bought a car, but they keep rejecting everything I send in for "proof" of I am who I say I am, despite haven taken the payment thru days ago.
Tax documents, rejected, license, rejected, vehicle registration, rejected. Ive bought 2 other cars from them before...
Would give them negative stars if possible. They were so incredibly rude to me on the phone and then returned my car more damaged and are refusing to take responsibility. They also left trash and dirt in my car. I would never ever suggest anyone trust them with their car.
Bad experience even in my life at the COPART. Unprofessional! Disrespectful ! Rude people in general!
I would not wonder if the Copart closes this property in the future because of the bad and unprofessional management! - 10 stars for them! Get out of this business! Don’t waste time of other people!

But In general it's a good place to get used vehicles (fixer upper's)for a decent price.
I would give a negative 5 if possible as this is the second time visiting them for an inspection. None of what was represented online and via telephone was effective when I turned up on-site to Redding (Anderson). I have not recently dealt with a business that misrepresented so thoroughly, then was rude in person after I showed them their oversights and how they made it difficult to do business with them..
My car biz is Eurocar Sales Corp . I bought a chevy traverse from here not long ago . Anytime my i have to go to a new auction , it can be a bit nerve wracking ! Some are great , some are HORRIBLE ! ...PLeased to say , they were very friendly and quick ! in and out with the car in less than 20 minutes AAA+++
Got a call after going online and getting an offer for my Rodeo said they would call Friday which is today said an hour before they come to get the car,we did not get a call and pretty much got the run around were told when we called they have until 5:00pm well it is now 5:30 pm I also talked with a Sam online who said we would get a call soon,still no call so far not happy with this place.
Micaela is the best Copart cashier/ assistant I had ever met she’s was very helpful and sweet.
Now days is hard to someone that likes helping others.

Got two cars from this auction, both with "RUN AND DRIVE" but both with drive axle/suspension damaged so none of them were even rolling due to damaged suspension/driveshaft. Towing services were more expensive due to poor vehicle description. UNPROFESSIONAL AND FRAUDULENT.
