Zero stars if I could. Terrible service. Waited hours in my "arrival window" only for no one to show up or call. Called customer service and they said someone would contact me with an exact arrival time within 10 minutes. It has been over an hour since that call and hours since they were supposed to be here. Save yourself the headache and don't use this team who don't even have the common courtesy to call if they are running late or can't make it. Truly unprofessional.
Deondre and Michael were absolutely incredible! They made the process so simple and they were sincerely kind and patient. Joseph was also very friendly while texting to set up the appointment. I highly recommend this company, what a great experience!
Pretty bad price for having the dumpster delivery 4 hours later than the allotted timeframe. That's after being told I was going to be receiving a discount I'm guessing I never received since I didn't receive any real transaction data showing my charges. If your on a timeframe go somewhere else.
Everything about this company is amazing. From their customer service, to the persons who come and pick up your stuff at your house. I have used this company many times and I will continue to always use them, I highly recommend them. Their service is very fast and it’s very easy to make an appointment.
A very pleasant way to deal with an unpleasant situation. Everyone was professional and polite, from the first person I spoke with through the two nice guys who picked up. I hope I never have to do this again, but I know who to call if I do.
Dishonest business. You're better off hiring a private junk hauler who won't overcharge and hope you don't notice. Junk King advertises a $20 off promo on their site and the actual promo code even auto-fills when you book your appointment. When asked about the final bill, I was told they don't usually honor that promo for the dumpster I ordered (their own site applied the promo code once you click on "book"), that they would look into it, and then promptly never heard from them again. $20 bucks isn't a big deal but the principle of the matter is why I won't be booking or recommending them to anyone. Included screenshot of form with promo code auto-filled before I even put in any booking info.
I had large pieces of wood furniture to donate and quickly found out that you have to pay for big pieces. I got the best price from Junk King and they were very nice and removed safely from the house. Will use again if I need this type of service.
Great Service. Great customer service, the representative they sent over were extremely courteous. Highly recommend using this company. Very fairly priced, extremely easy service to use. The price break down was a bit confusing to me at first when reading on their website, but after reaching out to customer service they gave a good break down. I will definitely be using them again for any large future garbage disposal needs.
Definitely recommend Junk King. The gentlemen; David and Stanley were very professional and kind. I’m super grateful for the help these men provided. I had 2 couches, a treadmill, a refrigerator and several boxes of junk on the second floor of my storage unit and the lift was broken. So these men had to carry it down a set of stairs. I’ve hired Junk Kings two times now and both times they were really nice and worked really fast. They were really careful in my apartment and didn’t bump into anything or knock anything over even tho it was kinda cluttered in here. Very mindful. Will definitely call them anytime I need junk taken away.
They were professional and quick. I needed a couch removed from my 2nd floor home. They came in quoted me a price and had the couch out with 30mins. Very polite and communicative about the process and prices. Would definitely use this company again if I needed large items removed from my home.
I needed a quick solution to dispose of an old heavy mattress and topper, and some old wood boards that were assembled into my king bed that I inherited. My new mattress was delayed but I was expecting it same day, the removal of old mattress fee from the new mattress company was $200 and they weren't going to remove all the other stuff. Junk King was professional on the phone, and on time, found them on Google and got their help same day for way under $200. I got my new mattress removal fee refunded and now my place is finally clean and happy
This is the second time I've used them. Fair pricing and I appreciate how easy it was to get a quote online prior to booking. Another site I tried made me book an appointment first. Super friendly employees both times I've used them . It's been a few years since I first used them so I was pleasantly surprised that they maintained their customer service. They were in and out within 5 mins. Thank you for being straight forward and customer service oriented!
I’ve used Junk king before and my brother and my sister-in-law use them. One thing is the reliable and they’re fair. And I got a good fair price for taking some furniture and a spa. So that is most appreciated. Also not shown in the picture they did take my washer and dryer.

I needed to clear out an assisted living unit for a family member that passed away suddenly. I was relieved to be able to make an appointment for a member of the Riverside Junk King to come out the next day and estimate what needed to be done. Rick was right on time for the estimate. He was knowledgeable and courteous. His price was reasonable, and much less than hiring a mover. I liked that he emphasized that they attempt recycle most of the furnishings. We made an appointment for the next day. Rick and Stan came out within their stated 2 hour arrival window that afternoon. They went right to work. They were mindful to not ding the walls, floors and doors. I was so impressed that I gave each of them a tip. I was so relived that they helped me on such short notice.
I have used Junk King a number of times. No matter what location I have needed service they are always professional and efficient. Additional added bonus for me is the level of communication! I'm not on site at these locations but am always in constant contact with the teams performing the work.
Found Junk King on the Internet needing my gazebo removed since it was old. Sent in for a request and an appt was made very quickly. The crew came out and looked at the job and gave a quote which was extremely reasonable. I accepted and the work appt was made very quickly. Crew showed up and it was a hot day. The two gentlemen from Junk King were thorough, professional, and respectful of my property as they removed enough material to fill more than half their truck. They worked quickly and their estimate was accurate. And they were very nice!

I called this company to get a quote. I haven't had the work done yet but I simply HAD to write a review at this stage of the work. They were AMAZING on the phone. I scheduled for them to come out the very NEXT day for the bid. They arrived ON TIME. They gave me a bid that was perfect!! Their customer service is superior!! INCREDIBLE. I even had an email with my bid in 10 minutes. When I called back to schedule the time, they knew me by name right away without me telling them. JOB COMPLETED: I have given a review when I first contacted and then received a quote from Junk King. The customer service was INCREDIBLE. Today they came and did the job. They worked so hard and they emptied all my junk. I loved Miguel, Miles and Vladimir. They worked so hard and did a great job. There was a lot of items to clean up for a reasonable price. I was however, a bit disappointed in the mess they left in the middle of the aisle way in my storage facility and in front of other tenants units when they were through. There was broken glass everywhere and other items all over the ground. I wish I would have checked the area before they left, because I am SURE if I had done that, these great workers would have corrected it and swept it up. It took me over 40 minutes to sweep it up. I hope they will fix that part of the service in the future. But other than that, THEY ARE SUCH A GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH. I appreciated their amazing customer service and how kind the guys were who came to do the job. I would assume that if told, trash would have been swept up as part of completing the job. You won't be disappointed hiring this company. I will definitely use them again and I HIGHLY recommend them.
