All I have to say is. I went and got my personal property out my car. Simon was very helpful and he is an honest man. I also called and the young lady who answered me was very polite and helpful too. Its sad yes I lost my job and car but they were very helpful and made the process easier for us. Thank You!

Worst company I've EVER dealt with. EVER! They're extremely rude. Stole a bunch of stuff out of my vehicle. Also tried taking my passport(which is a federal offense)and claimed they "didn't see it" when in fact, it was with the other stuff in my center console that they had packed up? Makes no sense whatsoever. They also took 5$ out of my wallet, a hydroflask thermos, Versace cologne, and two coffee cup tumblers and ripped a Bible. What kind of twisted individual rips a Bible? They didn't return the items when asked for them and gave me a claims form. I filed a police report with the VPD as well. It's not the items that they took that's important, it's the fact that they lied and denied the whole thing. They were the only people with access to my vehicle, what? They magically disappeared? The company is ran and operated by a bunch of toothless tweakers. Sad that they kick people while they're down and pray off of individuals that are struggling. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! EVER!

Here is the corrected version of your statement: "My car was repossessed, and when I went to get it back, they had me sign BEFORE bringing me my car instead of letting me inspect the car first and then bringing me the papers to sign. When I got the car back, my driver's side handle was messed up as if someone had broken into my car, and my daughter's tablet, which was in the car when it was repossessed, was gone. I called them back to inform them about what I had noticed, and they sent me a claims form to fill out. However, their policy states that they are not responsible if you mention something AFTER you sign for your car back. Be careful with these people!"

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I had all my paperwork in order, so they got my car out quickly. Nothing was missing or damaged. I was very happy with the way they handled the very stressful situation for me. The old posts about this place being mean or rude to people are not true anymore. Thanks again to the staff who helped me that day!

I had my car towed here recently. When I went to Get my personal belongings, I had a 12 inch subwoofer with amp in my trunk. So when I went to pick my belongings up And asked for my speaker mind you without signing anything yet. They were giving me a hard time. Then they told me they sent it with the car to the auction house. So I called the Auction house and they said that the towing company sent it with no speaker or key cuz I didn’t give them the key in the first place. So someone in there is having a side business in swiping stuff from the cars and Reselling them. That costed me 685 dollars in totals. So I will be filing a police report and lawyering up.

My car was towed. It was not fun, but it really had nothing to do with this company. It was my fault & my responsibility to solve. Madison, Tarren, and Simon were really quick, sympathetic and on top of things. My car was back to me so quickly once paperwork from the three instituions arrived i could essily get an appointment to get my any personal things, and to pick the car. Truly, they really were thoughtful, upfront and warm. Life can suck but gettint to work it out with awesome invdividuals who do their job correctly, by the book and with customer care is just The Best. thanks you all, for not making something unfortunate—- horrific! !!!!

Fell behind on some bills and these guys made the process easy getting my vehicle back to me as soon as possible. I read previous reviews and was definitely nervous, but I personally had zero issues. The forklift guy is very nice and polite!

The will steal the stuff in your car. They stole my car key and replaced it with a cheap key and the key won’t unlock my car!!! Don’t sign any paper work until you checked your things in the bag first.

If i could only give 0 stars i would. They didn’t told us what info/requirements to bring knowing were from a far place. Once we got there she wants us to come back with the requirements that she didn’t even told us to bring. They kept the car on hold for 6days knowing that we have to pay for the storage. Bad service

Kaitlin was nothing but professional and courteous throughout our entire exchange. She helped worked to get our car back and gave excellent information. Contrary to other reviews, our car was left untouched for us and everything was in place. Thank you Kaitlin and after hours tow.

They towed my car early in the morning without me knowing. So I didn’t have time to take anything out. Left my fastrak transponder in there. Call to see if i could get it back manager said it wasnt in there. Im the only one that drives the car and i know i didnt take it out so who else but them would have access to it. Garuntee they took it off and try to resell it. Her tone changed to defensive when i asked how it disappeared if i used it the day before. Straight thieves and liars

They are thieves they treated the inside of my vehicle like Walmart. AKA they shopped in it. I had money in the center console they took that they even took all the change. You couldn't even at least leave me the change

CHECK YOUR BELONGINGS BEFORE YOU SIGN THE RELEASE FORM... I didn't do that...she told me my new disabled placard was in bag and it wasn't. Found that out after we had left.. There were two placards in my car....the old one which expired June 30th and the new one which expires 2021. They took it. So the reviews are accurate, there is some dishonesty when it comes to people's belongings being taken. It's sad that there are individuals who take advantage of those who vehicles were towed. I'm contacting the DMV and will see if I can file a police report.

BEWARE! Do not sign any paperwork before you check your belongings! Kaitlyn is rude and a liar! They have no regard to a person who is OBVIOUSLY having a hard time. They sent me to their secret oakland location for recovery and my car was in vallejo and Kaitlyn had the audacity to say " I don't know how you got that address" Kaitlyn is the 1 who scheduled the recovery! There are mud footprints on my seats, a scratch on my car, and even though Kaitlyn said they had absolutely no trunk access, that even though there is a trunk button that legally since they do not have a key they can not open it.. YET almost everything in my trunk... Is in a black bag in my back seat! When I called for an explanation 1 woman said they went through my back seat and pulled it out that way... And then Kaitlyn jumped on the phone and said THEY NEVER TOUCHED ANYTHING IN THE TRUNK! When I asked her which 1 of them was lying because I was JUST told they pulled it out through the back seat.. Kaitlyn told me to file a complaint and hung up! I called back several times to file this complaint... And they would not answer the phone!! Liars, theives, and heartless souls

I'm currently finding myself in confusion and frustration over this company. First off, no one seems to care about theyre business, the Secretary jocelin? sounds like a fat ghetto person that doesn't care about anything, they transfer me to an appointment manager, and she puts me on >Hold for 15 min, and says "we only have an appointment for tomorrow at 10:30" with out explanation about anything. And i ask for an actual manager that i was hoping she would at least care and try to help, well here answered "Rachel" and explain what the problem is, and to your surprise, she's worse. Anyway, point is that she said she didn't care about the reviews and the problems that they where making enough money. Here's my story: My car was repossessed, according to theyre report they picked up my car on friday Feb 9th, which I asked the first lady "jocelyn" at what time they picked up my car she stated 12: something Am. I said is technically saturday, why should I be charged for Friday? With her staying quite she said she'd had to wait for the release form from the financial company to know exactly what time it was, well is on theyre report! After I speak to my financial company to pressure the real form to be able to pick up the car today, financial company agreed and sent it right through. I called this auto recovery company back, and i asked to give me an appointment for today, they put me on hold for 15 min and the lady responded we only have an appointment for tomorrow at 10:30. Thats when i asked to be transferred to theyre manager. I explain all that happend to Rachel, and we get into why they where charging for Friday if they picked up the car at 12 am Saturday Feb 10th, she baldy says her secretary messed up and was looking at someone else's report. (When they had all the info of my report) then she says my car was picked up at 10:40 pm Friday Feb 9th, so I tell her thats a lie, my own family where our side the house at 11:30 pm and the car was parked. So she went to say that they called petaluma police to report the repossession at 10:40 pm and that was the time it was picked up. So I told her you either fix this problem now or you leave me no option. She didn't care and said she couldn't change anything. Fine, I made an appointment to get my car out, but this is unacceptable and unprofessional. Im filing a law suit, over business dispute for wrongfully running an operation and illegally altering reports. Who ever wants to join the case please contact my email i will give you the info.

This company is clearly unphased by the circumstances of the individual's whose vehicles are being held at their facility. Even after receiving clearance to release your vehicle. They comfortably hold the vehicle for an extended amount of time, as if to further create hardship for your family, during an already difficult time.

I have been trying to call to pick up my vehicle since 9:30. I left a message but haven't heard back. I called around around 1 and their voicemail pickup message now says they are closed. It would be nice if they were open when they say they would be open. Everything has been cleared by my loan company.

these people should feel bad about how they acted they stole my daughters necklace and then told me that we had no personal items in the vehicle and another lady came to get her car and they tried to keep her purse they only returned it after she came back in and confronted them about the missing bag

WORST BUSINESS EVER. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS EVER. I CALLED AT 9:30AM, TO ASK IF I COULD COME GET MY PERSONAL ITEMS OUT OF THE VEHICLE, ALSO MY BADGE FOR WORK. A YOUNG LADY TOLD ME, I HAD TO WAIT TILL THE VEHICLE WAS PROCESSED. I CALLED BACK AROUND 2:00PM/ 2:30PM. THE SAME DAY THE VEHICLE STILL WAS NOT PROCESSED. I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER. A LADY NAMED MARY COMES TO THE PHONE SAYS MAKE A APPOINTMENT THEN HANGS UP ON ME. I CALLED BACK NOT EVEN TWO MINUTES LATER. MARY HAD STEPPED OUT OF THE OFFICE. THEY HAVE NOT CALLED ME BACK SO I CAN SET UP A APPOINTMENT. ITS 3:45PM NOW SMH

I don't know anyone else's experience here but mine was the worse! Went to pick up my personal items after 6 day that they had them because theycouldn't finish processing the vehicle. I get there the woman is really rude and I get home and I'm missing items wasted my whole day of work and still have to go back and get the rest of my belongings
