Very professional heavy equipment moving. I contracted this business to move my 2 ton CNC machine. It’s 7’x10’ footprint is quite wide. Skid steer operator Ross is highly skilled and very professional. Thoughtfully assessed the situation and was able to make a very tight entry and exit with machine. Was very thoughtful of the sensitive electronics involved. During the move the rain started to come down, Ross immediately brought the machine back into the garage and suggested we cover before continuing. Overall 5/5 star rating. My highest complement to a business. Highly recommend to anyone with heavy equipment moving needs. Will nrecommend to friends for equipment moving needs.
Truck broke down in front of drive through. Called auto care towing showed up within 15 minutes and had the truck loaded in 30 min. By far one of the best tow truck experience's I have ever had highly recommend to all in my contacts and suggest you should too!! . Will definitely be calling them first next time!!!

Stuck on a muddy road and these guys really went over and above what they needed to do. So helpful and turned a horrible experience into something manageable with their advice for after care of the caked on mud. Very expensive experience but they couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you!
I had a fantastic experience with this towing service. From the very first call I made to request a quote to the quick arrival of the tow truck and the friendly driver (Jose) who helped me out, everything was just perfect. The price they charged me was only one-third of what other towing companies were asking for. I had called them to move my 1983 Buick Regal from Royal Oak to Freedom, and they even did it on a Sunday! Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the service provided.
If you can find something that these cannot tow, lift, pull or move I'd be shocked. On top of having a really great can-do work ethic, they are also a really nice bunch of guys.
Dont use this place. I called for somebody to come out and put my spare on for me. The first guy they sent out didn't have the proper tools, so he was unable to even take my lug nuts off. He offered me a tow instead. I said no thanks. He said okay, but I still have to pay him for coming out, and wasting my time. I said buddy, you haven't done any service for me I'm not paying you for wasting my time. He got upset and sat in his truck for about an hour while I was making other arrangements. Soon enough another auto care towing driver shows up. His name is Jordan. He walks up to my car and says that my lug nuts are on too tight and I need to tow it. I said no thanks, I am not interested in a tow, I just want a tire change. If you guys can't do it, then I don't need your help. Then Jordan tells me that I still have to pay 90 dollars for them coming out and providing no service to me. I said absolutely not. Jordan then says if I don't pay them he will take my car and tow it away to storage.and he also said that he wanted to "punch me in the mouth". I said do it, punch me. He said he can't because his truck was taking video of us from its dash cam. After he realized I wasn't gonna pay him for nothing nor was I gonna let him tow my car he finally pulled a 4 ft wrench out of his truck and actually changed my tire. I called for help this guy threatened to punch me and steal my car because he didn't feel like doing the job. Don't use this place. Look elsewhere
This is has been the worst tow company I have ever seen In my 20yrs of being an auto ins agent. The old guy has the worst service team & his attitude of ripping off customers is very well known by other tow companies that refuse to work w them. The owner is rude & insulting customers is a normal. After paying for a release on a car he refused to give me the car wanting the car to stay to charge more. These people are trash

Predatory business. Quoted 1 price and then an hour later tried to jack up the price. Abnormally HIGH pricing for a non CHP tow. Very disappointed with my experience so I do not recommend.
Incredibly rude and unprofessional staff. Was quoted $130 for a tow and was charged $303.75 instead. The driver got lost adding probably a half an hour to the job and I was charged for that time as well. The manager was completely rude and aggressive. When I tried to contest the charge, the driver drove away with my car, in effect holding it hostage until I paid the inflated charge.
Very easy to book the towing service. Good customer service skills over the phone . The pick-up time was quoted as thirty minute, the truck arrived in 25 min. Jordan, the driver was excellent. We have a long, somewhat narrow driveway to where the vehicle was parked. Jordan anticipated that the weight of his rig may have caused cracks in our driveway surface, so he parked next to the driveway. The battery was dead in the car, so he personally backed the car down the driveway, and rolled it onto the tow truck platform. Very smooth operation! Jordan was very pleasant & courteous throughout. They overcharge. Their customer support asked for a $198 hourly rate. I ended up paying 500 for simply pulling a simple van out of mud.
As it happens in hourly rate, they took forever to come, forever to get the job done and I don’t know what all.
Not trustworthy when it comes to price.
The receptionist Carmen was super friendly and professional, she gave me an estimate and I did not feel like I was annoying like other towing companies. Great service.

Had a flat the morning after Halloween. A person from this company named Stephen came out. The man went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with my tire and vehicle. He was professional, fast, and very gentle with my car. I highly recommend these guys.
Great service. Offic staff is great. Ross, the driver, was very very helpful and very professional. He has alot of knowledge of his industry. Glad I trusted my company trucks to him. Someone should give this guy a pay increase. Two hour job. Love it.
Outstanding service. We had gotten one of our commercial trucks stuck in an off road situation late one evening. Called auto care towing....less than an hour later they were onsite. Friendly, professional, and ready to work these guys got us back on road, on schedule, and back in business. Best experience we have ever had when dealing with a truck service. Thanks guys!
He showed up on time and was polite but he had no idea how to drive a truck. I've had bigger flatbed tow rigs come through my driveway no problem but this guy barely made it up my driveway then he didn't drop the car where they normally drop it so we had to push my very heavy 62 thunderbird off the road so he could drive by instead of using the turn around like bigger trucks have done before. Then it took him about 10 minutes to back down my driveway. Nice guy but doesn't know the first thing about driving a rig
No stars !! Can’t post without a star ! Very bad experience to the point we had to call 911 due to being held hostage by the owner of Auto Care Towing! My fiancé and I were held against our will for a good 2-3 hours due to owner not receiving payment on site due to us filing a claim through the insurance company. The owner also pushed my fiancé so he wouldn’t get in the truck to charge his phone to call insurance company and the owner to the towing company also had one of his drivers block our tractor in with one of his towing trucks so we wouldn’t leave ! They also work with the Watsonville Police department who officer Nathan Engelhardt had no knowledge of what an semi truck is put together in 2 separate parts as of the tractor and trailer who allowed the owner to tow our tractor too . How are you even part of a police department not having knowledge of your services you provide ! It also took the owner ALL day to tow a trailer and never explained to us his hourly rate or even said he needed full payment on site ! We also paid the owner in full $6000.00 with credit card and we were promised a receipt. It’s the next day 9 am now and still no receipt did call them for receipt but someone keeps hanging up and don’t answer my calls ! They think that they are going to take my money along with the insurance company check that was supposed to be paid to them by Monday but yet the owner couldn’t wait in payment on Monday after speaking to the insurance company himself along with his daughter who has NO knowledge of how to run a business at all . By the way they are very racist due to a comment that the daughter made saying they don’t speak English very racist comment to make seeing that we are Hispanic and we had been speaking to them throughout the day in English ! By the way if you don’t know you can pay Google and yelp to remove bad reviews under your business! I’m pretty sure they paid Google to remove all bad reviews but Please go to yelp read all the bad experiences people have posted in regards to this Fraudulent towing company called Auto Care Towing !! PLEASE STAY AWAY!
Highly recommended!!! They are really professional without hurting your car. We ran into a situation that we didn’t have any signal to call for the help. Angel found our car and saved our day!
Awesome service and most reliable in the entire Monterey Bay/ Santa Cruz area. Clint showed up at 6 in the rain and pulled the trailer out of over a foot of water. Brakes were locked and he was able to get the trailer out of the mud and on the road. Despite the rain and the flood he had a great attitude and we even had a few laughs while he fixed the thing and got it on the road. He parked it precisely the way i wanted it, in an incredibly tight spot. If you have a difficult job and you need it done right day or night, call these guys and they'll get it done right, no matter what.
WORST experience ever! They never clarified the charge. Gave me a rate of 192 an hour and never specified that they started charging as soon as driver leaves the office. So for a job that only took one hour to tow ended up 3 times the price. I would look elsewhere. Scam
