If you have a lowered car,I don't recommend this tow. My fiance has a lowered vehicle & called them for a tow since our usual is out of town & it started off fine but wait time was longer than what she was told & a 3mi tow was $200. To make things worse he actually damaged her exhaust from the way he took it off the tow bed. We work on our cars so it was an easy fix but we really keep in mind who does stuff like that. The tow guy himself was cool but man,he shouldn't have rushed it. The shop we towed it to said, "That guy doesnt know how to tow these kind of cars,I think he messed your exhaust up" smh. The customer service was OK but the job itself was not very good.

The workers who answer the phone are rude and they lie about ETA. They’re communication with their customers and drivers is horrible. They said they operate off GPS which is not true if they did, they would see that the GPS was not moving and my driver was never on his way. I wait over an hour on the side of the freeway when they told me 45 minutes or less.

Vehicle towing…nice guy came out and even took my car to the Cadillac dealership. My issue is I was over charged for additional equipment of which none was used as I watched. I spoke with the representative and she quoted 190.00 but charged 285.90 for a two wheel drive. I reached out to them and the driver of which stated you are correct I will call them. The call center staff were of no help terrible service, nice driver, but shame on you guys overcharging customer. It was a long day, no sleep and car troubles. This did not make my day any better.

Great service right from the initial phone call to the actual towing process. I had 3 wheels stolen from my car while it was parked in a fairly narrow garage. It was a difficult job all around but my serviceman, Guy, was amazing. He was precise and thoughtful in his approach. He made sure that there was no damage to the car. And he got the vehicle to the body shop with ease. Highly recommend!

I was stuck in a rock in a hard place when I had another tow company in route for now 2 hours as they couldnt find anyone with a wheel lift. I called Toro in frustration and the dispatcher answered and redirected my energy and from there I was at Ease. They arrived in 40 minutes and the price was also Cheaper than the other company. Toro has gained a new customer. Thanks a million for relieving my stress and complete the mission.

I had a flat tire, which I changed out for my spare. As soon as I lowered the jack the spare tire quickly went for as well, so I ended up having to call for a quick tow. This was a very straight forward process. I called the company and was advised to wait for a call. Cesar called me within 15 to 30 minutes, quoted me the price (yes, moderately pricy, but the Bay Area is pricy and it was in the same range as other tow companies I’ve used), and told me what time to expect him. He arrived on time, was professional and competent, and towed me without issue to the tire shop. Payment was easy and now I’m getting my tire replaced. All in all, this was a very painless experience on a Friday afternoon. I would definitely use this company again.

THIS COMPANY IS COMPLETELY FRAUD!!! I called they gave me a price range between $55-80 max + $49 service. They tried to charge me $135 total & i didn’t agree to that due to the fact that that was not was advertised to me over the phone. We agreed to $125 then they charged me $135 on my card anyways. They even gave a receipt for $125 though they charged my card a different price. I would advise to NEVER use their service!

I got my car towed off Hesperian Blvd this week and the tow truck driver was kind and we talked and joked during the trip tow the destination if drop off he told me how to get a job towing and gave me a ride to the Bart . I felt comfortable and respected . Definitely a great company I recommend them to my friends or family..

Requested a service with an appointment and they came late without any advice or phone call. Then, they wanted to charge me $40 dollars extra than the maximum amount they give upon request. At the end the problem was solved and they respected the original price. The driver was very professional. Office personnel need to do better.

I needed a tow, so I called AAA and after waiting hours for promised service, I learned on calling them back that no one was coming, but they put me through to a private towing company and in short order, Toro snowed up. What a relief! The driver was professional, courteous, and helpful, and drove us , vehicle in tow, to my dealership in another city. The world needs more professionals like him. I am extremely pleased with the service.

They just subs out to a cheaper service so the ETA time given was a joke. They told me 45 to 60 minutes. After 1 hour waiting I called back 8 times and got false promise each times and finally after 2 hours and 50 minutes the driver show up. It came across my mind that they want to make me upset enough to to a cancellation so they can keep the $50 cancellation fee. Wow, what a terrible experience I got today. Don't use them period.

Thank you for being our hero, Guy!! Guy arrived in the scheduled window frame, and promptly called me to inform me he’d arrived. He was professional, clean, neat, personable AND correctly wearing his mask. He took care to form his strategy, communicate his plan to me, and secure our collaboration, stating: “We will do this together. You have an important part of this.” He was confident, stating: “We will get this towed. 100%. Not to worry.” These reassurances made me feel confident and much better. This was our 3rd towing company that had come to the house in the past 5 days. The previous tow company called my insurance company to inform us that they refused to come back because they thought it was too difficult a job/too risky to return to the house. Guy and Toro Road Runners arrived with the correct truck and tools to do this tricky job. Our tow involved a steep, narrow driveway down a hillside to a carport with a slanted roof (and the SUV has a roof rack that has parts that are installed and fashioned so it doesn’t get removed!)- plus a driveway that curves to one side at the terminal end adjacent to the street above. On one side of the driveway is a 15’ drop. Guy had his work cut out for him- at least I thought he did and clearly, the other 2 tow companies did, too. Guy hooked everything up like he’d done it a million times. He and I worked together and he got the car out of its place and onto the road in less than 30 minutes. I was already signed and we headed to my mechanic. Excellent customer service, bravery, and smarts. Thank you very much. Toro, treat Guy well. He’s definitely your asset. I trusted him implicitly with our BMW today- and if I ever need help again. Stay safe out there.

Johnny was amazing! He got to me quickly and took to my chosen destination. I have had 2 other blowouts and each time they took forever to get to me, both of those company had a hard time getting the car on the flatbed. Not Johnny, 10 minutesFyr meeting we were in transit to the tire repair shop. He was pleasant and made a sucky situation much better. This was a pleasant overall experience.

Mehenna (Grimm) my tow car driver was incredibly friendly. He definitely put me at ease after an unfortunate accident involving my rental vehicle. I could tell he was extremely experienced and took a lot of pride in his profession. He made sure to explain what he was doing and took extra precautions to make sure the rental would be safe in transit and avoid damaging other vehicles on the road with debris from the damaged bumper. Throughout this the process of reporting the accident, he was the most professional and helpful. I would give 5+ stars if I could.

The Tow truck showed up 30 minutes after I spoke with the team. I had previously been. In a 90 minute back an forth game of hold with my insurance company that was supposed to have towing. I was over it, so I hung up and called these nice people. The driver was very nice. We chatted while he drove me to my destination. I would use them again!

I Was near the main office and they dispatched the tow truck immediately. It literally took about 10 minutes as promised. Decent price, no tricks or sneaky tactics to bill me more. Asked for a quote to move a shipping container 1.5 miles; 30-60minute job. I said another company quoted $450. They wasted my time having me send pictures then told me the same quote. I asked for a portal-to-portal // hourly rate and wouldn't get one. I move large objects for a living. Would not suggest using their service.
