The owner known as Junior (his dad must be so proud. Lol) Will have your cars picked up and never pay you for them. He is a real piece of work. Do not trust these people. They are no good.
Terrible place!! Rude staff. They don’t pay their vendors. I am sure Junior will be out of business within a year. Do yourself a favor go anywhere else
These guys are great I showed up 5 minutes before they closed on a Friday and they still took the time to get me the part I needed which was out of stock at autozone and oreillys Amazon was a five day wait so I was between a rock and a hard place and these guys far exceeded my expectations for customer service
They have listed a part on line, however, after 3 days of calling, leaving a message and emailing them, finally I was able to get through and sure enough they do not have it and if they did, they won't ship it to me. I don't understand how they remain in business for not being responsive to their customers and updating their ad description properly.
Service was horrible. I called, arranged a pick up & at the end there was no sale. I called the #s listed, they would answer & tell me they were going to call me right back..... 2 weeks later, & still no call back... I call them, they send me straight to voicemail... Wouldn't recommend a place that treats their customers like trash.
The lady on the phone is rude and has "NO" knowledge of what the hell they are selling. Expects you to know them because you're the one buying parts. I mean...most reputable dismantler or auto wrecking yard will gladly tell you "YES" this engine or transmission fits that year and model of your car!!! Hell, I'd be happy if she said that regardless of it being true or not, rather than argue with you which she did and rudely hung up the phone afterwards...
I guess this place doesn't like selling parts, which leads me to wonder why are they even open? If I was the owner and reading this...I'd get me a more knowledgeable and friendlier staff to answer the phone...
I had a situation. I called a well known place to sell my car to a junkyard, That place quoted a certain number and as the driver recited the number on the check to be issued, it was short 80 dollars. I called Pepe's Auto Wreckers, they were awesome. They topped off the other place's price. Pepe's was fast efficient and respectable. They won my respect.
(Do not buy from them) They give you 90day warranty on a part that does not work at all and get mad wen you go tell them you want to exchange, avoiding you saying there busy to go back in 1hr and do the same wen you go back. poor quality of employees from the guy who sweeps to the ladys in office all a buch of thieves. DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME AND MONEY ON THEM

Bought a transmission from them , husband tried it out and it did not work , had a mechanic come look because our engine is new ,(just bought a 1200 engine so we knew it was not that) he said that the transmissions clutch was worn and it kept causing a plug . I should have contacted pepes sooner about the issue before the 60 day warranty however they shouldn't be selling none working items to people either!!
They gave me a price of $500 and told me to go pick up the motor i was going to buy. They then text me when im already on my way and they suddenly change their price and say $700. Very unprofessional. Do no recomment this business. They knew i was coming from 2 hours away
Terrible operation, poor communication, poor service, hostile personnel, arrogant, unhelpful, zero parking, posted handicapped parking permanently blocked. Its like it run by second graders. I wish there was a negative star rating.
They are very rude and unprofessional. Called plenty of times and got the same response, they say they’ll call back and never do. They give a warranty of 90 days and don’t stick to it.
Don’t waste your time with unprofessional people that don’t know what they are working with. They are all about stealing money while selling parts that don’t work.
Shady business ..Never buy engines from this place,I bought a motor from them which wasn't working.They wont refund my money and haven't gave me a replacement.
Do not go here it is a chop shop and your car will be stolen from their lot. This place does not have a ca license number and their receipts dont even match their business name. If I could give 0 stars I would this place needs to be raided by the cops.
This People say whatever it takes to sell you their garbage. I bought 3 Engines at ones That supposed to be low mileage and They all Turn to be Not good and had pick and pull stamps . dont trust Their warranty I will not deal with them again
