Buy a radiator from this place and the radiator had a transmission cooler that failed and put coolant through my brand, new transmission and they refuse to do anything more than just provide a rebuild kit for me and I have to be responsible for labor and finding someone to rebuild my transmission now and this is after a year of fighting them and asking for them to call me and to help me and got nowhere. Scott is a store manager and he is a terrible person not very helpful at all and lies.

Excellent staff that are very knowledgeable. Andrew is a great help and was a breath of fresh air and definitely helped give the best experience I’ve had in an auto part store as of recent.

We walked in at 7pm Friday night and got the best help from Adzel. He found us all the parts we needed for our car and let us borrow tools to fix it ourselves. Great experience. I highly recommend this oreillys

GM completely rude and incompetent. Has a complete lack of knowledge when it comes to basic sales, customer service & retaining customers. He definitely has zero respect for the military as well. Would not even waste my time with this place.

These guys were great. I took a battery in for a test and they quickly diagnosed a bad battery. I needed four of them and they only had three, so they ordered it and within 2 hours it was there. Jake was awesome to work with. Highly recommended this store.

Bullshit. Ordered an item and said would be shipped to store at 11:30 a m the next day. And I would get an email when Item is ready.12:00 comes And I call just to verify if it is there or not. Because I have had problems in the past that they don't call or email me when it is there and I am waiting all damn day. Phone rings and rings. no answer multiple times. The couple times I do get through.I'm put on hold for almost half an hour plus. Then when I Finally talk to someone hours later.I'm told product was in stock and I would get an email shortly. Soon as I hung up the phone I got the email. So you're telling me the item Was there in stock The whole time and I could have picked it up early in the morning and got my job done when I needed.To yet put me another day behind. Never had a problem with the store on alamo. I'm sure the guys at depot are just busy. But jeez when it's multiple issues. Like come on now,do better.

Employees are knowledgeable and helpful. Merchandise does not feel like there's a thin layer of oil over it, as it does and most auto parts stores.

I went in to the store to get a few parts for my car and sad to say that good customer service at this store is non-existing. The “parts specialist” looked annoyed because I needed to exchange a part and tossed the part like he was doing a mic drop. Additionally, hearing the conversations from the manager on shift today was unacceptable, making demeaning comments about customers was sad to here and this was one of my favorite stores. Finally, a customer that didn’t speak great English was talked about his abilities to utilize the OBD-II scanner. Instead of asking if he knew, a parts “specialist” and the manager passed judgement based on his appearance and language capability.

Bought lots of “lifetime warranty” tools from this store approximately 10 years ago. Oreilly refuses to cover the warranty as they have changed their brand name. Called corporate, they won’t help me. Store manager of this store won’t help me. Unfortunate. This place needs Doug back as manager. It’s a $30 ratchet.. make a customer happy for a tool that cost this corporation probably less than $3.. nope, instead they lost a customer for life.

Went in to get 2 brake lights since both of mine went out. Asked Sydney if it was easy to put them in. Without me asking, he just came out to install them for me. Great service and friendly. Thanks again and I will be back. Best!

Doug at this O’Reilly helped me purely out of kindness. I was having some trouble removing a bolt off of a car part and I asked him for help, and he helped to remove the tough bolt without hesitation. World class service, thank you Doug!

They are very helpful people. I presented them with a challenge that had nothing to do with an Automobile. At first they were confused, until I gave them clearly what I needed. They got me exactly what I needed, a 90° heater By-pass hose to install on a Water Heater T&P valve line.

My car battery just died after overnight Temps dropped to freezing. Turns out nothing was wrong with my car but I appreciate the clerk going above and beyond to check everything he had access to check just to make sure I was good. He didn't have to do that.

O'Reilly is always good. They consistently have whatever I need or can get it quickly. The help there is knowledgeable always friendly and helpful. Doug is the best guy to see at the counter.

I could not write a more glowing review. Halfway through my 100mi trip, I discovered I needed to replace my ignition coil. When I arrived, they quickly found the part I needed. I asked if they could replace it for me, and they politely explained that they could not for liability reasons. However, they did give me expert advice on what things to be careful of should I try it on my own. When I told them I'd like to give it a shot on my own, they even lent me a ratchet. Their calmness and advice helped turn a bad day into a manageable one. I'd especially like to praise Adzel for his professionalism, customer service, and expertise.

Thought my battery was going bad, didn't seem to hold a charge anymore. They tested it and I was right. Bought a new one,they showed me a few options and they installed it for me ..at no additional charge. All toll it was 20 minutes in and out.

Staff had no interest in helping me. I needed a computer, and showed them the model I need. I had called ahead and was told they had it. They said they had a different version of it. When I asked to see the calibration code, which identifies the computer uniquely, they shrugged and said “it doesn’t show up in our system”, and made no effort to check for it, despite it showing up on the website, and despite my regular O’Reilly being able to find it. They don’t care. Go somewhere else that does.

I must acknowledge that my 5 star review was well earned! It was the first rain of the season and my wipers were shredded!!! I stopped on to buy new wipers dreading the act if having to install them. The clerk was so nice and helpful!! He offered to install them, and came out to my car and did so, even in the rain. What great service and it was so appreciated because for some reason installation of windshield wipers has always been difficult for me and this angel of a person had them installed in probably less than a minute!! I was very impressed. Thank you O'Reilly Auto Parts!!

While the staff tries to be helpful, it's hit and miss. The management at night is horrendous, skipping hard customers to help others and making people wait in line plus wait for him to finish addressing other customers, rather than letting the other staff work through the line. Parts they have gotten before they have "never carried" or "cannot find" even when provided the manufacturer number. Seems they don't care just want to get onto customers who just have items to scan. Go across the street to O'Riley who have techs willing to help find parts rather than have the customer have to Google them.

Good place to buy auto parts. Prices are among the lowest of local auto parts store and they usually have the part you need. If they are out of needed part they will see if a nearby store has it in stock if you need it now, or they can order it and get it usually within a day or two. I have had good experience with the employees, they do seem to be knowledgeable about parts, so I almost always get the right part. If the part isn't right they gladly exchange for the correct one. I know vehicles can have differences in parts depending on the build or information about the motor isn't exact. Overall it is one of the better parts stores.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff, good deals, and a fair return policy! When I bought the wrong sized oil filter wrench I was able to exchange it with no problems and the man behind the counter gave me very helpful advice instead of trying to upsell me.
