The worst experience ever I had with this company to wait for the manager Sione laturhoi jr who went for lunch for 2 hours I told the associate to call him so I can get my check cuz I have to take my medication and I had to wait for him to write the check and he came back parked his truck big white one in a handicap Zone and he's not even handicap or nor does he have a handicap sticker comes back don't even say hi thank you nothing very rude manager this is the last time I'm doing with business with them
what’s the point of having an appointment for pickup if they make you wait 2 hours to bring a car out. such a bad company with zero respect for anybody else’s time or money
Terrible experience. Very rude. Not clear in directions at all. Had to mail form multiple times due to their directions not being clear. Please don't use them.
They don't treat the car and accessories with respect. My vehicle got taken here for an evaluation, and when I came to get my car, the battery was dead. They broke my aftermarket mirror and took my carpet I had on my dash
Down right terrible experience. Car got totaled and they felt the need to continue to destroy my car and the contents within my vehicle. Boot print on my bucket seat. I don't understand how they scratched my carbon fiber trunk when the front end of the car was destroyed but hey, it's a junkyard at the end of the day. Thank you Copart - Vallejo!
Very rude people took all day they don’t manage time well an there checks take up to 3 to 5 business days you need immediate cash don’t use there services there disrespectful and will give you the run around sat there for 5+ hrs
If you are going to vallejo yard to pick up a car is all good but if you need to go inside the office for any reasson just avoid this yard if not you are going to regreat that the lady in there are so slow that i went there to pick up a title and spend 1 hour 30 min for that next time ill just tell them to send it via mail
Copart, situated uncomfortably close to residential areas, is a nightmare for the neighborhood. The relentless noise from car auctions and repairs disrupts any peace. This reckless behavior poses a safety hazard and leaves a lasting stain on the community's well-being. Copart's disregard for its surroundings makes it a detriment to the peaceful living environment we all deserve. They hold no accountability for the actions of their customers who are often hostile if you approach them.
At first the service seemed good until they kept switching the dates to tow my RV. I scheduled for the 10th of the month. They switched to the 7th due to Easter holiday. Now my RV is all dismantled and has no accommodations. When I called to inform them, they said the towing will take place back on the 10th and they have no record of the change of date.
I'm 62 with hurt back and hips and have to stay in my car as I no longer have help to reacommodate the trailer to stay here
Copart is a scam they told me that I could go down there and view 500 cars running and when I got down there they told me I could see three after I paid $59 to join a membership three in one day three the next and so on and so forth they are nothing but scam artists I would not do business with them whatsoever

KENDRA the nice Lady that helped me with the preview of an RV located in a sublot was professional, kind, friendly she likes doing her job and that makes transactions much better.
They have an phone online check in system due to covid. Not convenient and they also text when your next in line. They use a long pole with a container taped at the end to take your items. There was one particular women there that was extremely sweet and friendly. But can't say the same for the person that helped me.
After I paid for my car i waited almost 3 hours to pick it up my transport almost left me and I had to pay him extra saying they make appointments to pick up vehicles and everyone else is considered a walk in. BS THIS THE ONLY COPART I BEEN TO THAT DID ME LIKE THAT I WILL NOT HUY FROM AGAIN TRUST ME
got burnt really bad on a "run and drive" vehicle when I get it home from towing can't even start run it up on the driveway, had to push it up. Paid a lot for it. They should of listed it as mechanical issue you can easy tell and hear it. 0 psi compression on engine :(
Everyone just sit and speak with each other. They don't care that you haven't time. Super slow. And what we can expect from copart? That someone care about you? No
Company is such bull treat there employee horrible and blame the outside guys for everything sub hauler talk and drive crazy thru and in the whole yard . management and inventory yard is a complete mess and understaffed and over car capacity gm has no clue what hes doing and terrel is one of the best wokers in the office and yard very hard working and understanding person
If you have a day to waste go to this place because they are the exact definition of counterintuitive and unproductive. Never have I seen such a bunch of laid back, unorganized and slow individuals in my life. Took them 4 hours from when I payed for a running and driving car till they bothered themselves to bring it out of the yard. I was supposed to be the 14th. car pulled on the list in order of arrival. 27 cars later I was still waiting, and after asking three times in a row what seems to be the holdup, I was told that one employee from the yard didn't show for work. Wow this guy has to be a miracle worker for sure since by my calculation he can at least double or triple the delivery pace. Yet here I was on my unluckiest of days showing up when the miracle worker was out, standing in the rain and listening to excuses. Finally it seems that I am next on the list, but wait no such luck on my unluckiest of days. Another 4 cars come out and at this point I decide I need a strong drink to warm me up since mother nature took care of the cold shower already. I head to the main office in hopes that "miracle yard worker" might show up to help out. Tell them in firm and slightly agitated voice that my drivers license is about to expire by the time that I see this damn car. Lucky me there is a nice tow truck driver seating and waiting for his retirement it seems. He tells me that this is the norm here and I should feel lucky that at least theoretically made it to the top of the list.First I thought that he is joking but obviously not. At this point a very nice lady stepped in radioed over to the twilight zone workers inquiring about their "warp drive" issues. 10 minutes later I thought that my eyes are playing a joke, but no. Finally there is the car of the day that most probably was built while I was waiting.
In conclusion would I ever buy from here again? The answer is a hard never.
P.S.:it seemed that the forklift drivers had plenty of time after each car dropped to catch up on sweet memories with some of the waiting tow truck drivers.
I have no idea who hired the rude guy as a manager.

What a great company copart is I called Thursday to have the car pick up and they told it will be pick up Friday morning they push back tell Saturday and tell me that they are short handed and the it’s customer fault that there short handed they have great customer service. Right ( I don’t think customer should be hold responsible there something called sub contact other company I shouldn’t tell company how run a company )
