The staff at the Vallejo, Adm. Callaghan location was very helpful. We were greeted upon entry and after a few minutes of looking for an item, a staff approached and asked if we needed help. Way more helpful and clean than any other location in the area.
We were helped by Kay and let me tell you the service was amazing! Had a dead battery, they changed in within 5 mins and we were on our way! Thank you so much Kay

Ill give this location a 3star. The energy in store is low However I think it's because short staff. They may be tired? Anyway I WANT TO THANK YOUNG Oscar THERE. about the only person made me feel like it was life inside this location. Great attitude and and didn't blink to give a helping hand. Great help from manager checking my battery and my alternator when my car was having trouble starting at times. Both were fine and it was a relief to know and he did it for FREE and was very nice, too!
Went to exchange light bulbs i had bought there the day before. Girl came out to my car to show me they were the correct ones. Now that is customer service at it's best!

Fantastic service helped me with recycling my oil and disposing of my oil soaked rags. The ladies there were very nice and helpful. I had no problem finding everything I needed.
I called on phone twice to the AutoZone store
in Vallejo, on Admiral Callaghan, on Fri
at 5:30pm, and on both calls I was put on
hold and waited at least 5 mins each time,
but no one answered. Please have the
Reps improve their Cust Serv on phone.
Something like “we’re quite busy right now,
and if you could, we can help you if you
call back in 10 min - thank you”.
