Had an accident Turlock police called them to tow my car to there yard. Long story short be carful they paperwork from my car and some stuff I had on my card trunk. They only said they had a break in but no broken windows on my car I mean they had time and key.
This company is on call for turlock pd towing people cars and closed on weekend helping police mess with our people instead of protecting us.. I got harassed by turlock pd and the tower my car for no tags. And then they just chill for more police cars. They love towing cars... this is how this company makes Hella money from us!!!
Was on hold for 10min for a yes or no question. When I finally got connected to the “correct” person, he yelled at me saying “I DON’T KNOW, WHO ARE YOU!?!?” Poor customer service to say the least.
Do not go to this place! They break into your vehicle and blame it on homeless people! They took no responsibility at all. Don't trust your vehicle here!
I called them for help and he was willing to help without a stigma. At the end I said I didn't need the help but I will always have in my mind whenever it comes up. My family has had a taco truck since 1996 I'm Turlock. And every time there was but when it came down to help us.
They arrived quickly, and were so patient and kind which was just what I needed at that moment. Don's humor and smiles went a long way toward making what started out as a terrible day, a much better one. Thank you, Kelso's!
Was very rude. Told me a price then when I got the part off it doubled. Then acted like I was the one trying to rip them off never again will I deal with those scumbags
Absolutely horrible company. If I can give them 0 stars I would. They love to tow cars without putting a warning notice and then decide to put said notice on AFTER TOWING. The people are very rude and enjoy bending/breaking the rules to their amusement.
Well only the businesses with them once was trying to do more business with them but short staffed so they couldn't help me and I did buy a part and they wanted it so that was good , other than that , they need help I think, young man who's driving rollback kind of rude needs to have his manners checked
They were so kind and helpful. I had accidentally left my windows down and forgot to leave the keys, but the lady there was nice enough to cover the windows with plastic overnight. They made it easy to release my car so my insurance could pick it up. Overall great experience.
I've been dealing with kelso's autowrecking for more than 15 year. There's other towing companies and wrecking yards in Turlock. Those reasons why I always went back to kelso, he's the best.
I locked my key inside my car. I called Kelso's for help. The driver showed up in about 10 min & had my door open in 2 min. Over alI, I was very pleased with the professionalism and the reasonable priceing.
Had car mess up by freeway, after calling another local towing with bad service I called kelsos and got fast service and the driver Don was really nice and got to my car fast, would definitely call them again if something like that ever happens again.
I needed a wheel for my Dodge truck. I went to Kelso's & he came out to my truck, looked & took a pic of the wheel, went back in the office & found a pic in the book. Less than 24h later, I received a call saying he found it!! I couldn't believe it! It is a family ran business with a great atmosphere with the knowledge to be able to go above & be on to help you.
Theres no pictures because when bad things happen ofcourse the phone dies but Kelso fully delivered punctual quality service he was extra careful with the car making sure it didnt get mishandled and it's a 98 Honda (shows a lot) great service thanks Kelso. If anything happens we know who to call!!
I am 70 and was in the hospital for 5 days when apartment paved parking lot. No one called me or my son to move my car. Kelso's was called to tow it. Within 8 hours Kelso's had put a LIEN on my car. If son in VA had not wired me $450 to pay them I would have lost my car.
Surely the since and a truck are a call away, but only when you really need a hero do you realize who they are. Every day people, I recommend this place to us. Call ahead.
