Jesse was a friendly helpful driver i broke down and was in the heat 105 between Weed and Yreka. And Louie came out to fix my airline when more issues came up. Bains responded when our rental truck had a problem in AZ. The communication was good and the tow driver/ repairman they sent was awesome! James M was friendly and professional. Great prompt service! Driving out of a local campground we heard a loud noise. One of our leaf spring hangers on our trailer sheared off the frame and the other side had a crack as well. BTR to the rescue! Three hours after they came to our rescue they had us back safely on the road at a more than fair price.
