Thank you to your team and Matt our driver. We were stuck on highway 44 with limited cell service, our 4 small dogs and travel trailer. They came and got us towed our truck and travel trailer, drove all of us to their yard and brought our truck back Sacramento the next day. Matt was very caring and understanding the call center was so professional and kept us up to date even through they were swamped.
Josh at Keith's Towing in Redding, California, went above and beyond when our engine failed on Highway 299. He towed us 130 miles and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier. He was friendly, professional, and even gave us a heads-up that our engine should be covered under an extended warranty—something we wouldn’t have known otherwise! We were heading home after a long trip to SoCal for a family emergency, traveling with our two dogs, and Josh made sure we were comfortable the whole way. Excellent service and a genuinely great guy. Highly recommend Keith’s Towing if you ever find yourself in need!
Break down time to confirmation call to pickup was 20 mins on a Saturday. Drivers name was jason he was amazing taking care in every step of the towing experience. Performed a walk around with me before and after tow, driver was very experienced in his trade and it showed. He has a very friendly personality engaging in conversation the entire duration of the drive of the tow and making sure to drop the truck where I needed it when we arrived at my house. A very good experience with Jason. I would highly recommend Keith's towing for your roadside needs. Big thank you to Jason with Keith's towing for turning a bad situation into a great experience and getting my truck home in a timely manner with great professionalism.
I bought a 2008 Honda pilot in 2008 I was forever for the first couple of years leaving my lights on every time I called Keith’s Towing Mr. Larry happened to be the one that they always sent He would come he would see me he would smile and shack his head and laugh and say I knew it was you when dispatch would say 2008 Honda pilot I just like to say Mr. Larry you are a blessed gift and I thank you for every time you came to my rescue
They picked me up after a breakdown on the freeway about 25 miles north of Redding. Got to me quickly and dropped me off at quality auto repair. Was back on the road the same day. The tow was reasonably priced, clean, and fast.
Absolutely terrible. If I could give it zero stars I would. They are very disrespectful, and won’t help you. The guy argued with me for about a hour and lied about the situation when I asked to speak to someone else. Don’t work with them. They will waste your time and money. If a situation doesn’t work out they will leave you stranded and stressed out!
Was across the street from their business and had locked my keys in my car. So I ran over to ask for some help to unlock my truck( that would take less then 5 minutes offered them 20$ to) and they say they can’t help unless I call my service triple a (aka call my service so they get paid to walk across the street and help someone out). I don’t really get how you can be so cruel and money hungry. Luckily the mechanic shop next door were kind people and helped me out and didn’t accept my money some human decency over there.
Nothing to do with towing, but I developed several loose lug nuts on my trailer near Keith's office, so I stopped and borrowed a lug nut wrench which they loaned me free. It solved my immediate problem, they are all around good guys, Thanks Keith's towing.

Very efficient service and technician was skilled, knew what he was doing.. Called AAA after our car didn't start,battery was dead.. Within 30-40 minutes Keith's Truck pulled up in our driveway and used a portable jumper to jump our vehicle. He even tested the battery's amperage and alternator for us.. We were hauling 6 horses coming into Redding when a tire blew. While starting to change it tow driver extraordinaire Josh Hill happened to be driving by and stopped to help. Super fast, courteous, friendly and kind. Highly recommend!
Used Keith's Towing when they were dispatched through our AAA Roadside. The driver, Garret, came in a reasonable amount of time, even though it was 1:30AM. Super respectful, very nice, explained everything, and treated my car with care. He was also very polite on the phone. Couldn't ask for anything else.
Our driver Josh went above and beyond yesterday at the lake! From the difficult location all the way home he provided perfect service! He even offered us cold drinks!! Thank you Josh !!!

Lost my breaks and power steering while RVing in Lassen National Park. Called Keith's Towing and they came through. Kevin was awesome. professional and friendly. Towed my 5th wheel to a RV campground and towed my truck to the dealership. I would highly recommend this company if you are ever in need of towing in the Redding area.
I was on a long distance trip on I-5 when a tire blew. It was a Sunday afternoon and we were pretty remote. We had spent a lot of time on the phone already with our roadside assistance insurance and another closer towing company. They weren’t much help. While we ended up not needing a tow after all thanks to 2 wonderful CHP officers who helped us, Keith’s towing was so helpful on the phone with suggestions and money saving tips. They were so concerned about our safety that they asked us to make a follow up call to reassure them we were safe. I would highly recommend this business to everyone in the Redding area! You don’t see this level of customer service very often. Amazing!!
Horrible customer service, wouldn’t even call it that. Old hag was rude. Called in cause we accidentally left the keys inside the trunk and our doors were locked. Very dismissive. Put us on hold to take another call and then Said she wasn’t going to prioritize us because she had another caller that’s going to pay cash up front. Whatever that’s suppose to mean. Garbage service.
Josh was amazing. He was patient with us and helped us find a repair shop for our vehicle late on a Friday or a holiday weekend. We would recommend him 1000000%. Best of all he has a great sense of humor to match my husband. Thank you Josh!!!
Called AAA, then dispatch to Keith's towing Lady at dispatch took my info and description of stuck vehicle. Informed me it would be around 30 min.,. Hour and half later, When driver arrived he informed me that AAA would not cover as vehicle was on gravel road not paved road. I questioned driver as to why, and he stated literally, “It’s not my F@$&! ‘n problem you’re stuck in mud “ I was so taken back by it I quickly informed him how unprofessional he was then he stated “I’m not going to touch this” and left. I contacted their dispatch and they told me that that the driver was the only driver they had in area. I questioned why they did not inform me of AAA or time constraint info and why their service vehicle was so unpro. They said that dispatch never spoke to me regarding that. Even dispatch whom I spoke to stated that they never spoke to me. Wow! So in the meantime I was still stuck until Twin View Towing came to rescue and in 15 min!
I only give 5 stars on rare occasions, but Keith's Towing certainly deserves it. On 10/20/2023 I had a blow out on the left front tire of my Mercedes SL. I was 15 miles from Redding, CA on a road trip and was able to contact AAA for service. They immediately contacted Keith's Towing and Josh was dispatched to provide towing service to me. He came within 20 minutes. I thought that was super quick, because I was stranded on the side of the road. Josh, the tow driver was friendly, courteous and professional. We got the vehicle loaded and delivered to a tire store in Redding within an hour, which was great. I can't say enough about Keith's and the reliable, expeditious response! Josh was GREAT and I can't thank him enough. A job well done.
My tow was a very stressful situation! But the crew at Keith's Towing in Redding Ca were 100% professional and communication was great. They told me a pickup time and were there early. The tow truck operator was one hard worker and was really awesome to my nephew who was there to see me off! The tow was a long one about 180 miles. The driver didn't stink and the cab of his truck was really clean! Thanks for making the best outcome of my stressful situation!
The service here is horrible. I started this process at 10:30 am and didn’t have a tow truck pull up until about 4:30 pm. The guy on the phone was very confused and seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing. We talked multiple times on the phone and he would give me a different ETA every time we talked. I got frustrated and talked to him very sternly. Then he started trying to be a tough guy over the phone. You can tell the dude was soft and just acting hard. But anyways very unprofessional I wouldn’t give money to this business. I’m not sure but I think his name is Dennis. The guy who actually pulled up in the tow truck and gave me service is a 5 Star employee. His name was Jon. Thank you Jon. Please pass the message to Dennis or whoever I talked to that I’m not hard to find. This happened on September 9, 2023.
Needing a tow is never fun, but Keith's was super fast and reasonably priced! Josh was the driver and he was very friendly, very knowledgeable (we had a VW towed and he's a VW guy), and treated our vehicle like he was towing again. Of course we always hope to not need a tow, but thanks to our first experience with Keith's, we'll call them first if we need help again!
One of the cars in our group locked the keys in the car with the dog. Not wanting to wait for AAA I called Keith’s towing.
Expecting an automated service, I was in shock to talk to a real human, I didn’t catch her name, but she was awesome as I stumbled to figure out where we where not only was she kind and patient she had a driver leave right away and got to us within 15 minutes Coby was the young man’s name. He was cheerful, quick and stayed calm even with the dog being upset.
All the way around it was a great experience with them.

Our 2500 Ram quit on us and had to be towed to the shop. AAA contacted Keith's Towing and a young man, (Augie) showed up with a big flatbed.
We live down off the main road with tight turns into and on the property. Augie navigated like a pro, and with a little maneuvering quickly had the beast loaded and strapped down.

Blew a tire. These are the guys that showed up after I used a “service”. These guys were great. The service not so much but that’s another review. Professional and courteous.
I damaged a tire. I had a next day appointment for repair. Overnight the tire lost air pressure. At the last minute Keith’s quickly came out to air up the tire. Their recommendation was to put the spare on and not chance driving on the damaged tire. The tire was quickly changed and I was on my way only a little late for my appointment.

Well the dreaded thing happened, my car broke down on the side of the road on a busy Monday 5 o’clock drive home. I called and spoke to Michelle. She gave me a great quote and told me she would send somebody out right away. A young man by the name of Dalton showed up and he was the most friendliest helpful person I’ve encountered in a very long time!! He took great care of my car and dropped it off at my mechanics. I highly recommend this business. Thank you so much Dalton !
They arrived in under 15 minutes from the time I hung up the phone with AAA on Labor Day Saturday! He was so nice and professional and had the van hooked up quickly. He handled the drop off at the Mechanic’s so I had to do very little in order to take care of this otherwise stressful situation. So nice to be able to deal with people that are professional and kind these days. Cannot recommend them enough.
