Staff is friendly. They have a tough job because if you need a tow , you are not happy. Main yard is north of Friedman Brothers on the same side of street. Frontage is small on Santa Rosa Ave., drive slow easy to miss. Photo is from fee schedule posted on office at this location June 2024.
Extremely dependable tow company, Cream's always shows up, if you call. Most recently, My work truck needed a new motor installed from Ford. Tow truck driver picked up my truck & delivered with zero issues at a reasonable price!
So happy to work with these people! My RV broke down, and their towing company came out via AAA. The tow truck operator, Reggie, was great at his job and the ride to the shop was relaxing. I had to use them one last time to tow my RV to a dismantling shop, and Arlene at the front desk really advocated for me throughout the entire process. Thank you guys so much for all the great work, and for going the extra mile to help me out!🙏🏻
