LIFE SAVERS! I have a 51 Ford and could not get the steering sector housing anywhere in the country. Claudia had the part READY in less than an hour after my first phone call. I came in the next morning and they showed me the part. Angel showed me it was in working condition and was patient with my question. I WILL BE BACK FOR MORE PARTS! Bad for business they say they close at 4:00 so if you come a little after 3:00 they won't accept you they should have a sign that says sign in before 3:00 but they don't they will refuse any service from you after 3:00 so they should say they close at 3:00 not 4:00

I have been here a few times. The girls in the office deserve a 5 star. They are great friendly people.
The guys taking the cores are ok or awful. Sorry but it's the truth.
Once you check in you wait your turn which can be a bit of a wait depending on the guys taking the cores.
Was told it was our turn and than another guy said to move our truck it wasn't our turn. Too many cooks in the kitchen. Seems like the worker was trying to get his friend in.
We did not move.
Seems like they are 2 employees that are the managers when they go through your cores. And boy they think they are all that. Have attitudes. They need to chill out. It's cores.
As I sit here waiting as they do my cores people that have been waiting are being passed over for other people arriving after them.
Just be vigilant. Stay up front where they are taking the cores so they don't forget about you.
Please shut this place down. My Cadillac converter was stolen and brought to this location. They scrapped it before i can retrieve it. This place should be raided by the cops
I went to the recycling center Core Company to recycle my catalytic converter I was told before I went how much it was worth they offered me $140 which was a complete insult laughed at me as I walked away and then I sold it to another company for $1,000 today do yourself a favor and find somebody else
Place is nice the lady in front is super nice professional super friendly they gave me 80 dollars just for a stock catalytic converter And I had bought a whole bunch of other stuff with it the only real problem I had was the docking people they’re not very fluent in English that was the only problem but there still was no communication barrier just not very talkative for that reason
