Not only does John do an amazing job and is completely professional, he’s one of the nicest guys I know. John has taken all size piles from me from barely a 1/4 of his trailer to the entire thing. Just as nice when he finishes and is tired as when he shows up. You won’t beat John.

He was 30 mins early, called to verify that was okay and showed up with a truck, trailer, and dolly to do all the heavy lifting. He was nice, personable and efficient. Would use him again anyday!

I found John's number on Google and am so glad I did! I needed to get rid of a piano and after searching for weeks for a place to donate or someone to take it away, I spoke to John. He answered and was super pleasant (+5 points), he said he'd have to call me back, but that was no problem. He called later than he said he would (-1 point), but apologized and was, again, super pleasant (+10 points). Within a few minutes we had a plan to deal with the piano the next day (+20 points) and were able to nail down the final details via text (+30 points). He picked up the piano and called to let me know all was taken care of (+100 points) and I was able to pay him via Zelle (+1000 points). My mother commented on what a good find they were and we'll definitely be calling them again for any future needs (+5000 points). So, really... It's all about the math. Call John if you want quick, convenient and affordable removal of your unwanted items. The professionalism shown was worth it alone.
