We were lied to about when our truck would be picked up and delivered to the shop. Then we were told it would be delivered "first thing" in the morning and it was not there until 12:30pm. This company is not to be trusted and is not dependable. There was no communication between the tow company and us and they avoided us by not answering the phone when we tried to find out the status of the tow.
I am writing this on behalf of my 71 year old dad. He recently had a breakdown and called AAA. I am not quite sure what happened but AAA told him to call AT Towing. My dad is hard to please, super knit picky and a grump, that being said, he absolutely raved to me about a gentleman named Max. I had to call the company today to ask a few follow up questions and the woman, Rebecca was superb. Great customer service, friendly, informative, highly recommend!

I got into a bad wreck (someone rear ended me unfortunately) The concord police called me a tow truck. This company showed up, the drivers name was Shaw he was soo quick to get there and reassured me it was going to be okay! In his words "it's just a car as long as you are okay it will be fine" and that literally touched my heart. Even when I went to the yard to get my belongings everyone was so helpful and so welcoming. Great office, great people

Absolute professionals! Towing a semi truck is no small task, but these guys handled it with skill, care, and confidence. They arrived quickly, had the right equipment, and clearly knew what they were doing. It's not easy to find reliable heavy-duty towing, but these folks delivered top-notch service when it mattered most. Highly recommend for anyone needing heavy-duty towing.
I needed to be towed for over 150 miles and this company made it very easy to make that happen. I was stranded due to an accident and this company really saved my life to get back home. Haziq was our driver and I couldn’t have thanked him enough. I am very glad he was the one to take us home after having a very stressful day. We talked the whole way which made the drive go a lot faster. He was very caring making sure we were okay through out the whole drive. This was also around midnight so just the fact that this man Haziq accepted the job to take us home that was a 3 hour drive makes this a miracle and I am truly happy and very thankful. If I ever need any roadside service I would most definitely contact this company.
You're on tow-truck time when you call them, just like most tow companies. So 45 minutes means 2 hours or more. 25 minutes is 50 minutes. At least it's basically a linear relationship to most time-keeping. If you're used to being late, you probably won't even notice. All that aside, they did a good job safely and professionally. Just plan your day well ahead.

On April 5 I was stuck at SFO airport. I lost my purse with the car keys in the purse. I called AT Towing and Shah, the tow truck driver arrived and drove me to my destination. He was polite, professional and extremely competent. The way he maneuvered my car in those tight SFO garage spaces was brilliant. I strongly recommend this company.
The dispatcher was so friendly and very knowledgeable. They sent out a driver whose name was haziq. He was so nice and got me home safely. And saved the day.
Today I was a dummy and locked my keys inside my trunk, with no AAA or road assistance to help. While other towing companies couldn't help, Haziq came all the way to Emeryville and helped me get my keys back with no problem. Super friendly and professional service, at a fair price. Lost a wheel on my single axle travel trailer last night after coming down from the sierras. Managed to drag the trailer sparks flying to an offramp in Vallejo. Thought I was gonna be stranded all night in a bad spot until Haziq from AT Towing showed up with a flatbed to help me out when no one else would come out so late at night. Haziq managed to safely load the busted up rig, using all means and techniques avaliable, WITHOUT causing any further damage to the trailer. After thoroughly securing the load to both our satisfaction, I followed him to my residence in novato, where he managed to unload the tireless trailer with precision. I never write reviews, but this guy went above and beyond to get the job done and bail me out of a dangerous situation under pressure. Way to get it done!
I’ve used AT Towing countless times for towing bikes to and from my shop. Not a typical choice for towing motorcycles, when there are motorcycle specific towing companies out there. However, they are priced competitively, their response time is most immediate. And they are extremely helpful in working with insurance and payment processing.
Towing a custom Motorcycle is usually not a job for a typical towing company. I’ve seen so many things go wrong with other companies. But Haziq and his father have put together a completely integrated system to properly load up and tie down a motorcycle in the most professional and secure manor. It’s the only way i feel secure handing off a customer motorcycle for transportation knowing it will be handled briefly, correctly and Professionally.

I can’t say enough good things about AT Towing Company! We found ourselves stranded late on a Saturday night in a really shady area while heading home from dinner. It was a stressful situation, but Haziq completely turned it around.
He arrived quickly, was incredibly friendly and caring, and made sure my daughter and I felt safe by letting us sit in his truck while he got our car secured. He worked fast and efficiently, and it was clear that he takes great pride in his work. The driver Haziq was nice guy that got me out of a hard time on the road and even gave me a ride to my destination. No damage to the vehicle while loading it onto the truck, and the tilt bed helped so much since my car was lower to the floor then regular cars.
