This is the only place I’ll go when recycling copper. Friendly staff, every time I’ve gone the guys in the yard come and help me unload and separate my copper, very helpful. I’ve only gone to one other place to take in copper (which I’ll never go back to), where they pay cash but fail to tell you before you start unloading you have to wait 3 days then come back for your cash. But don’t forget because after like the 5th day if you haven’t gone to get your money you never will. They keep it and you’re S.O.L With Global that’s not the case, I got my cash same day. So if you live close by Global or even if you don’t and don’t care how far you are from them I recommend using Global for your metal recycling.
My experience with Gobal started with a phone call to find out a price. They did their best to match their competitors best price but could not beat it. Even though they didn't have the highest price because of how helpful and professional their employee was on the phone vs. their competitors short, snippy why are you bothering me attitude I decided to go to Global. When I got to their yard I was surprised at how helpful the guys in the yard were. What took me over 2 hours to load on my truck these guys had it unloaded in about 10 minutes . And before I got my barrels back into the truck my materials were weighed and my ticket was ready to take to the casher. My total was over $100 and they paid me out in cash which was a very pleasant surprise because other places I have sold metal to usually issue a check when it's over $100. All in all from start to finish this was one of the easiest and pleasant transactions I have ever had at a scrap metal recycling facility. I will definitely be returning and will happily recommend Gloal to anyone that has scrap metal to sell. Thanks to all at Global.
Friendly service, painless process. Today was hot! One of the amazing staff brought me out a water i didnt even ask for one. . Not many places these days are willing to go out of there way for a customer. Hats off A1 service!
