Horrible customer services. DO NOT trust this company at ALL. Stay away to save headache & time!! They don’t answer phone calls nor respond to text messages in a timely manner.. they sent me the wrong glass and it was defected / broken clip, so even if it was the right glass it wouldn’t have worked. I returned it and they won’t give me a full refund.
I am very pleased with the shifter and boot I bought for 2005 Mercedes SL500. It looks just like the pictures, a good value and shipped right away. The seller also communicated with my well to let me know it's has "signs of wear", but I think it looks great!
Was skeptical about a "junkyard" transmission, but it was flawless 10/10 runs good in my Mercedes C300, 15 years old 200k miles still going strong thanks to auto hub shop

Excellent communication to find the right part; saved $900 compared to buying it new. Installed and works great. Very impressed with the high quality and fast shipping. Highly recommend, especially if you have one of the older SLs where getting parts can be difficult and very expensive.
They have a great selection of available parts for very fair prices. I ordered a hood for my Mercedes ML320 and had it shipped to San Diego. The hood was very well packaged and arrived undamaged. The paint and hood itself were exactly as they described to me. I will use them again for future parts and highly recommend!
Ordered from them through Ebay, as they are not near by me. They had the rare part I was looking for that also isn't in production anymore. Good price and works well. Will use again for my collector car next time a part needs replaced.

I purchased two back seats from this shop that I believed would match my car based on the VIN number, but I had to cancel the order because the color wouldn’t be an exact match. I wouldn’t have known this, but thanks to the great customer service from this company, I was notified that the color would be slightly different.
They gave me the option to cancel and refunded the full amount I had paid. I really appreciated their honesty.
Wonderful company with terrific communication. Graciously refunded my payment after requesting my VIN and then letting me know the part I purchased (window glass) was not exactly the type I was replacing (although it would fit fine). I will purchase additional parts from AutoHub Shop because this excellent customer experience.
Excellent company! I ordered a rim and it came as expected. The rim was not bent, a different t rim and honestly looked even better than the picture. We were able to paint and balance it within 36 hours. It has already been installed on the vehicle and the car is back to its smooth, OEM grace. This company is highly recommended from me.

Communication was great. They answered all of my questions promptly and even gave clear instructions about the pickup process. I bought a motor through eBay and it was a great price considering the milage being so low. I sent someone to pick it up for me and it went super smooth with no issue. Got into an accident and cracked a rim on my car, so I bought a replacement wheel from buyer. The rim came earlier than I expected and now my car is back on the road. I also would like to add that the wheel was very hard to locate and I didn’t want to have to buy another set of wheels so I would like to say, Thank you buyer!

Purchased a CD Changer from AutoHub Shop - had a few questions before placing order - they were prompt in responding them and received order today nicely packaged via FedEx and delivered so promptly - most important my CD Changer is now working! :)
These guys sold me an engine that had a 50% leak from the exhaust valves. they just wasted our time even though they knew that cylinder had low compression. because they sent me a video where they did the check and it can be seen very clearly that they gave the engine too much speed in that check of cylinder 1 specifically.
