Called for a quote on towing services and some advice. They called me an idiot for no reason, I guess that's considered "Really Nice Guys" as stated on another review.
Its never a good review when you need to leave to work at 430am and find your vehicle is gone from the apartments you actually live in. You have people taking parking spots who don't live there get away with it and you guys decide to randomly tow mine out of all of them. Ridiculous.
First off the white guy with a pony tail that is a driver was terrible. Lack of professionalism and lack of patience. I told him I wanted it towed correctly and just to watch out on a couple things and it was as if you said no candy to a toddler. This man started cussing under his breathe and practically jumping up and down throwing a tantrum. Terrible service
I have never encountered more unprofessional rude people in my life they charged $450 for towing a car from an apartment in an open parking space. I would never ever recommend this unprofessional business to anyone. They were cocky and overall extremely rude. Please don’t support this company, they’re trash
The guy intended to provide customer service there on 7/10/25 was the rudest individual that I have interacted with in a very long time. He spoke to me in the most demeaning manner ever. As a social service professional his level of communication skill, sensitivity and humility was despicable.
I pray that you never have the misfortune of dealing with him during a time of vulnerability or distress. The only positive outcome that I can hope for is that you truly reap what you sow!
I talked to the guy in the phone and explained I wasn’t sure what to do and he started insulting me, DO NOT RECOMMEND BAD SERVICE EVEN WORSE CUSTOMERS SERVES
If i can give them a zero i would in a heartbeat. One of the rudest, disrespectful and worst customer service ever. DO NOT USE them. The dude that answered the phone was rude and very disrespectful. Don’t know where all his negative energy is coming from. Life is too short to be mad at the world. Asking him politely if I could get an invoice for a tow; he all of a sudden went into berserk mode and said what am i talking about and getting all defensive. Relax and take a deep breath it’s either you can help me or not. Simple yes or no answer. Probably got picked on all his life. Zero STAR!!!!
Very rude, unprofessional, and a scam. What towing company makes you write down your card number information just to get your car out? Told me that I’m broke and he’s going to make my whole paycheck in one day by towing my car, how rude and disgusting is that? When I got there I told him I didn’t appreciate his attitude over the phone and was still being rude behind the screen window
My car broke down on 680 just as I got into town I called J&t they were the most affordable tow company and they picked me and my car up faster than the estimated time.

I’ve had service from these people before no problem besides the prices, wanted to try a second time but never again extremely rude customer service! Some Hispanic guy answered and was talking in Spanish so I continue to talk in Spanish and he was like no no no only English sooo I continue to talk in English then said he would be here in 15 min, 30 min passed they weren’t here called them again and said we’re on our way… because of the attitude I realized that maybe they were just playing with us but gave them a last chance and called a third time to ask if they were on their way or not and said “nope we really aren’t cause you talked to me in Spanish at first? If they continue to be this unprofessional they def won’t have any customers at all.
This is the worst towing service I’d ever had to deal with. Justin, not sure if he’s the owner or not was so disrespectful on the phone. I had a few questions to ask as to why their hours on the website/google did not match what they were telling me on the phone. Regardless of how professional I was being with Justin, he continually got more rude with me. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I do not recommend using their services as they are only money hungry as compared to actually being helpful.
Worst tow truck company around. DO NOT USE THEM!!! If you get towed by them, DEMAND a receipt, they are an unscrupulous business, shady as hell!!! Their sole existence is to try and make it difficult so they can charge you extra. They demand cash, won’t take a card because supposedly “people challenge the charges” demanding cash allows them to totally gouge you, then they don’t provide receipts, which you know they don’t pay taxes. I hope they get audited, I’m complaining to the IRS
Very shady business that feels tax evasive and scammy in nature due to it being cash only at a very suspect location in the middle of nowhere. First day charge is 450 which increases by 200 each night. Beyond the exorbitant fees to get your car back, the staff is extremely rude, unempathetic, and slow to take your car out out the lot. These people have no heart. I pray no one gets their car towed at all, but especially by this terrible company. They do not care about you or your car at all, only money.
I spoke to someone name Justin . He had very bad unprofessional Customer Service. He told me that he had a Mercedes truck available and that the vehicle did not have a key so u would have to purchase a key. I ended up making arrangements to get a key made the same day that I was supposed to buy the vehicle just for him to tell me that someone else was going to buy the car . Like what was the point in even telling me that it was available if someone else was going to buy it.. very bad unprofessional customer service. He’s also rude on how he talks to people . I do NOT recommend this towing company to no one .. to save the disappointment, spend your money else where . Thank me later.
SCAMMY! Initially charged $450,cash only with a initial meeting of 12 pm. I received a message about the meeting at 12:09pm, past the point that they initial wanted to meet. I called 5 of 6 times after to see when I could meet since 12pm didn't work. They said 4:45pm even though they are listed as 24hrs. They tried upcharging to $550 30 minutes prior to 4:45pm. Rude service and unorganization over the phone with faulty meeting times gives this company a 1 star. Keep reciepts people! They are scammy and charged unrealistic rates.
I've had to have my car towed so I called J&T. The experience was overwhelming but I'm pleased with them being prompt in their response. He came, introduced himself and jumped into my car. He was able to unlock my steering wheel and my parking leverage and he rolled my car onto the flatbed within minutes. I really appreciate the service!

I called a couple of towing company here in Fairfield and J & T had the most reasonable price. Dispatch service was amazing and fast about getting all the information and getting a driver to me in such a short time. The experience I had with them was great.
Very professional service from them. My loaner car failed and had to be towed. Someone from J&T arrived promptly and took care of my car as well as drove me back to the service shop to pick up my car. Highly recommended! I now have a go to company if I ever need roadside rescue.

After trying to contact a few tow company in Fairfield, I got lucky with J & T Towing. I was given a reasonable quote and it took less than 10 mins to set a same day appointment for the service. Also, they're good at making sure the your car is handled with the best care. If you guys got any towing to do, go to these people, they're straightforward, they get there in time when they say they do and they do their work in a very professional manner.
I needed a tow due to a gas leak and J & T got it done for me quick and within reasonable price. The person who helped me tow the car was extremely nice. He quickly got the car to my destination within my appointment time and dropped of the key, as I instructed, safe and sound. The cost of towing was worth it. I contacted other places and they easily charged me more. This towing service is for sure will be my go-to from now on, if needed.

Very fast and friendly Service. I can appreciate any additional fees being tolled upfront over the phone. My car emergency brake was stuck on. There was a special dolly needed to tow my vehicle. I called J&T Towing when my Nissan wouldn’t start in Fairfield, CA. I called and the owner, Justin, came out right away so I didn’t have to wait long at all. He was very helpful with plenty of information regarding the car. He hooked it right up sent pictures through out the process and delivered the vehicle with no problems. He was the quickest to respond and also the most affordable. I would definitely call J&T Towing again and recommend them for all services regarding broke down vehicles.
