Muyyy mal,un trabajador que se llama Nelson,nos trató mal,El no era el que nos estaba atendiendo,,si mi parte que compré no la registraron no es mi culpa,yo no tengo control sobre eso,esto pasó hoy feb/23/26 alas 3:30 p.m,no se pudo cambiar mi producto que compré,yo no quiero que me regresen el dinero😔,solo quiero que me cambien las bujías que me las dieron mal,son $100 dólares que estoy perdiendo,,,nos estaba atendiendo otra persona,,,,me recomendaron Napa,que excelente servicio,me vine con muy mala experiencia☹️
Been going here for years but will never go to this location again due to them not honoring any Napa discounts or promotions. Guy even talked to the manager and he said no they do not do online orders or any Napa promotions. Took my business to Turlock Napa and they were awesome. Even beat the promotion price. Bad way to run a franchise not giving customers the company discounts.
Knowledgeable and helpful staff went above and beyond getting some of my car parts changed out! I appreciate their honesty in what parts to get and helping change them out! Fair market prices and everything I needed was in stock. Highly recommend!
Old guy with glasses puts zero effort to give me a hand when I went in to get my car scanned he didn't even know how to run the machine making me do all of it never coming back ever again
Had to buy a gas cap for our 55 chevy pickup, they had it in stock! At a very reasonable price. Great customer service, the store is very clean, organized. A big verity of parts, hardware stuff, and other items.. This is a very nice store. Worth the purchase, and worth the visit. Great experience.
