They were closed on Thanksgiving day which is understandable. When I got the the office on Thanksgiving day there was a handwritten sign on the door, saying they would be closed Friday as well, which is not a holiday. It seems highly questionable and unethical that this took place. The only reason i can see why they would be closed the following day is just to further line their pockets for another $95 a day in storage fees. Outrageous!!! Then when I someone finally answers the phone I speak to the driver that took the call. I ask him about the storage fees and ask if they would not be charging the storage fee for the non-holiday that they would be closed. He said , "No, we'll be open on Friday." I said , "Well I'm standing outside your office and looking at a sign that says youre going to be closed on Friday. He said, "That's the first I heard of it."
Again, highly questionable.
Yesterday I went to pick up my car because the police took it away from my son. When I arrived at the place, the person who was serving me treated me very badly and in a bad way, he even yelled at me, it was obvious that he was in a bad mood and was racist because My skin color gave me very bad treatment, honestly, I don't recommend using that type of tow truck, better look elsewhere.
It's tough to give this one any stats at all. Let alone 5 stars! But the receptionist went above and beyond to work with me on the fee for the impound by knocking a day off of the bill.
I've used Ramirez tow 4 times in the last year. My road side service is with USAA, and their default tow company is HORRIBLE! Ramirez tow came out within 20 minutes, as opposed to 2 hours with the other towing company. Ramirez tow is awesome!
Our car was in an accident and towed to Ramirez towing in Vacaville. Lynnette was very helpful and accommodating and even called us when the insurance company picked it up.
I have to say I thought I was gonna get a Stinger up the Rear, I can honestly say with the Situation I was in the Driver an Receptionist went over an beyond! Waited an hour past closing for me to try an fail to get something fixed to pay an when I came bk the next day, they could have got me for alot but helped me out drastically an im so great full of their help an service! Would use them again if need be, but hope don't need a tow for a while!!

Very rude.. The front window was limousine tinted and couldn't see in and when I asked for help, the man screamed at me. Poor customer service. Storage rates were high @ $85 a day. Charged a tow close to 15 miles $350. Asked a tow 45 miles at $600. Stay away! These guys should be in jail for price gouging!
I love this company whole heartedly. I have never had nicer customer service that made me feel like family. Good prices and super reliable! I had to have my 2001 Ford Ranger towed and they were the kindest people both on the phone and in real life. I most definitely recommend this place. It’s right off base and they were able to get my vehicle back on base, no issues.
I got a DUI the night before. When I got released and arrived at the tow yard to pick up my car the guy at the window had a nasty attitude to begin with. Felt like he didn't want to help at all. I find it very insulting. We wouldn't let me get personal belongings out of my car. I had to call the previous owner to drive out from Santa Rosa to get the car out. When the previous owner showed up the price has dramatically rose to $500. Mind you the car wasn't impounded no more then 10 hours. Be aware of you use them they are sneaky manipulative and looking for a way to make an extra buck.
Owners cool,vacaville pd are horrible when it comes to taking care of their citizens.these people have zero sympathy to what's going on in your life,all they want is your hard earned cash
I use there services and was charged $120, no problem. I checked my account and amass charged an extra $85. I called the number on the website to see about why I had an extra $85 charge to my account and he told me to call back during business hours. Sir your website clearly says 24hrs! The Guy hung up in my face. DO NOT PAY WITH CARD they will double charge your card! Very unprofessional!
Called for towing service. Arrived very quickly. Transmission locked. Greg assisted in trying to release before taking to destination . Very patient and helpful. Prices very good. Waited at the dealership until after I was checked in. Was not deterred by the rain.

Im currently in the process of getting it in my name i had the pink slip in the car along with the registration and my cards..i went to go get them an they said they couldn't find them like really guess they didnt really care to look or there just that lazy and dont care because its not there problem....

I want to say a huge thank you to the tow truck driver Nigel and Jeff Ramirez towing in general. My 18 month old daughter locked herself in the car, and I was super stressed out. They acted urgently and Nigel showed up within 5 mins!! On a Sunday!! He was really helpful and we had our daughter out within 2 mins if him pulling out. Thanks again for super fast Service!!!
CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG WITH THEM Horrible customer service. They want to keep your vehicle as long as they can. If they show up to tow your vehicle you’re better off waiting for the next company. Might cost a little more up front but cheaper and less headache in the overall process.
I love going there to pickup cars. My boss and the owner have known each other for a long time so it's cool listening to their stories when their doin a little catching up.
Got a tow early this morning around 7am. They got there within 30 min. I didn't catch the guys name, but he was very nice and made alot of conversation on the way to the dealership. Made a very stressful situation a little easier on me.
Called for a tow and they were excellent! Moto arrived promptly and was so nice to us. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a tow.
This place sucks. Came to pick up car with all the money and paperwork was all done and ready and he was rude cursed at me and talks down upon people like he's better cause he wants to keep people cars to make extra money. Very rude and never will deal with these people again
