Chris Lewis greeted me on arrival at Toyota of Vallejo . His attention to customer satisfaction is unmatched. From rides home,to return trip to pick up my Tundra, he provided Starbucks coffee while I was there, also notifying me of the cost of the repair, along with the time it would take to finish the work. I had an appointment on October 24th at 3:30pm. I was told that I was going to get an oil change and a gasket in my car. The guy told me that it was going to be an hour. It took almost two hours to have my car done. I feel like someone not the mechanic. Someone else should've told me that my car was going to take more than an hour.

Good service at a fair price. I appreciate that I was shown items on my car that I need to either address or watch for. No pressure to have them done at Toyota, just useful information.

I drove an hour over there on a Sunday with hopes to leave with a new car. Sadly, I was mistaken. This dealership really doesn't want your business. They will run your credit, give you a terrible offer, and don't care whether you accept or not; they just enjoy wasting your time. I watched the salesman stand around on his phone for 5 minutes texting before walking back with the offer which was garbage.

DON'T TRY TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! They are dismissive, shady, and will give you the run-around. I asked specifically for the price of the a vehicle and the salesperson avoided my question like the plague. They "promised" me an itemized list but failed to produce it. Too bad there is not a negative rating. 9/30/25 Omar: The fact that you responded to this email 5 days later speaks to how much you value customer feedback this dealership. You've simply proven my point about how crappy Vallejo Toyota is.

My experience was excellent from start to finish. Tahriq the salesman showed me a variety of cars in my range and Brian the finance man got me out of the door quickly. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Would recommend.

Harry Doost salesman it was such a blessing to have meet you such a blessing to have your help. You literally guided us with everything in detail on top of that you made us feel like we were family, so beyond grateful words can’t describe the generosity and the kindness you have! Altho it was disappointing to be told the headgasket replacement would be covered under warranty and then be told, no it wouldn't, overall the repair got done. It took 3 days and was close to $5K. A heart breaker, but at least my prius runs fine now.

Recall repair (ie: Replace 4 Brake lines and flush) Was advised that it would only be a couple of hours. Not ALL DAY. I am a Retired Mech/Engineer and I have rebuilt veh breaks from disassembly to re-assembly. I know it does not take that long to do this procedure. 4 hours tops.....Very disappointed.

I was looking to get a new fuel efficient car and decided to look online at my local Toyota dealership. I found a Toyota RAV4 plug-in hybrid that hadn't been built yet but it was exactly the color and model I wanted that was fully loaded. I put in an inquiry through the website and Ryan Asuncion quickly emailed me and we chatted on the phone as well. I went to the dealership the next day to test drive a normal RAV4 to get a feel for the car. I liked how smooth the ride was. I was also looking at the cargo capacity for fitting my electric scooter for my daily commute. They even let me test it out right there. I was sold!! So I put $500 deposit to reserve the car. I didn't have to wait too long and Ryan kept me updated along the way. The process was super easy and stress free. When I took delivery of the car Ryan patiently walked me through all of the features on the car, which was really helpful. Thanks to everyone that helped from the Toyota Vallejo team!! Especially Ryan. I'm super happy with the new car!!

Easiest purchase ever! Huicho Diaz was great to deal with. Told him what I wanted, didn’t have it but he got one in. Made the deal over the phone, came in to sign papers and drove off. Great experience at Toyota Vallejo.

I don’t typically leave reviews, but Gladys Madison and Ryan at Toyota Vallejo made it very straightforward. No nonsense, transparent, and straightforward. It’s how buying a car should be. We were on a waiting list for a Sienna and she gave us routine updates and kept in touch until the delivery date. Ryan was able to fill in for the in person paperwork (less than 75 min) and had me on our way. I defiantly would recommend these two and Vallejo Toyota for your next Toyota purchase!

The folks at Toyota Vallejo keep my car in excellent working order from front to back. Real professionals, their work is excellent and the cleanup is so appreciated. They also have a friendly helpful office staff. It’s the only place I will take my Toyota for service. I have been a long time customer and continue to trust them with my vehicles!

Appointment scheduling went smooth and the initial person who helped was warm and accommodating. Jay, my service professional was great, very friendly and helpful, making my experience with him smooth and positive. However, I did have a few concerns with other aspects of my visit. As a first-time customer at this location, I wasn’t aware there were two different service centers. When I arrived at what I thought was the correct one since it said service center on the signage, an employee rudely informed me my appointment was at the main service center. His tone made it seem like I should have known this beforehand, which was frustrating. He shouldn’t of assumed I knew there was a different service center and I think the person who helped scheduled the appointment should make it clear and explain the difference between the two service centers and where they are located. He made me feel like I was stupid when I was never relayed the information. Secondly, the appointment system was confusing. I was assigned to a person named Sean, but when I arrived, it seemed like I could meet with anyone. After I had already dropped off my car, I received a text saying my appointment was canceled — which made no sense and felt like a glitch in the system. Lastly, when I called to arrange for a courtesy car, the receptionist who assisted me was also kinda rude. I accidentally made the mistake of saying Jake helped me instead of Jay and she made me feel bad for forgetting his name. I just met the guy for a few minutes.

I recently brought my vehicle into the Toyota dealership in Vallejo due to a strange noise coming from the engine. From the moment I arrived, the service team was helpful and attentive. I'd especially like to recognize Virgil, our service representative, for providing outstanding customer service throughout the entire process. Virgil was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly understanding of our concerns and needs. He kept us informed every step of the way and made sure we felt confident that the issue was being addressed properly. The technicians quickly diagnosed the issue, and I was relieved to hear that the repair was covered under warranty. While the vehicle was being serviced, they provided us with a rental car, which made the whole experience much more convenient and stress-free. Thanks to Virgil and the entire team at Toyota Vallejo, what could have been a stressful situation was handled smoothly and professionally. I truly appreciate their honesty, efficiency, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Highly recommend this dealership for anyone in need of trustworthy and reliable service!

Toyota Vallejo has truly become family to my family. My parents, my siblings, my extended family, and my wife and I have been purchasing and servicing our vehicles here for over 20 years. We have purchased pretty much everything from new cars and trucks to quality used cars. One of the great things about the dealership is that when we walk into the sales department or service, we are always greeted by familiar faces as many of the employees have been here for a long time. This speaks volumes to the management at Toyota Vallejo, how they take care of their employees, who then take care of their customers. We live out of town and actually drive past another Toyota dealership just to service our cars at this location. Thank you Toyota Vallejo for taking care of our family’s car needs for over two decades!

I had a recent experience here with John that has made me believe in Toyota Vallejo again. I came in to fix an issue with my transmission and of course the price tag was pretty hefty. There was a miscommunication on the day I came to pick up my car after the diagnosis and the team worked together to ensure that I was satisfied with the customer service I received. Not only did I receive a call from John, but also from their service manager, Michael V, and the general manager, David J. All extending their apologies and while my car was being worked on I was also given a rental which was an amazing Rav4 (honestly had me thinking if I should stop the work being done and trade in my car but there is so much sentimental value). I got my car back and it runs smoothly again and was given a nice car wash. Happy to say you've won me back and I look forward to continuing being a patron here. John is by far an amazing service advisor and is always ready to assist with any questions we have regarding our vehicle and will give honest feedback.

Unethical Sales Practices and Zero Transparency My experience at Toyota Vallejo was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. I was told there was room for negotiation on a vehicle, which is the only reason I agreed to let them run my credit—even though I already had bank-approved financing in place at 4.99%. After they ran my credit, I was suddenly told the price was non-negotiable. When I questioned this, I was told, “Well, your credit has already been run here and it’s already affected you, so you might as well just buy the car here. If you go somewhere else, they’ll have to run it again and that’ll bring your score down more.” That kind of pressure tactic is manipulative, unethical, and completely unacceptable. To make it worse, the rate they offered me was the exact same 4.99% I already had from my bank—so the credit inquiry they pushed for was unnecessary and brought me no benefit. When I asked for copies of anything I signed or documents related to my credit report, I was told “the printer is broken”—as if that excused them from providing legally required documentation. I was refused access to paperwork I am fully entitled to. Then, after I walked away, I received repeated calls and texts over the next three days saying that if I came back, they would be willing to negotiate the price, completely contradicting their earlier claim that there was no room for negotiation. It felt like a trap, and it only confirmed that I was being misled from the start. There was no transparency, no integrity, and no respect for me as a customer. I left feeling manipulated and taken advantage of. Based on my experience—and what I’ve read in other reviews—Toyota Vallejo has a clear pattern of dishonest and unethical behavior. I will never return, and I strongly suggest others stay away as well.

To say I was treated like family would be an understatement. I can’t thank the good folks at Toyota Vallejo enough for my brand new Tundra. I have been in the market for a truck for a while and came across this perfect spec. I’m not from the are so I had to do a lot of this over the phone. I worked with the Sales Manager Andrew and he was able to make me feel as comfortable as ever met being in front of the truck for most of the process. Insuring that the things I wanted in a truck were taken care of and the timing around it all. I was in constant contact with the team and once the truck touched down I received a video walk around. My truck was here!! A day later I made the trip up to Toyota Vallejo to trade my Audi Q7 in. The process for that was super simple as well. I understood what my trade in was worth and didn’t feel like I was being low balled or anything. They even explained that in detail. Once I got to the dealer Huicho my salesperson walked me over to my Truck which had a red carpet leading up to it!! It is the little thing people. When is the next time you are going to get a red carpet?! After a test drive I was sold and the rest they say is history. Again I can’t thank you enough for sourcing my truck and making it easy on my family and I. Please treat yourself to an experience like this when you buy your next car. Everyone involved takes what they do serious and you will leave feeling great about your purchase.

I’ve purchased multiple cars from Toyota Vallejo, new and used while living in the Bay Area. I would drive from Fremont just to do business with them because of the trust I have with them and the relationships I’ve built with their team…sales and service. We recently moved to Las Vegas and I was in the market for a slightly used Sequoia TRD Pro for my family to which they found for me. Even living a state away now I still choose to do business with them opposed to a dealership closer to us…says a lot about the customer service we always experience with them! They took the time to go out of their way to make sure we’re well informed and that we get the best deal possible. Making sure nothing is missed and that we have all we need to enjoy our new vehicle safely and with peace of mind for many years. I can’t say enough about the good experiences I’ve had with Andrew K.
