Stay away, these guys are rip off artist, they get your metal then trto pay you way less than market value after you're stood in line for the pay window for half an our. The guy at the window takes forever once you do get up there like he's doing some incredibly difficult math equation. They count on ignorant people that they can screw all day long

In used to saving up a certain amount of bags before I go to the recycling center. So I kinda know what to expect to get back. These crooks only gave me about a half of what I would usually get. I couldn't complain because the cans had already been put into their bins. And if you do go there people. Make sure you walk around the guy taking down the weight to see if he is putting down the actual amount. Kinda sketch how he stands blocking the numbers that come out so people cannot see them. . Yes they pay you cash but they pocket the other half in cash for themselves. Just go to the Santa Rosa ave. One. Its a longer line but uts more regulated. Where the workers can't jot down what ever numbers they want and screw you. Stay away!

There always fast and easy and pay fare not Rip offs like other places they judge the metals accordingly and equally so you never get underpaid in the end. I wouldn't go any where else now that I've seen how there just honest and hardworking people like us.

This is the best recycle place I have been to. They take b8-metal, scrap iron, copper, and crv aluminum & plastic. They are fast and efficient, but as noisy as any other recycler. If you have more than a couple bags, you might want to take earplugs to help with the noise level. Drop off & payment are quick & hassle-free. And everyone I came into contact with was cheerful & helpful. Definitely coming back here for my recycling needs!

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews regarding being cheated. There is a posted sign letting customers know how much a pound will be paid, better then the pop-up recycle huts. I gave them a four because it is a little unorganized and for the first time visitor this can be daunting and confusing. I just followed the other recyclers and got help from other customers.

Easy enough to do. The men that were on site were friendly,helpful and polite. My grandson collects cans and plastic to do his share and we always come here

Used to go to global in Santa Rosa, typical wait in line is at least 1 hour. WCM was open at 7, close to the freeway exit, no lines or crowds in the morning and plenty of parking. Also they they buy back CRV in cash money.
