Polo was a fantastic tow truck driver, and he was so terrific in helping me to unlock my steering wheel properly. He helped me very quickly and explained how to unlock the easy way to unlock the steering wheel. I really appreciated how he helped me. He was very smart, helpful, kind and explained the problem very helpfully. He was smart, helpful and understood my problem. I appreciate his help and now I know how to work on my steering wheel. I will use Polo and your company Extreme Towing Company again due to Polo’s help.
Hector was extremely professional and took great care of my AAA service call. My tires were low, and he not only checked the one with low pressure but also made sure all four were properly inflated. I’m absolutely happy with the service — thank you, Extremely Towing, for going above and beyond!
If I could leave "0" stars i would. Got into an accident and this company was the response crew. I didn't have time to grab all my belongings so, I called and asked if I could retrieve my stuff later and they responded, "yes and it would be no big deal". We'll when i show up later, they kicked me out of the impound area and told me they would be with me shortly..... No one showed up. So I called again and they told me I wouldn't have access because it was a rental vehicle and Enterprise needed "special paperwork". I called Enterprise and they had literally no idea what they were talking about. And any idea how to retrieve the requested paperwork. A third party had to retrieve my vehicle to get towed back to a Enterprise where I could retrieve my belongings which of course was gone through. My headphones, go pro, company fuel card all stolen. Anything that cold be taken and not tracked was taken.... my company "mifi" was opened and gone through (I never opened it) and once realized could not be taken with out being tracked was put back. These people are criminals, DO NOT TRUST THEM!
My car just shut down while driving down a very rural one lane mountain highway. It would not start and I just had to pull it over as far to the right as I could but was still partly blocking the lane. In an area of no cell service at all I was Lucky that I had my moms husband coming down the same road after me when he saw me broke down he made a u turn to come back and help me. We had to drive down the hill into Watsonville before I could even call AAA.I was dropped off at an auto shop where I could call for a tow. Went through a bit of a snag because I wasn’t with the vehicle when I called AAA. After dispatching a driver I was told that they couldn’t have the tow truck driver pick me up to drive back to where my car was stuck. They weren’t able to even meet me at the mechanic’s shop to give him the key to unlock the door and tow it. After an hour waiting I had to track my step dad down to come get me to go back to the car to be towed.after waiting for the tow truck to find us,we ended up having to drive back down far enough to be able to make a phone call. The dispatcher from the tow company said that the driver had gone up to locate the vehicle but didn’t go up far enough to get to my car. He was dispatched again to meet us where we had stopped to call back and he agreed to meet us and follow us back up to the vehicle. Israel was the driver and he followed us to where my car was broken down. He was able to pull my car up onto his flatbed and miraculously he turned around on the very narrow road to take it to the mechanics shop. This location where he was able to make a u turn is difficult to do even in a small car. Mountain on one side and 50 foot drop into a creek on the other. Israel was an exceptional driver and got my car to the shop just minutes before the business was closed for the day.This was on a Friday night.The owner or manager of the shop called me early on Saturday to tell me it was a Fuel line problem and it could be fixed that day. Extreme Towing did an excellent job of finding me and towing my car. The dispatcher was very courteous, professional and patient with me in my conversations with her.Israel deserves an award for his driving ability and excellent professional service. Thank you!! Extreme towing!! I’ll be leaving another review once I get my car back on the road for Pasillas tire service and auto repair. It appears that this will be a positive experience all the way around.
Our truck caught on fire sept 11, 2025 and we had to ride with our two dogs inside the cab with the driver and my husband, aprecio I think is his name and he was awesome. It was actually the second time I have used xtreme toeing through AAA. He is friendly, professional and a really nice guy, he wasn’t able to tie it up into our driveway but he put it in position and helped us push it in driveway. The service is 100 percent better than Rossi’s towing, thank god for good service and friendly driver! Keri and Tracey burger

Polo’s the man! Great communication and very skilled with a flatbead tow truck which is necessary for my low to the ground pride and joy of a performance car. Unloaded my vehicle safe and steady very pleased and gladly tipped would recommend Polo and the drivers at extreme towing to anyone very nice people.
Today I needed towing services and initially felt disappointed when I received a call back with a estimate arrival time that seemed to long To my surprise the driver arrived earlier than expected

My car didn’t start over the weekend and AAA had to come and tow my car. Kevin showed up within 10 minutes and spent over 35+ mins trying to troubleshoot the issue. He easily could’ve just towed my car right when he got there but instead, he looked at a bunch of different things under the hood of my car to help ease some of my stress. Unfortunately, it still wasn’t starting and he did have to tow it but I really appreciated his work ethic, kindness and determination to figure out what was wrong with my car. I even told him he could tow it off the cliff near Sunny Cove so I didn’t have to see my car again and he denied my request lol. Car issues are always frustrating but good interactions with people during those times can put things into perspective. Thanks Kevin!!
The tow truck driver, left a marijuana filled blunt in my grandmothers truck, after police had searched it. Police. Searched it. It was not there when they searched. Between that time and the time my grandmother picked it up 12 hours later, someone (probably in their emplyment) left a cannabis filled swisher sweet tobacco wrap in my center console.
They then lied that they were, and impersonated law enforcement agents over the phone, and charged her $700 the next day to retrieve it
Terrible experience. The tow company totaled our car during transport. When we first contacted the tow company after the accident the manager tried to buy it from us directly without going through insurance, which we declined. After choosing to go through insurance, we contacted him to retrieve our car and he became upset and suddenly mentioned undisclosed storage fees, refusing to release our car until they were paid. We had to involve their insurance again and AAA to get our car back—nearly two months of constant calls and stress.
We were understanding that accidents happen, but after being stonewalled and having them use “storage fees” to keep our car hostage because the manager didn’t get his way is completely unprofessional. Would not recommend.
Extreme Towing provided us with great assistance when we broke down on the highway in a really bad spot. Both dispatch and driver called us immediately, and our driver arrived in literally five minutes. Many thanks to Polo, our driver!! Even in such a difficult spot, he remained extremely professional and was very safe. Best tow service we’ve had by far!

Jose was extremely helpful and very quick. Car wouldn't turn on and unable to put it on neutral but Jose put on skates and towed it. He was very helpful and patient with my stressful car situation.

I had an excellent experience with Xtreme My car was running and blocking cars at my apartments and had the keys locked in it. Xtreme texted me within 5 min said they would have a driver in 5 min. Jose the driver was there in less than 5 min. Had my car unlocked in less than 5min. And I was on my way.
