Place to go to find your car parts cheap duty there customers service not that good I ordered a part in the morning around 11 am told them I call them around 3 pm told them I'll be there by 4:30-4:45pm to pick it up. I got there and still had to wait about an hour for it.
Well I came to this place that was 40 miles away. My time & money is very valuable to me. So I called twice asking for 2 particular parts which they said and confirmed they had. But when I got their they told me to come back in an hour so they could uninstall the window regulator and the hydraulic cylinder from their car they had. I instead just remained there waiting becuz I wasn't trying to make a day out of it. After an hour he tells me they don't have a window regulator! Then I say what about the cylinder and he say oh well hell have to go check! I wait some more. He brought a bent cylinder and told me hed sake it to me for 50.00. I pointed out the defect and told him he was not practicing good business and that I'd be sending him a bill for my time and money he waisted.
Told me they had the transmission I needed so I drove all the way to Oakdale from Sacramento only to be told that they made a mistake and do not have what I need. 78 miles and a quarter tank of gas for nothing. Upset is an understatement.
Oakdale auto recyclers made my day! I drove an hour to get to their shop for replacement back tail lights, and they were very professional and helpful. One worker even went out of his way to reattach the new light for me , which sounded easy but I would have struggled with it~ I am so thankful. I would recommend them to anyone looking for fair prices for recycled parts, it’s worth the drive ~ thanks guys!!
I called a million places and this was the only one who had my parts! Absolutely great customer service and you wont find better prices too ! Wish i can give it more stars. !
Looks a hell of a lot better also well organized than before I hope your prices are low I used to buy a lot of parts from you guys when I was in the car business then you guys left couldn't find you so I had a hard time finding another place that would accommodate me so I'm glad that you're back and I'll be back used to have C&B autos.
Y'all don't even pick up the phone. And are never open. Trynna buy used parts but i guess just have to take my money else where since y'all ain't want it. You guys are a joke
Amazing and friendly staff who are very helpful and knowledgeable. The size of lot/vehicle available will make you overwhelmed in a good way your first visit. I would very much recommend this one over the more traditional pick n pulls. And will be returning as often as I can.
Nice enough people but terrible return policy. I got a set of heads and the bearings were full of sand. No refund exchange only! Doesn’t matter if you have the receipt and the tags, it doesn’t matter if it’s only been a few days, terrible. Thanks for the paper weights.
The lead man, Jesus Pantoja is always there and very knowledgeable of inventory and where it is located on the 20 acres of cars. And their Mechanic, David Arnold, is one of the best mechanics I know. The owner, Charlie Fulgeri, he gets it done. If he don t have it he will get it found...parts that is.
