I had a flat tire and Randy's Towing went above and beyond! I have a Hybrid and no spare, just the repair kit. The tire had damage on the top/sidewall and the kit was useless! Randy took my tire to a tire shop but it would have been a 2 hour wait. He went to a second tire shop but they didn't have my size in stock so he went to a third shop! He bought a new tire and had it mounted, and came back and put it on for me! He only charged me for the tire and a normal service call. I will be using Randy's towing for any future need and highly recommend this company to everyone.
Great customer service with great rates! I needed a car moved out of the backyard, and they got there within 20 minutes. Very friendly and professional.
Tried 3 other towing companies and they were the only one to help me out with the type of tow I needed when my car broke down in Yuba City. Had some electric problem so car wouldn't start and I couldn't deactivate the electric parking brake to allow the wheels to roll freely. They put dollys on the front two tires and my car made it safely back to Colusa. Really appreciate their service.

I made a call earlier this week requesting for a car lockout. The associate who picked up the call told me that they would get a representative out asap. What would have been twenty minute drive to get out to me turned to an hour of waiting for them to arrive. As I was in a rush to go somewhere, I had to call the towing company back to cancel my request and drive another family member's vehicle. After looking at the reviews, It looked promising but ended up being extremely disappointed.
Randy personally came and gave me a jump in my wife's hybrid, arriving in about 5 minutes in with kids in tow. He said it was on his way and not only showed me the problem but brushed off my forgetting my wallet. Great dude. Good service
Randy did a great job towing my wife’s Tesla model X. If you own a Tesla or any other car for that matter I would greatly recommend Randy. He knows his way around Tesla vehicles and was able to pop the hood with having a dead battery, he then knew right where the positive and negative points were to access the 12 V so that way my windows could be rolled up and the doors fully closed. Very professional and fast. Highly recommended.
June 7, 2022 we were stuck on the side of CA I-5 with a broken axel on a UHAUL car transport trailer. It was 92 degrees and a bit uncomfortable. We contacted the UHAUL 800# for assistance and waited and waited. They finally were able to find someone willing to help and that was Randy's Towing out of Yuba City. The guy that came to our rescue could have been Randy but we're not sure. He was a God send, an angel. He shortened our stay on the side of the road a good 6 hours. He found a replacement trailer closer than the one that UHAUL wanted us to travel 3hrs to get then 3hrs back to where we were broken down. He was kind and professional and knew exactly what he was doing. We were able to get back on the road sooner than expected. Thank you Randy (if that is you) from Randy's Towing. Yes we would recommend them.

After work when I went to go start my car I noticed that my car would not start up. And so I went on google and typed towing in my area and called them. I was turned away by 4 towing business because my car was too "low" being 4 inches off the ground which is understandable. One of the towing guy which do tow lowered car "Ramirez" was so rude he referred to me as "bro" and I quote "bro if you can't wait another hour then you'd probably have to find another tow". I was just irritated at the way he talked and so I continued looking until I was referred to Randy's towing. Randy was quick to arrive and handled everything smoothly. After dropping off my car at my place I offered him $40 tip but he declined it. I would recommend Randy's towing to any car enthusiast because he is a car enthusiast himself!
I called them and they showed up within 10 minutes. Needed my car put into reverse. He was so nice got it in gear made sure I got on the road. I am from out of town and was impressed by their service. Wished they were closer to my hometown.
I love RandysTowing. Very dependable and reasonably priced! They have helped me and my children that drive many times over the years. He's a local and small business and thats always a win win. He recently had to tow my daughters Honda Civic after someone pulled out in front of her totalling her car. He was very patient, with the at fault insurance company that left my car to sit for over a week. He also just a few days ago came to help get the keys out of my husband's truck cause my daughter locked them in there. He had it opened before I could even get outside to meet him! Highly recommended local company!!!
I have used Randy's a few times now and each time was a pleasant. Highly professional with good rates. You could tell he was fast but took his time to be carful with my truck with the hook up and delivery. Driving to my destination the driver was cheerful and remembered me from the last time I needed his service. I will always use Randy's you should too :)

This company is very good to their customers! They always answer promptly and are polite when helping you. Their wait times are never too long and I've yet to find a distance they won't travel for a customer! They give A+ service with their A+ people. I've called and used Randy's towing about 5 times now, and I have yet to wait over 20 mins and have yet to be told no, even when I was an hour away!! I would highly recommend!
I locked my keys in my car. I contacted my insurance company. They assigned a towing company, Magic Towing. Their estimated arrival time was going to be over an hour. The weather is about 40 degrees F. I was expecting to be locked out of my car so I was underdressed. When I called Magic Company and asked if they can come sooner, they declined, indicating it will take them another 40 mins. I finally called Randy's Towing. Randy showed up promptly!! He was fast and professional. He also accepted my insurance car. If I get into this sitaution again or if one needs a referral, I HIGHLY recommend Randy's Towing. Do not use Magic Towing, unless you want to wait around for over an hour! Thank you Randy. I was able to get home, finish my errand and now I can enjoy the rest of my day and weekend! Randy's towing is honest, dependable and very professional. Every time we have had to call on randy's towing we received excellent, professional service. One of our client's teenage daughter had a flat tire and was stuck on the side of the road on Hwy 99 down towards Natomas and called us unsure of what to do.
Because of her location we called all over Sacramento & Rio Linda to find help for her. The wait times I was being quoted were 4 hours or more and I wasn't comfortable letting a young teenage girl sit for hours on the side of the road.
I called Randy's Towing and Randy answered immediately and came to the rescue. He started driving while I was still explaining the situation to get there as quickly as he could.

Super nice and very honest. They are very reasonable and up front on pricing . When I called they let me know up front it would take about thirty minutes to get to me and to my surprise they actually were there when they said which was a shock compared to my past experiences with tow companies . Can say enough about what a great experience in a stressful situation.

Then, don't waste your time calling anyone else. Called my ins. co. this a.m., I needed a flatbed truck to HAUL my van OVER to "safer side" of Sacramento river. Not THROUGH the river like first tow guy wanted to do. If I had wanted to get my van wet... what did I need him for? Duh!
Randy was quick and professional, I'm so grateful. Told USAA of today's experience with both tow services. Expect Randy will rise to top of their call list. He's already there on mine. Thanks again!
So happy, that with all the choices, I was lucky enough to choose the best! I expected to wait for at least twenty minutes longer than it took for the truck to get there. Randy, the owner, rescued me after I hit a giant pothole which took out two of my tires. He drove me over a half hour for an honest price and we actually had a great conversation on the way. I would look nowhere else for a tow again.
