When me and my aunt were driving in her car yesterday to visit my dying uncle up north, the car started smoking. Half an hour after i tried to check all fluid levels at a gas station. My sis on the phone recommended we visit an O'Reilly auto parts store cause "the guys tend to be really helpful there." We had to drive 10 minutes from the freeway to this Vallejo location but luckily the car stopped smoking. I went in and asked for help. I said we were willing to buy any fluids that we might need, but wasnt sure for sure which ones. A super nice young man named Leif helped us and was willing to look at our situation, look under the hood, and he really put our minds at ease. Another guy with dreads came out and tried to help, too, though I didn't catch his name, or the name of the girl who was working at the cash register when I came in, in a bit of a panic (i told my whole story to her). O'Reilly's is lucky to have all these guys. Automotive issues can be soooooo stressful, but the people here really helped us relax and feel at ease getting back on the road. Extra big thanks to Leif who went above and beyond. Thank you!!!

Go to Oreillys at least once a week, everytime receive great costuer service, very knowledgeable staff, their computer skills to find the difficult parts are amazing, prices very competitive they are alway willing to help, on the phone or in person definitely recommend this place.

"I’ve had a disappointing experience at this O’Reilly Auto Parts location due to the unprofessional behavior of an employee named Kelly. On multiple occasions, she has been rude and unhelpful, making my visits uncomfortable. As a paying customer, I expect respectful and courteous service, but unfortunately, that has not been the case. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure a better experience for future customers."

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced!! This place needs a serious amount of time to train proper customer care and satisfaction. I have never in my life been treated as horribly at any o’reillys as this one!! Came here to return an OBD2 scanner which I purchased not even two weeks ago!! They started telling me some BS about how I can’t and one of them started getting aggressive with. Some tall kid with braids and some Hispanic man with glasses. Everyone else’s policy states that they will refund you for an OBD2 scanner within 30 days of return. Apparently this place is better by not offering the same policy. I’ve been a customer with O’reilly for over a decade. Never again! After this experience (one that could have easily been fixed) you guys have lost another customer. I will make sure all my mechanics buddy’s track the same info. DONT WASTE TOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE!!

Great customer service and products! I bought a battery under warranty and after a year it went bad and they replaced it for free after they tested it.

I absolutely love this place. The employee named Jesus aka lil j in the streets is very knowledgeable about car parts. My engine blew out in the middle of nowhere and mr lil j came to the rescue in his oreily uniform with some meguiars ultimate wax.

I talked to a female here she was rude and was unwilling to assist me..... I ordered a ecm for my Toyota and one of the representatives told me they'd call me once the part was at the store bo call so I called them and all she could say was YEAH UGH NO NOT AVAILABLE NOT AVAILABLE I expect better customer service from a company such as this I'll be going to AUTO ZONE for ALL future purchases

I give O'Reilly's in Vallejo on springs road a five because the staff are always helpful never condescending and are always willing to come outside and help with something on the car if it's basic and minor. I also really appreciate the diversity of their staff especially the fact that there are women that work there and those women are on point and knowledgeable just as the men are. And as a woman I like to see that

I always do the same thing. I go to a different shop first, simply because it’s closer and I’m being lazy, but then after experiencing subpar service, I decide to leave and head here. Every single time I come here with a question, the associates are able to give me an answer. If they don’t know the answer, they are willing to admit they don’t know but go on to find the answer and make sure the situation I went in there for can be resolved. The service here is always friendly, they really do know their stuff, and they have gone to extremes for me to make sure a certain part gets to me. You can never go wrong at this O’Reillys

The best...always helpful and knowledgeable. Had my battery swapped out today. Yesterday I called to order the unit I wanted and was informed of the best time to bring it in for the service. For women seniors this is a godsend and I highly recommend them.

They have your basic stuff there is lots of areas missi g product on the shelf I guess because people have 5 fingers. But you can find the items there and if they dont have it they can order it for you. Happy overall with the service.

We stopped here because we had a flat tire and didnt have a Jack. There is an employee named Brian who went way above and beyond to help a couple lost customers. He picked out the best product for the car at a great price point. After he spent quite a bit of time during a 100+ degree day to help us change the tire and give us tips and tricks. I want to give him a big thank you for seriously helping out others in needs and going way above and beyond what his job requires. Thank you!

Needed a new wiper so I stopped by. Got it installed and was on my way in around 10 minutes. Very helpful and nice. Very convenient as well.

Terrible I mean terrible service they have people working their that don't know anything about cars or parts my husband is treated very badly we go to turn something in because they have us the wrong parts and then tells us the parts aren't under his phone number when my husband uses his number every time he buys anything. I swear corporate really needs to take a look at how this location is being ran.

I usually have great service. Unfortunately I bought windshield wipers , advertised free installation counter person informed me there not allowed to go outside after 5 pm. Two minutes later two employees were outside smoking. 1844 Spring Rd.

Good luck getting help. Example: have about 100.00 in parts, 5 people working with 1 customer. Had too leave part's on counter, no one would check me out. Probably could of just walked out the door with the stuff.

Needed new batteries... in the rain... Sucks!!! I had told the cashier that I was a disabled veteran and as I was walking back to my truck he stopped by with his personal car an gave me a ride to my truck. Above and beyond what I had expected!! He told me he was in the army and I told him I had been as well. The batteries fixed the issue and the crew made it easier to get it done!! Thanks again for your support and for serving our country!!

Great experience! Justin took his time to help me out with my battery which turned out that it needed to be replaced. Then a customer he knew pulled up and he asked his opinion on removing my battery and how about the customer removed my battery and installed a new one for me!!! Great Service!!! If it wasn't for Justin saying something to that customer I would have had to go to the Dealership and pay extra money. I own a 2014 Buick LaCrosse so if you've have had battery problems then you know what I mean!!!

Lots of seat covers, made easy return, exchange, and order all in same quick transaction. Found everything I needed ...unlike other stores of same nature. A lot of people but they moved thru the line helping everyone fast.

This is one of three places I get parts for my vehicles. They have rental tools that are low cost or free upon return. Sometimes a deposit or creditcard authorization is required. It's not the fastest check out in the world but they generally have what you need or can get it quick.

Came here to get screws for my car this morning. For the side of my car the bumper thing underneath the passenger aide door. Asked if they could come out side and tell me what I needed. I know nothing about cars except gas, oil, and that's it! He tells me he can't come outside with me but there's a screw section right there. Not Even yes give me a minute to get the rest of customers out or were short staffed. I'm really kind of irritated because I've witnessed a dozen times employee's coming out to see whatever problem a customer may have. Off to auto zone i go maybe they have better customer service. I'm not satisfied with the morning employeea here.
