Caliber Collision is the worst shop in Yuba City. They don't take accountability for there own mistakes, but still charge you for the bad work they perform and I had to take my own vehicle to the dealer to fix there incompetency. They actually made the problem worse and took no accountability and lied on top of it. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.
I had an amazing experience got back a beautiful repaired car in a quicker time they said it would be fix they talk me throughout the process about what was the damage of car and how they would fix it time it would take the cost was broken down from parts man hours and more detailed and informative car repair bill 10/10 would recommend
Getting rear-ended is stressful, annoying, inconvenient, etc. Caliber Collision did all they could to make the repair process easy. Every employee I spoke to was friendly and helpful, and made me feel that my concerns were respected and that there were no dumb questions. The work they did was impeccable and finished sooner than expected. I'm very pleased with the entire experience.

Mark did a great job communicating every step of the way and went above and beyond at making sure the appropriate repairs were done. Unfortunately our vehicle ended up totaled but he made sure to go piece by piece to see if it was something we coulda fixed. Def recommend.
I was really stressed out when When I hit the deer on the freeway. I’ve heard nightmares about body shops, ruining stuff in the car. But when my insurance gave me multiple options to choose from, I started to do my homework. I went with Caliber Collision because they Had the best review on the market. From the moment I walked in, I felt a sense of peace. Fabian took care of my car, communicated well. And even though I found myself having a lot of questions, he was patient enough to answer them. So I would say my satisfaction with Caliber is a 10!

If I could select zero stars I would. Dropped off my car for minor damage repair, received a call stating that my car could be towed to a different location as they would be able to get it repaired faster. I agreed with it under the assumption that it would be towed straight from that caliber collision to the other one. WAS NOT THE CASE. I checked the location of my car with my tracking device and my vehicle was in a random tow yard in the worst part of the city. We called the customer service line and the lady helping us (who was a sweetheart) was severely confused because there was no notes as to what towing company they even used. HUGE RED FLAG. I was livid to say the least and immediately went to the location and got my car back as I had in the past gotten my car stolen from that same area it was in and refused to let sit there overnight. If I had been warned or told that there would be a possibility that my car would’ve been picked up late and would sit overnight I WOULD HAVE NOT AUTHORIZED IT and would have gone to driven the vehicle to the other location myself instead. Despite being told that the tow yard is a “secured” and “guarded” location when we arrived there was NO SECURITY to be found and my car WAS NOT locked behind the gates and appeared to just be sitting on a flat bed. The next morning myself and my partner went back to the yuba city location and had the worst customer service experience. The alleged “manager” or whoever she was (I have no idea because she did not introduce herself or state what her position even was) refused to listen to my concerns that I was not informed of the possibility that it would sit in a yard overnight and dismissed us. We were also told that they would send over the paperwork to the new location and when we arrived an hour later (plenty of time to send it over) to the new location they still hadn’t received the paperwork. Completely unprofessional and a mess. I’m also disheartened because I have used Caliber in the past for my last car that actually got stolen and they did amazing work! I guess this location just doesn’t care about the safety and transparency of others expensive possessions. Disgusting.
Paint job was horrible. Kept it for a week longer than quoted. I took my vehicle in for a tire rotation at the dealer and they informed me I had a missing lug nut on the side Caliber did work on. Management was helpful and said to bring the car back for corrections on the paint.
Booked an appointment over the phone for my Tesla to get repaired. When I get to the location they then informed me they don’t work on Tesla’s but the Roseville location does. The Yuba City location then offered to have my car towed to & from the Roseville location at no cost to me. This saved me so much time & headache just knowing they were going to get everything handled and bring it back to my nearest location. I can’t thank you enough with how convenient it made it for me!
I loved the overall experience that caliber collision gave me. They kept inform with me throughout the whole process. Mark always gave me a call with updates about my car including parts ordered and how much the cost would be. Excellent experience with fixing my car. My car had a unique experience because it was hit by 2 different people in one day and caliber was there to help and separate both claims and fix my car right. Highly recommend! Mark @ Caliber was fabulous throughout the whole process!
Take your business elsewhere. They really did a bad job on my car. Decals incorrect. Runs in my paint. Huge swirl marks and scratches all over. Bumper not bolted back on. And wouldn't give back the the hardware to fix it.
Still finding stuff wrong bolts missing from driverside door panel. Gaps way off.

I am not happy with how this business deals with customers as well as their clumsiness. We picked up our truck after they repaired it from a front end collision, there was a crack in the very bottom corner of our windshield that wasn't there before we dropped our vehicle off to them. I'm certain they nicked it with the new hood while trying to replace it. I've been fighting with insurance for Caliber to pay for my repairs and they are denying having anything to do with it. Very unhappy with their customer service and their inability to own up to their mistakes. I do not recommend using this body shop if you own a luxury car. They are clumsy and will not admit when they've done further damage.
Caliber’s went above and beyond in getting my car body repairs done in a quick, timely manner! While other body shops in town tried to keep me waiting until end of month to take my vehicle in, Caliber’s got me in a rental within 2 days of my wreck & got my car back on the road within two weeks!!
Annabel and Kurkis were extremely attentive throughout entire process. Really appreciated the communication kept on repair updates!
