Service was horrible, and they dont refund money they only give store credit on any transaction and they dont care how long it takes to get you a replacement, in my personal experince they ended keeping my money straight up after a legal proccess.
Next time I'll have to read the reviews on the place. I'm an licensed automotive technician with almost 20 years of experience, it seems that if you buy a used transmission you shouldn't have to service the transmission because you cancel the warranty according to their warranty policy which seems absurd Since how are you going to make sure that you are not going to spend 12 hours of labor to assemble and disassemble the transmission with only the owner's word that the transmission works. I had already brought a transmission which the oil pan and filter was changed since they were damaged not a single metal residue came out but when I finished and did the driving test there was a noise in the transmission that was not normal I removed it and they gave me another one before installing it I realize that there are metal residues in the oil pan. I call to be given an option and they tell me that I no longer have a guarantee, due to the fact that I removed the oil pan and they want to make sure that it is in good condition and that I will not spend again of labor and fluids. so i have a bad transmission and just loose 1200 plus tax. I understand that Mr. Jorge does not want to lose but that is not the way to do business and generate customers
Offered on a bumper and said they have them on Amazon for the price I was asking and he rudely said “order it from them then” NO WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS
Service is great they treat you the way you treat them. Very respectful and helpful. Went in looking for a bumper today and got it at a very low price.
read all the bad reviews and believe them! they sold me a transmission, it was wrong one. they swapped it for another that was the right one. i pulled the pan to replace the filter and found a bunch of ground up metal and broken pieces in pan. when i called them they said i "modified" it and my warranty is no good and refuse to give a refund. i just needed a transmission that worked and instead i got taken for my money. this is a bad business and they are bad people. they guaranteed me it was good and it was junk! they run a real ''junk'' yard here.

Just wrecking yard has root attitudes I purchased some Chevy parts that they had listed on Facebook
The parts are so dirty that the paint looks good once you wash the parts the paint is oxidized and faded you paid a price to get what you get
And the bumper I purchased from them the mounting bracket is broken so I can't even use it
I'll never go back here again
We live in America we should be taken care of as a customer not a scammer
My husband just bought a part from them took it right back realize it was broken with in 10 minites and they accuse him of break it so before you buy make sure you exam it they are crooks better go to other place's where there honest.
Helpful people, got in touch with em on Facebook quoted me 250 for a bench seat got there and it was 270 after fees and stuff. Would have appreciated it if they would have disclosed that on Facebook. Other than that my experience was great definitely would recommend
Showed up to buy parts then was quickly turned away i dont speak spanish very well but one could only imagine. May be stolen cars here, thus the quick turn around.
A business is a business and these guys treat you like a customer. Pepe got some reasonable prices and doesn't sell you anything like its brand new. I recommend this junk yard to everyone. Beware that not every junk yard is going to have what you need, but this is a good place to start.
Terrible place and customer service!! Bought an engine and they gave me the wrong one, they exchanged it, but gave me another bad engine that showed corrosion, overheating, and a noise when the flywheel was turned. I took it back (all this within a week), because I had a 90 day warranty, but these THIEVES, especially DANTE, does not want to honor my receipt!!! He refused to return me my money!!!! Do not trust this business!!!!! They will cheat you and not honor their own policies!!!!
