The guy made me wait 30 mins to get the door open so I could get the screen protector said he didn’t have the key when I asked the other lady beside him she had it terrible service didn’t make any effort to get help

They stated that they open at 6am but really don’t , I wanted to return but couldn’t until the 7am and I wanted to kill time so I wanted to try clothes on and again 7am…talk to the manager on duty on 7/20/25 at 6:33 am and she couldn’t help neither , let me understand your a manager with not able to return or open a fitting room..no keys and not authorize to do return hmmm must be a nice pay check ..to stand around .

Went to go purchase windshield washer fluid went to self check out it was open as I’m going to scan my items lady that works there goes to me we have to help u u can’t do it alone so I leave the stuff right there then has the nerve to say I have to put it back I looked at her laughed and walked out great way to lose customers

I came in urgently needing something from the cosmetics section — and unbelievably, the manager decided to close the entire cosmetics lane 10 minutes before the posted closing time. Not only did they refuse to let me in, they were rude and dismissive, showing zero concern or basic customer service. It’s outrageous that a store this size doesn’t honor its own hours or help a customer in real need. Instead, they lock it down early and turn people away like it’s an inconvenience to do their actual job. This store clearly does not care about customers, emergencies, or even sticking to its own schedule. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional — and I won’t be coming back. AVERYANNE IS HER NAME

I've always loved this particular Walmart. I was very perturbed when I went there this morning. As I was shopping, a couple was directly behind me in an aisle with a DOG in the cart. That upset me instantly. We the shoppers put our food in those carts. I just lost all respect for Walmart for this reason.I couldn't even finish my shopping because I was highly pissed. . Then after packing their groceries in the car, they let it piss in the parking lot. I find this very unsanitary. I hope you find it necessary to post signs unless it's a support dog that animals are not allowed. Some people are allergic to dogs and I find this very disrespectful and disturbing.

This Walmart is one of the WORST locations I've ever been at, every employee is making the shopping experience 1000 times worse, there's Absolutely NO organization when it comes to checking out, they tell you to go stand in a line going through the clothes section, but then allow 5 people to just walk up to any register. It's extremely sad, that management doesn't see how poorly they are running this store. I might just have to take my $$ to a different location.

Everything your home needs in one place, at affordable prices. They also offer a wide range of nutritional supplements at cheap and reasonable prices. However, the only downside is that some products are available online only. I love this place, especially this branch in particular

The worst walmart I have ever visited. Better go to other store. They have items in stock but if I go there they don’t have a key to open case. Never depend on this store for any services. They simply closed the return service and stated employe had to leave early and they don’t update anything online. I suggest them to update online and don’t waste others time

This Walmart is literally the worst run Walmart I’ve ever been to. Employees are incompetent and maybe 5% of the employees understand English. The checkout lines literally wrap around the aisles. This one definitely needs a better management team starting from the top.

The line is ridiculous! Avoid it! It has one line for checking out, and there is no express line. Had to stand 30+ minutes in the line for just two items. This is a joke! The corporate must come and evaluate this.

I really thought I had pulled up to the 3rd world country Disneyland! 2nd busiest wal-mart in this country! I just pulled in from driving from the mid west. I could not believe how busy it was and packed! I always wondered why all the parking spaces at these stores. Now finally, ive witnessed Everyone filled! Talk about they told me that was a slow time...wth??? Honestly, they handled fairly well. I say a 5 out of 10. I was almost out of there with a pack of gum to finish up. I scanned it in self checkout, this punk kid employee, instead of letting me go through and finish paying, stopped my purchase and had me go wait in line for about 15 minutes. I guess he felt some power he couldn't refuse! Trip! I've lived here before yrs ago, so not from Midwest, THANK GOD, but good for you kiddos from Ole wally. All 5 of you. That's good business to pay those life styles of yours. Hope you all are happy! It was a interesting for sure. Had set up bedroom displays and everything you might find in a 5th ave store. Something to see for sure!!!!

This is the most stressful Walmart I’ve ever been to. It’s always sooooo busy and very chaotic. A lot of products are locked behind glass and most of the staff will ignore you when you ask for assistance. They’ve also implemented digital price tags so you never really know how much you’re paying & items are significantly higher here than at Walmarts in other parts of the state. I’d recommend driving a little farther out to a different location.

This store is mammoth and well-stocked. The checkout lady was friendly and welcoming as well as very quick in processing our order. While there, I lost my door key. Someone found it and turned it in. I tried calling the store that night and all day the next day trying to see if the key had been found. No one answered the phone. Finally, my daughter suggested in the evening calling a department to get an answer so i could get a reliable transfer to the operator who was not answering the phone. I called the Vision Department and Denease answered immediately. I told her my situation. She placed me on hold assuring me she would personally check and find out. In just a couple of minutes, she got back on the line to let me know that the key had been recovered and she had placed it with the customer service desk for me to pick up before closing which I gladly did. At the very end of her shift (The eye center closes at 9), Denease took the time to listen, to be pleasant and concerned, and to take immediate steps to assure that my situation was repaired and a reliable system was set up so that it easy to get my key back. This is the kind of customer service Walmart employees need to produce every day. Denease could have passed me on to someone else or to a robot. Instead she took the time to immediately intervene and Personally resolve the situation. Kudos to Denease for excellent performance, caring and help. It made a real difference in my life that I will not forget.

To be fair, I ordered from the website and received an item that was completely different from what I ordered. The website said I could return it to the store. I took it to the Super Center, waited in line, get to the register, and nope. They could not process the return because the item I was attempting to return was NOT THE ITEM I ORDERED. Of course, it wasn't. Had it been the item I ordered, I would not have driven to Kearny to return it. Long story short, I had to call customer service for a refund, and the item I never ordered is in my house because, yeah, they wouldn't take it back.

It is insanely crazy during the weekends. It makes things easier and convenient. The bakery is a great and the staff is really sweet and helpful. The deli is nice and staff is friendly. I love the scan and go with the Walmart+. The meat department on the weekends is pretty picked over. The fresh produce is always nice and put together. The rest is an average Walmart.

I wouldn’t even give 2 stars at all this is the worst walmart ever I have been calling for the past hour every department in the store no one ever answers the phone but wait it gets even better on April 16 2025 & this location Kearny New Jersey I bought a can of great value pinto beans 15.5oz can today is April 23 2025 I bought the can 7 days ago I open the can I pour the beans in a pot & see this either worm or maggots in the can I take one out on a napkin another one inside the can moving ..exporation on the can is 3/12/27

I purchased AirPods online and got something totally wrong. But the store won’t return for me. They ask for serial number which I don’t have cuz I never received the correct item in the first place. Averya and her team are rude and disrespectful. I had to hold my phone to their faces this whole time while she talking to the customer service on my phone. The lady under her management is also really rude. I called customer service and on the phone for an hour there talking with them, never were able to return the item and get a refund. I feel like getting scammed. The picture shows what I actually got.. be careful if you purchase electronics at Walmart. They will ship you something totally wrong, probabaly worn 2$ instead of 200$ I purchased. What a disgrace. I have to wait 24-48 hours for a shipping label sent to my email and I have to ship the item back to them, after ALL THIS, without knowing if I will ever get a refund back.

Rude employees, treat you as if you are invisible, chatting away doing their own thing, not attending the customers. The worst customer experience by far in any Walmarts so far. Not a single employee encountered at this location should be working in retail. Even manager doesn’t care when someone is slacking and not attending customers.

Wal-Mart is a definite go to!! I have been trying to get into the store for a month but the lines are long. Tonight I had to take the plunge. Their stock is amazing and I was able tho shop four both groceries and clothes! The lines were not too bad and I'm happy to say I got everything I needed! Also everyone was wearing a mask and most people respected space..

I’m sick and I called to just ask questions about my delivery order because I’m SICK and the app was running me around in circles. I NEED MY STUFFand I just got the ring treatment for like 4 minutes and just a hang up pls Walmart I need dinner and my zinc and it happens twice pls omg my sinuses

The staff here are really helpful. The place has everything. I did not know that they don't have tap-to-pay so it was good that I brought a credit card . They have a set of bathrooms in a container truck. Mostly used by contractors it seems, but what a great thing to have for anyone even if they never go into the store I met some people there. It is true that this is a meet-in-the-parking-lot destination, something Walmart is famous for. But it's clean and welcoming, so it's no wonder

A very strange visit.. I felt like I was back in the beginning of the pandemic because there was nothing on the shelves in this store. I don't know the reason why & the last time I was inside here was Sept 2020. Parking was fine, employees and security was polite, the bathrooms were clean, and surprisingly there was only one person in front of me when I got to the line. I went about an hour or 2 before closing. But the shelves were so empty it was very inconvenient. I don't typically expect much from Walmart to begin with. (Rolls eyes) They added something that looked like metal detectors but the security described to me it was just so people don't walk out the wrong way.
