The two fellas that run this parts store actually take the time to listen and get you what you need. If they can save you money they'll do it. Best parts store in the North State.
Ed was so helpful last Friday when my husband and I stopped by to get the snow chain which was requested to own by the highway patrol. Ed patiently explained why we need the cable instead and how to put them on.
Luckily the road condition was not as bad and we did not need to use them. On our way back to CA yesterday, we went back to return it. Ed and 2 other staff was very nice to process the credit, and also recommended us to visit Shasta Dam which was just 15 min. away. Glad we did, the scenery is so beautiful and the dam is so majestic ！Thank you guys, you are wonderful!
They have always been helpful and informative. I do wish parking was a little better. When I drive the truck I feel bad cause it takes up a lot of space.
The entire staff at Napa in Shasta Lake are so amazing and helpful. We were going for a drive, the serpentine belt broke as we were headed to the dam. We limped into Napa’s parking lot. They had everything we needed. They were so great. We never made it to the dam, but we will definitely go back to them in the future. Thank you all so much!
I stopped by to get a rear windshield wiper blade while in the area for an appointment. Employee Andrew (according to receipt) asked what I needed help with the moment I walked in. He was kind enough to install it for me, and even took the old one so I could be on my way. Price was great too. Can't do better than good price and great service. Wouldn't hesitate to stop by again.
Works in a pinch. Basic but limited quantities of stock on shelves as it is a very small store. Thinner gentlemen with very Grey hair is so polite & friendly is very helpful & nice. Ed the dark hair guys is also nice. The heavier older guy with not so full Grey hair is a grumpy pill & short with ya. They can order whatever u need tho if they dont have it in stock. Very basic & plain old school kinda place.
Absolutely horrible experience walked in asking for radiator coolant and was given radiator cleaner guy behind the counter was to busy having a conversation with another employee to even answer my questions
Good stock, staff are friendly, parking out front is hard to get into so you sometimes have to go around back and it's a little sketch. Nice to have a local parts store and not have to drive to Redding
I needed to replace 2 wiper blades while traveling from Redding to Portland, but had problems switching them out. I asked one of the customer service guys if they could help me out and without any hesitation one of them did and I was on my within minutes. Oh by the way, did I mention it was pouring rain with no cover? Thanks!!
Bought windshield wipers and had some trouble installing them in the parking lot. The gentlemen that sold us the wipers, Jim, replaced the faulty wipers multiple times and helped me install working ones even though he was on his break!
