This place sucks. To start. They. Sold me the wrong Battery. Came. Back to exchange it. And. They cant take it back. . Dont do bussnes. With this place
Batteries plus employees that I have dealt with don’t have enough knowledge or care to provide customers with battery information. I can understand why brick and mortar stores are closing. When I asked for some clarity on a product I recieved an “I’m not sure.” No, “Let me find out for you or let’s take a moment and use this as a teachable moment.” She just didn’t care.
I ordered this battery online, I didn’t see anywhere online where it stated to bring a government issued photo ID to get your product. I had my company photo ID, confirmation emails, all my credit card and health care cards and they refused to give me my products. I recently lost my photo ID.
I won’t be doing business with Batteries plus in Yuba City after this experience, each visit to this particular store is similar, I have never walked away feeling like a satisfied customer, they are a specialty store that acts like you owe them something for the convenience they provide. I’ll order from Amazon and have it delivered from now on. To the management, get some people that care about their clients and the products you sell before you need to shut your doors.
My mom went in to get her phone screen fixed and they literally broke her phone and did not take responsibility for it they denied her claim instead of canceling the claim. Worst place ever.
It was a samasung phone which ur supposed to were static gloves and the chick didn't even wear any. If I was any of u I wouldn't go there at all. Completely disgusting
Buyer Beware. I tried to take my wife's broken phone here to get the screen fixed. The old man with the huge baldspot insisted on having the password and going through the phone even though the tech wouldn't be in till later. Took the phone back and left.This place does not respect your privacy.
Walked in with a shattered phone screen and low hopes but Batteries Plus came through and I am writing this review using my new phone screen! Thank you so much for the quick fix!
Piss poor customer service and will sell anyone anything just to make a buck. Sold us the wrong battery for our scooter, which mostly sits and is hardly ridden, it's was the wrong size and been having problems ever since purchased. Come to find out that they sold us the wrong size, exchanged it 6 months ago. And refused to make good on their mistake. Instead, tried to sell us a new battery with a 10% discount...not even close...will never spend one red cent there, ever again!!! D&D Motorsports knows how to treat and appreciate their customers!!!

Excellent customer service! Had our phone done within 45mins! Did inform me that it won't be supported much longer, which i didn't know, but i am glad they told me BEFORE i decided to get the battery replaced on the phone! Thanks so much!!!
The guy was amazing Great service and he also let my worker leave a package there for the neighbor so we didn't have to wait. Would suggest to go there for any battery needs.
This review is based on my cell phone repair service. I had a cracked screen so I took it to get repaired. I paid $400 for the repair. The only problem is that the camera did not work and they didnt know why and could not do anything about it. I spoke to the store manager whom by the way lacked customer service skills and didnt get anywhere with him because he said my camera was mostvlike damaged before I took my phone in. I showed him a photo i took while my phone was cracked and he didn't believe me. I will never come back here!!
They had the batteries I needed after two other stores had no idea. An actual knowledgeable person helped me and got what I needed. Couldn't be better.

They are had the battery I needed. I ordered it online the night before and the next morning they sent me an email letting me know it was ready. The store staff was friendly and even loaded the 2 batteries into the back of my pickup.
I had the glass on my iPhone replaced. My phone hasn’t worked the same since.
The employee who did the work has offered to try and correct the situation. And I’ll take the phone back when it’s convenient to do so, but right now, I wouldn’t advise anyone else have their IPhone glass changed there.
Went in to buy a battery for my Note 4, and the two men at the counter were great! They knew what was wrong with my old battery, and even told me it was still under warranty! I can't remember their names, but I think it was Joe who was one of the guys to help. Thank you SOOOOOOO much!
I called not knowing exactly what I needed in the way of batteries for my husband's wheelchair. I had a bunch of numbers. Didn't know what they mean either. I had all kinds of questions and for 2 days kept calling back and the manager "Dave" was patent with me and did his best to help me understand. This afternoon I went in and bought exactly what my husband needed to get his electric wheelchair rolling again. Thank you ALL, Dave, David & Jim, so much for all the help and understanding.

We bought two deep cell batteries for our RV online (10% discount). We received an email saying our order was ready for pick-up. When we arrived at the store we were greeted by a friendly salesman. He looked up our order number, went in the back and brought out the new batteries. He then refunded the core charges back to our credit card, and not only carried the new batterie out to our vehicle and loaded them in, but he also carried the old batteries back into the store for us. Great hassle free experience! We highly recommend this store.
I bought a car battery on line so I could vet a 10% discount. The webpage stated that they offered free installation. I did not see anywhere that it said some cars maybe excluded. Mine was and I couldn't do it myself. They did however tell me I could get a refund because other businesses that sell &/or install car batteries will only install batteries purchased from that company. Because I used a debit card I won't be able to purchase my new battery for a few days, as it takes this company 3 business days to refund cash that immediately was taken out of my checking account at the time I purchased my $200. Went in to have the battery replaced in my Ford Escape key fob. Fast, friendly service. I paid around five bucks because I already had the fob open so they didn't have to fiddle with ir.
This store goes way beyond batteries and bulbs (although they have an incredible assortment of both). Yesterday my two-year-old iPhone totally quit working. Not even the folks at the AT&T Store could get it to turn on. So, I took it to Batteries Plus Bulbs and left it for repair. When I returned the Tech advised me that it was not the battery, that the phone was filthy inside and a battery connector lead was improperly installed. He suspected it was a "recondioned phone" that had been sold to me as new. This store and its employees are very honest and extremely fair. Though he spent time working on it, there was no charge to me. I definitely recommend Batteries Plus Bulbs. Incredible service and very helpful employees.
I went in. One clerk was with a customer. One working at the counter and I could see another in the back. NOT ONE GREETED ME. I waited about 5 minutes and was finally helped. The battery for my cell phone was $39.99. When I said I could buy on Amazon the older gentleman who waited on me said "Well, if you want a battery that will go dead in a month or two go ahead." When I inquired why he said that what I buy on Amazon likely has set on the shelf for months and his only about a week and a half. I doubt that since this was for an old Notebook Galaxy 4. I bought it as I needed the battery right away but I will NEVER walk in again. Customer service and treatment gets a big fat zero!!
Costumer service was really great! Helped us when there were a ton of questions, all around for my first visit here it was pretty awesome. I bought 2 packs of batteries xx and got a 3rd for free.
Online ordering was very easy. Picked up the batteries the same day. Greeted upon entering the business. Staff was super friendly and assisted with putting 2 large 6V golf cart batteries in my car.

Owner is very helpful, above and beyond customer service. Stopped in after leaving a larger chain store for their poor performance and was pleasantly surprised. They even answered the phone at 7:45 am and helped me with my rebate!
