went There To Have A Battery Checked Out A Was Served Within A Minute Of Waiting. I Believe I Was Served By Kyle And He Verified What I Suspected That My Mother's Car Battery Was Dead. I Purchased A New One And He Had Me Out The Door In Less Than 10 Minutes. I Appreciate The Great Service And Positive Attitudes Of The Staff!

Nate, the manager, was incredibly helpful to me. I need to put new struts in my car, and Nate was familiar with each part I needed for the job and gave me solid recommendations on strut brands. He offered to loan me the tools I needed for the job if I needed them. What a refreshingly helpful manager, Nate, and experience!

I recently had to replace my car battery. I went to AutoZone in Marysville and was greeted as I walked through the door. The woman behind the counter was friendly and it took her about 25 seconds to look up my vehicle and find the battery I needed. I was able to return the old battery at the AutoZone in Yuba City and get my core charge back. The personnel at both stores were well trained, knowledgeable and friendly. Also they log all purchases under my phone number so I don't need my receipt for returns or warranty replacement.

Excellent store. Always cleaned, dusted somewhat and organized. Every time I go in, they always have the products I need in stock. Well, except for the leather seat cover/protector I needed, but out of how many times I go in, it is excuseable. Also, the manager is extremely nice and very proactive in helping you. He goes out of his way to help, and then some. One of the girls that work here though is a little rude.

I have been to Canadian tire before. The workers here look like they are crack heads and take a lot of drugs and have tattoos all over. Really wasn't a pleasant experience. Should hire good workers and they seem to know really less.
