Driver lost our lock nut for our vehicle. Vacaville Tow ignored paying for lock and AAA a denied to replace my lock nut after I filled out a claim. I was told to fill out a claim and then denied it. Horrible communication and horrible service. Let’s own mistakes!

I used them through AAA for a tow back to Sacramento from Vacaville at 6 AM. The driver, Nick, was very courteous and I know it wasn't his fault, but I was left sitting on the side of the road for 7 hours for a 30 mile tow. I probably should rate lower but Nick was great.

Trash. Terrible service I think her name was Tammy. Terrible help. Follow up receptionist was helpful, possibly Melanie? Thank you for your help. But they didn't dispatch a driver for me after they said they would call and we waited 45 minutes for a tow on Orange Drive to be towed less than 10 minutes away. Not too long of a wait but to call back and check on our tow truck's arrival time and to be told that they never dispatched a driver, and on top of it, that they didn't have any drivers at 8pm on a Thursday night is just odd to me. Do better next time, this is not my usual experience with Vacaville Tow. Ended up calling Omar's Towing. He was fast, helpful, and efficient. Thank you Omar.

Wow! What amazing efficient service I received today from VACAVILLE TOW! A flat tire led me to call AAA. A link sent to me confirmed my location and provided an ETA. Soon thereafter I received a phone call to verify my location and provide a new and improved ETA! Timmy showed up 10 minutes later! He set out orange safety cones near my car and immediately started changing the flat tire. Timmy was very friendly and helpful. I drove home safely and very much satisfied. Best service they showed up 20 minutes early and the guy was really good it was super difficult to change the tire cuz the wheel was like almost crammed on their wrong. Don't know what it was but anyway he managed to get it changed and got us on our way

Car died on the freeway, I was about an hour away from home. It was a Sunday, dispatcher quickly found someone available, gave me a quote and a time. I wish I'd gotten her name, I was stressed out and she was a pro, got me sorted straight away. Corey came by with the truck and got me home in one piece, cannot thank him enough. Very nice guy, we had a good chat on the way.

Absolutely USELESS, made me wait well over an hour, told me he had to go back and get the right tool because he didn't bring it. Then 30 min later the dispatch calls me to tell me they can't do it. Stay away from this business and its incompetent staff at all costs!
Called AAA for a tow and it was sent to them. They cancelled the call and never let AAA know or myself know. I sat for 2 hours finally got ahold of someone to just tell me to call AAA back. Poor service.
Cannot say enough great things about this tow company. My tire had exploded on the highway and I foolishly forgot to replace my spare tire. After a 4-hr run around with my insurance company, I decided to call Vacaville Tow and see if they could take me to an auto repair shop before they closed in 2 hours. Magic. The person who took my call was professional, calmed me down, and gave me realistic expectations. Then the tow truck showed up to the rescue much faster than promised - less than 20 mins in my case! This company is already contracted with the city so they are going to get paid. They choose Profit over humanity during a national health emergency. If the police department agreed to waive fees you should show a little compassion towards the low income and homeless sector, especially during these trying times

Sunday I had a situation where I had to leave my car on I-80 due to unforeseen circumstances. I called Vacaville tow Monday morning to see if my car was towed. It was and so when I got there I paid to get my car out and the lady even gave me a discount. My problem was when I went to grab my charger out of my car before towing my car to a dealership, I walk up and notice that my window is smashed in. Almost EVERYTHING was stolen out my car. My wiring in my car that leads to my battery was also cut.
Now I’m not saying the towing company is to blame at all. My problem was with the fact that whoever towed the truck did not relay the information letting me know or the staff know that my car had a smashed window. This was very noticeable because glass happened to be all around and in the seat . It would have been nice to know ahead of time to prepare. This situation could have been handled a lot better and more professionally Because there was little to no care or concern.
Lesson learned: Don’t leave your car on I-80 alone because no one will care including the people who tow it
Vacaville tow really got me out of a bind! I was stuck out in Vacaville off of 80 with a blown tire and no way to change it myself. They showed up fast changed my tire to the spare and got me back on the road quickly. Thank you very much for your help and I would recommend to anyone to use them!
Just wanted to say a few words about Vacaville Towing. We broke down on 505 on super bowl Sunday in the middle of nowhere. We are 100 miles from home and I take a shot in the dark calling a tow truck.i think after the call I hope I don’t get Chester in the old burnt out Chevy with a wheel lift and no dollies. Much to my surprise after less than 30 minutes waiting a brand new flatbed with a very knowledgeable driver shows up and saves our day!!! To the owner, thank you for a beautiful CLEAN bow truck with an outstanding driver!!! He was amazing, he might need a raise. Take good care of him you don’t want a guy like that to get away!! Thanks again for saving us and making our day a little less miserable!!

Had an unexpected flat in the middle of of a rainy night. I was assisted by an on-call rep named John who was amazing. Took care of my issue promptly. He was very professional and very kind.
Vacaville Towing caused $1700 in damages to my car and refused to pay. Didn't even apologize. Admitted that their driver blew apart my brake caliper and let me know I could fix it myself. Said to call AAA and complain. Their driver was told not only that the brakes were disassembled and that there were no pads on, but also to just not use them. What did he do? Blew out the calipers. Had a car that needed pads and rotors and was left with a car that couldn't be touched until a claim was made and costly parts were ordered from audi. After creating a car length trail of brake fluid, Doug looked at the mechanic and said "brakes have no pressure" and hopped in his truck to run away. The owner Glen then told me Doug was told something completely different and yeah he caused the damage but they weren't fixing it. What a bunch of scum. We'll see you in court.
Had occasion to need my RV towed late one afternoon/evening in October. Called Vacaville Tow and was warmly greeted over the phone. They were extremely accommodating and able to dispatch a driver to my location almost immediately after my phone call. The driver was very professional and well presented. His work was efficient and before too long were were on our way in their large and clean tow truck. No problems getting us to our shop of choice and unhooked right were we needed to be.
