They just towed my vehicle for one hour, I timed the time vehicle was picked up and when it was delivered, since I have gps on my van, I saw driver stop for coffee on the way and spend 25 min doing god knows what. Even with everything, the trip would have been 3 hours, they charged me for 4, they don’t let you know that the pricing is set to start from their yard (they got there 10 min after I called) and until the driver comes back to their yard, so they double the time. All in, it should have been 3 hours - I got charged for one extra hour. Rip off. Don’t recommend. Get AAA towing for $125 a year instead.
Unprofessional especially the owner. Police called on my behalf for an owners request tow. They charged me for a PD call/rotational which is almost double the price. Driver didn't properly strap in my vehicle so we had to stop 2x. Once after the initial hook up at a gas station and a 2nd time in the middle of the road at a stop light. Drove 55 miles an hour trying to milk the time. He spoke about his whole life story trying to distract me from what he was doing. He even asked if I was keeping the time and I was but I pretended I wasn't anymore. He even mentioned he left his wallet at home and he didn't eat breakfast and he was hungry. I offered if he wanted something from the gas station to eat because he was hinting a couple of times how he was hungry. When I offered him that he declined. I guess he wanted something more fancy.
Later I called and asked what was the rates because I was charged a crazy amount. The prices differ from what I was charged. I tried reasoning with them. I even gave them the police incident report number that it was supposed to be a owners request tow. After a few conversations I was able to speak to the owner ( by the way the driver actually called me and said hes going to get him in trouble for his mistake and thats the last time he will try to help..how? Over charging me, pretending like we are buddies and scam me, or try to see if I can buy him breakfast? Or leave me at the place you towed my car. Usually after a tow they give you a ride home especially its literally on the way back..) he tried to manipulate me but I didn't want to hear it. I explained everything that happened to the person before and was willing to pay the fair amount and i was being super polite but I had enough. I said politely again what happened (emphasis on politely) then he tried to manipulate me. Then he got loud and started to use profanity.. no need to hear this.. scare tactics dont work on me bruh.. And if you are reading this I know your going to try to weasel your way out of this with your comments but I have documentation from the police station.
I could've not paid at all and fought it and won especially after what you did, i didn't even sign anything, nor i wasn't even given a receipt what he charged me but i just called my cc company and told them what happened and let them know I'm willing to pay this amount but not the amount you over charged. Im not going to try to screw you over. you did provide a service. After the investigation I won they saw it my way.
Nothing but great things to say about Pete and his crew! Any problems I had were taken care of with the utmost respect and transparency. Would highly recommend this company for any Automotive needs!
Long story, but Brian at GM Towing was the hero. my tires and rims were stolen, car was laid horribly on bricks. Called Progressive and mail my claim, say after day got on the phone with them to get someone out to my car. Let them know it has 0 tires and was on bricks. Every day for 2 weeks (today is the 2 week mark) they tried to dispatch someone to pickup the vehicle. Every single time they would show up, without tires, and leave empty handed even though Progressive put notes the vehicle had 0 tires. Somehow the tow companies would indicate the picked up the vehicle and dropped it off at Caliber Collision nearby. They eventually called me to let me know they didn’t have the car and wanted to ensure I knew what was going on. After expressing my experience with Progressive and Agero (dispatch company), Caliber Collision offered to have they’re friendly neighborhood tow company come help(unrelated to Progressive). Later that evening Brian showed up, and assessed the situation. He immediately said he didn’t want to move it the way it was because it would damage it further (2 other tow operators were going to drag the vehicle onto the truck, with no tires, until I stopped them). He mentioned he could probably get it done the next day (today). While at work this morning I got a few photos of my vehicle, with 4 rims and tires, off of bricks, and confirmed he picked up the vehicle for delivery. He was cool as could be and provided quick and easy service. Took my vehicles well being into consideration, chatted for a few minutes and got the job done. Much appreciated Brian, keep it up
Called this guy and didn't even wanna do a 40 minute drive to tow my car and tried to charge me $200 and was being really rude about it. NEVER using this service again

This big guy kept shaking his head and laughing at me! The first Attempt to get my car on on his tow truck failed it fell off. Off off! And he kept saying "what it didn't do any damage" And he kept saying "it didn't do any damage"

Yesterday 6/6/22 we suffered discrimination from a person who left us stranded and did not want to take our vehicle and with my scared children since my son had his belongings stolen and they took my car keys that was the reason my insurance hired them so that my car could be moved from the place that person who was driving the tow truck did not mind leaving us and our vehicles and our belongings exposed and in danger these types of people should not perform this type of work due due to a lack of values and conscience and when we asked him questions he just gave a big laugh and left the place at about 11:00 pm and alone in the dark this is the badge that the person from the tow truck had who discriminated against us company is (GM Towin)
you sent a worker who didn't want to answer our questions and did it in a very arrogant and derisive way when the comment was why did he need to unlock the car if our keys were stolen how would he put the car in neutral and that was it so his worker began to collect his things and went there. That was it, it was a simple question. Was that the reason I was left there with my family after receiving a robbery?
I was in a car accident and my car got towed to GM towing. My cell phone was still in the car. This happened on Saturday. Saturday night and Sunday day, I tracked my phone and it was still showing in GM s yard but later sunday it's location changed to a house address about 15 mins away from the yard. Monday morning I went to get my stuff from the yard and the phone was missing.
A locked car yard and still my phone got stolen!!?? They must have cameras, they must know who goes inside the LOCKED car yard, but they all pretended they don't know what is going on in their own back yard.
Really, no safe guard for accident vehicles and its belongings. After the accident, people need medical attention and gets transported to hospitals leaving their valuables in the car and hoping people will be honest in their work.
Please if you have an option, use another towing company.
Stole all possessions from vehicle and said not responsible! Literally left stuff on ground and stole all the tools and possessions to continue working! Good luck this place is crooked!
GM Towing has always been my go-to towing company. The staff is always friendly and it’s obvious that they actually want to help you. The drivers have always been on time for me and (even in the middle of the night) they’ve been very comforting during such a stressful time. Thank you GM!
they wouldn't let me see my vehicle until l paid the fee's of $800.00. once l walked to my car and found it to be undeliverable. l wouldn't have paid the impound fee's l would just left it in their possession this is why impound yards take in the $$$$$. their needs to be a law against the tow yards from taking or gouging the public
Amazing service , great price and the tell you how it is and not what you want to hear and that is refreshing in this industry. Kenny and guy always take care of the situation at hand . I highly recommend them to any who need a tow.
Just called this place asking if they have any vehicles or motorcycles for sale. He said yes they do, I told him I would come down right away that I was very interested in purchasing a motorcycle. His response was:
"oh, oh, not right now, it's Friday, we close at 5 and I don't feel like messing with all that right now"

The other night I had some issues with my car and an employee from this company came to my rescue. He was extremely kind and helpful. He was knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. I would suggest anyone needing a tow to call this company!!!
