If I could I would give this company 10 stars. I called different companies but either they didn’t respond or the prices were too high. I called Tri-City towing and he answered right away. He was very prompt with getting back to me with prices. Most affordable. Same day long distance towing. Very positive experience, would definitely call again for any towing needs.
The gentleman that came was extremely polite and efficient. He made us feel very comfortable and came as quickly as possible to assist us. Thank you. He was a little more affordable then the other tow companies but seemed more professional. Highly recommend.
He helped us get our car key after we locked it in the trunk accidentally. Was way cheaper than all the other options we checked and did a great job. He came about 40 minutes after we called him and after 5 minutes the car was open and we got our keys back.
My boyfriend locked his keys in his car and every place we called they said it would be a 2 hour plus wait and cost over $100- varying prices. Tri City said he could be there within 30 mins and $75 dollars. Excellent customer service when he came out !! Definitely keeping his number
Jim was what all these reviews claim: efficient and so friendly, which was a huge relief in a very stressful time. He was good company for a long tow ride. Ill actively seek him out in the future.
Highly Recommend this company! What an absolute god sent and an AAA+++ company and person. My son was stranded in the middle of nowhere and kept getting canceled by other tow companies because he was too far away. BUT this company went above and beyond for my son to no longer be stranded. I would highly recommend them and use them again and again and again. Thank you again for showing that there are still awesome people out there willing to help people. Perfect example that humanity still exists. He even kept me posted as he got closer and closer to my son and also had my son call me from his phone since my son did not have service to let me know that he was safe.
They are beyond amazing! We were stranded for 4 hours with no gas in a very remote location while AAA cancelled on us over and over again. Tri-city towing really came through for us!

Hands down the best in the area. Got locked out of my car after a long day of work. Showed up and opened my car. Best part was he didn’t charge an arm and a leg like the others. Really recommend!
It’s often difficult to find honest, good human beings in today’s age, but Jim (and his father) defy that. He was very helpful and open with his years of experience, and catered to everything I needed without hesitation. Let me paint you a picture of what was going on. On Sunday, my gf and I had just left town to meet up with our friends when we noticed we were low on gas. We looked up the nearest gas station (which was 50 miles away and through some mountain). Long story short, we didn’t make it. We had a triple A card so we called them. They couldn’t get a truck out to us though and told us it might take a few hours to get someone out out there to fill our gas because we were in a weird location. Their main truck couldn’t leave the city and the two closest cities near us were Winters and Napa which were 25 and 35 minutes away. An hour later, we get a call from triple A that Jim is coming over all the way from Tracy (over an hour away!) He called minutes later to tell us he was filling up the gas and going to be on his way. When he got out of the car, he had a smile on his face and pulled out the biggest portable gas tank I’ve ever seen, a whole 5 gallons! I’ve seen people fill little 1/2 gallon containers at costco and that was nothin compared to this. It filled my tank almost half way! He even made a few jokes throughout the interaction which you guys will find out if you ever encounter Jim. He even brought jumper cables in case we left our emergency light on. After he filled our tank, we kept our communication open until we got home safe. His last words to us, “I’m glad you made it home safely. It makes me happy when I have a happy customer. Have a great day.” It was after we continued our drive that we realized he drove over a super windy mountain road. Thank you for your time and service. You really saved our day and made sure it wasn’t a waste!
Bike broke down on me twice in a week. Jim showed up with the needed equipment and the knowledge to use it. Towed my Harley without damage both times. Fast service and great prices thank you Tri City Towing.
I booked 2 towing companies prior and they cancelled last minute but the came tri-city towing and got to me in 30 min for a fraction of the cost. Friendly and Reliable all I could ask for.
