Unbelievably frustrating experience. I contacted them once then explained the situation that would take a few days to resolve and they spam called and texted me incessantly until I was finally able to transfer my car to them. The time-frame was out of my control and they transferred me around to multiple people that I could not understand over and over. Super ridiculous experience. I hope I never need to get rid of another car.

Lol I just called to check if they will buy my car and took down my information. They didn't even give me a quote they just said they're not going to buy my car. Mine was a 2005 toyota sienna xle limited and it was drivable no big dents just some small scratches 200k miles. The only thing is wrong is when you dive on a sharp turn the system turn on the track control thinking the road is still straight. Lol call and never got a quote... testing their waters

Overall the process wasn’t that bad. Anthony, the staff member I communicated with might usually deal with rude or disrespectful people but he was not friendly and I didn’t appreciate the attitude. Learn to speak respectfully with customers and if they’re rude, keep it professional. Maybe it was a bad day, but professionalism would go a long way. Otherwise it was a service I would use again if ever needed.

The tow truck guy was very helpful and nice. The rest of the experience was a bit confusing and a little hard to follow why it took so many phone calls. Like I had to talk to 4 different people (each was a different call) and that's not including the call from the tow truck guy could have been 5

Driver is a moron. Weaving through traffic on the freeway going 90. What a disgrace of a company. Looks like the back alley place your uncle that you don't speak to used try to bring you to. Seriously don't get scammed
It wasn't bad there was a little language barrier I got a little irritated but all in all it was a good experience and I will be probably be going through them again if are ever in this position again.
They were kind and stayed in touch. Many others weren’t honest. I didn’t get the price I had hoped for, but it was better doing business for less up front than people retracting their offer. So overall, I’m happy.
Was very under paid for my vehicle was told one price then got another much lower price. All and all I was definitely not happy with the deal. The towing was great!

It was really easy. I needed to sale my jeep and it was a matter of a phone call. They gave me a fair price and kept me up to speed from beginning to end. Will be doing alot more bussiness with them.
The call center is in a different country and it's very hard to understand them. Very confused everytime I got off the phone. I had my call drop then took 20 min to get back to when the call dropped. In person her in northern California it was good fast and they made me give more than 1 star
The car service I used to to recycle or sell my broken down Honda 2 was was a lifesaver to say at least. Good my car died on vacation and when All other places would only give text credit remind me to call I gave me Cash. I was a little shocked on how low the pricing pricing for selling vehicles were, I would have hoped it would have been a little more money for the seller considering the prophet's still make a parting out the vehicle.. Other than that it was a great experience quick experience quick easy just what I needed at the time.
