I called 10-4 Towing just a few minutes ago to see if I could get some kind of contract or service set up for our gas stations in Vallejo. Anthony gave me the best sound advice for free — he told me I could simply call 5-1-1 when I need a tow for an abandoned vehicle and that I don’t even need a contract. I just want to give a huge shout-out to Anthony for being honest, transparent, and providing amazing customer service. He saved me a ton of time, money, and effort.

I was told my wait time was “60 mins” still waiting going on 2-1/2 hours. No calls, no updates. I called twice and the driver said he’d be there in “30 Mins” he had none of the detail the dispatcher took from me. Why tell me 60 mins if you can’t make it happen. Don’t lie and tell me what I want to hear tell the truth so I know what’s happening.

I had the best experience with 10-4. I think the gentleman's name was Johnathan. He was quick and called with updates. He was on time and friendly and professional. He dropped the car off perfectly and then also offered super helpful suggestions on what to do next and what to look for. And they were great with the price! Since I was stranded in walnut creek and on my second parking ticket, them being quick and affordable really helped. Would definitely recommend.
So my husband and I bought a car from here and now we are having issues with the DMV everything is paid for so I called the place we purchased the vehicle which was here and all I asked was if they had a sticker for the number underneath the hood because the DMV needs it the guy I was talking to was rude and yelling at me and I asked him why are you yelling at me he said with a attitude saying well because I am driving and need to tow a car well I told him okay then but that doesn't give him the right to yell at me I think this place should be shut down for good and I hope the people here have their karma back to them if they treat people this way by rudeness and yelling well it's not my fault that you work here for 16 years all I asked was one simple question and you wanna be rude about it time change and that what the DMV wants to make sure it was stolen

Mr. J came through and perfectly handled our relocation tow. We have a car that just needed to be moved about 12-15 feet sideways and our first attempt was a flat bed that didn’t quite workout. Mr.J was our second attempt and in less than 15 mins he had it moved perfectly. We ran into some troubles because the tires were flat, but he knew just what to do and used some extra wood we had laying around the yard to complete the job. That’s above and beyond and I couldn’t be more grateful. Handled with care, ease and super efficiently. Thank you again Mr.J! May you get that misfire situation handled! Ha! Cheers

Dispatch manager and Driver were legit and talked and worked with me - their corporate/contract end DID NOT honor agreement and changed wording on contract - overcharged by Over $1400.
Do Not Use Do not trust. My next stop is small claims court

Worst company ever. Driver never showed. I waited for over 2hrs. I never received a call from the driver or office. I had to call the office multiple times & they only put me on Hold. Also don't give them you credit card info over the phone. They have a $49 cancelation fee. They will straight rob you.
I called because my battery failed while driving (almost caught on fire!) and Guy came out to replace my battery. They were prompt and courteous, I am glad they sent Guy as he was efficient and very nice. Thank you!

No one ever wants to need a tow. And we know they’re expensive. But these guys responded to me in 30 minutes and the tow driver was so cool, he was helpful and even helped me look up the part that I would need to replace so I’d have a heads up on the cost. After a scary near miss on the freeway with my grandson in the car, it was nice to run into Rigo, a really good guy. They did a quick tow and it was easy.
