I bought a vehicle from here 2 months ago and it already has a blown engine. My fault for not seeing the red flags from day 1 of arriving at the dealership but I really wanted the car. It took almost a month for me to be able to take car home and now I know why. Crazy how 3 of the 4 salesman all resigned after I bought the car. I have been going through a custody battle and have not seen or heard from my children in over a year and now I have to get my attorney involved to try to fix this issue and hopefully get my money back. No one at the dealership is willing to make this right. I'm not the type of person to throw people under the bus but they clearly screwed me over and I don't want it to happen to anyone else. So please be very cautious before buying a vehicle from this dealership.

This dealership was absolutely perfect! They helped me out so much. I honestly didn’t think I was going to get approved, but they made it happen and got me into a 2024 Ford Edge. The entire team was super nice, and management really went above and beyond to help me every step of the way. Huge shoutout to YOLAT TERIYAKI!!!!! he’s a super dope salesman who made the whole process smooth and stress free. Thank you all so much!

The worst Nissan service ever. Unprofessional to say the least. The service guy is very deceptive and prolongs the service for no reason while just chatting with his colleagues.

I inquired about a used Toyota Hatch back, I made an offer of 20 OTD the Vehicle that is when I said it was an inquiry and if it could be met Id buy and if it couldn't I simply wouldn't, no hard feelings (I worked selling cars before and I know there is always room to negotiate, if they say there isn't they are lying to you). that is when I was met with the Response "if you can not afford the vehicle they understood" it was a very funny response considering they work at a Nissan dealership, they do attract a certain type of people I suppose. Picture for reference, Whoever is was, (they did not provide a name for obvious reasons sine they clearly fear accountability) I wish you the best of luck in your future of custom service, you will surely need it :)

Me and my wife came in on a Friday basically in need of a new car and we got just that with a AWESOME Nissan Armada 2020. Israel, Sean, Charlie and Christian worked hard hours to get us approved, financed and into a new whip within the same day. Dirty tactics to sell a car. Hidden fees/add ons I didn’t want but was too late to cancel. 8 hours there, told them 600$ max monthly payment I wanted or I’m out, waited till the last moment in finance to tell me you added the gap and warranty that it would now be 665$ a month. Made me pay non refundable 500$ to get insurance only for them to tell me right after I need a co signer or I can’t get the car. Made my mother sign all the “co signer” papers but it turns she ended up being the primary borrower on the loan which I did not want. Could have been more honest and explained everything better.

I recently purchased a 2025 Nissan Pathfinder at Raceway Nissan, and I can’t say enough great things about my experience! My salesperson Raul Gomez made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free.
He took the time to understand my credit situation and worked hard to get me an approval I felt great about—on a car I actually wanted, not just whatever I qualified for. That meant a lot to me.
The vibe at the dealership was relaxed and welcoming. I never felt pressured at any point. The sales staff was friendly, and even the service department was very kind and helpful. Overall, it was one of the best dealership experiences I’ve had.

*FLEET OWNERS* Be wary. They are kind upfront but are disingenuous and will waste your time. I normally don't write these against dealerships but this experience was especially bad. I buy around 20 cars a year. I spent time giving my information to buy 7 cars. I specified that i wanted to finance with with Nissan for my business. Usually working with finance takes about a few hours at most. They kept coming up with blatant lies and making me wait a week before i decided to walk away. There was constant miscommunication between their sales and mangers where i had to repeat my expectation. They called me week after i decided to walk away. I told them i was interested still but with Nissan finance. A few minutes later a random auto broker contacted me. So with out letting me know they gave my private information away. Out of the 100s of cars i have bought in the last few years. This was by far the worst experience i have had. Don't trust their under new management sign. I can't imagine how they treat retail costumers

I cannot say enough good things about Raceway Nissan. I had originally given up on getting a car, worried that dealerships would laugh in my face if I was attempting to finance a vehicle, which put me in the rent a car position for a very long time. Admittedly, I was very apprehensive, thinking they wouldn’t be able to help me. From the moment Yolat messaged me up until I came into the dealership, he was kind, helpful, and most of all non judgmental with my current situation. He sat down with me and gave me tips of ways that I would be able to bring my credit up, which I took, and I am thankful I did. When I came back a few months later, I was greeted by Pete, who has such a warm and inviting nature that I felt immediately comfortable. He was patient with me when I was unsure of what I wanted to do vehicle wise, never making me feel bad about my decisions. I brought my 6 year old daughter into the dealership, and both Pete and Yolat welcomed us with open arms. Today I was able to purchase a beautiful and safe vehicle for my daughter and I, with the help of everyone at Raceway. If you’re looking for a dealership that makes you feel like part of a family and a place that truly cares about helping their customers, this is the one for you. I just purchased my first car from this dealership, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Pete and Raul were absolutely amazing to work with — they went above and beyond to help me get the best deal possible and worked diligently all the way through the process.
They explained everything clearly and patiently, which made me feel confident and comfortable every step of the way. Even with my dad’s (slightly stubborn ) questions and concerns, they handled everything with professionalism and respect — and managed to make both of us very happy with the outcome!

A month ago I made an appointment w/Service Advisor Yvette. She was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. She made the whole process very smooth & set me up w/a loaner until my car was finished. My car is still under warranty which covered 98% of everything, the minor things that weren't, she explained and showed me what she was referring to. Even though I believed her, I appreciated her being thorough. Recommend this dealership.

I recently came across the old Yelp review I wrote about Raceway Nissan years ago. My dad had found a truck he really liked, and the dealership promised him a deal. The next day, they backed out and said it was a "weekend special," even though nothing on the paperwork or window mentioned that. After posted my review about what happened, they reached out to my dad and told him if I took the review down, they'd make the original deal happen and even deliver the truck to his job in Anaheim. My dad agreed because he really wanted the truck. When they showed up at his work with the truck and papers to sign, they kept reminding him, "Remember to tell your son to take down the review." It was obvious they cared more about their online image than doing the right thing from the start. Now, years later, I looked them up again and it's sad to see they're still doing the same shady stuff to other customers. It just proves nothing's changed.

I called Raceway looking for a certain car they didn’t have the car but they had something similar, after getting the details, I wasn’t interested any longer, but once they had my phone number they have called, text me every fricken day.
They will not stop calling and texting me. I have gotten several text messages phone calls after asking them to stop calling me and stop texting me and that I purchased a car somewhere else, you would think they would stop. No, I get a text today and told them once again to stop and Cameron text me back saying I’m blacklisted now because I asked him not to call me anymore. I called him and he said oh I meant to say you are on the do not call list. BS!!! I repeat. DO NOT CALL THEM OR GIV THEM YOUR BUSINESS. THE ONLY WAY TO STOP THIS BEHAVIOR IS TO STOP DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM. This exactly why people don’t like car dealerships, so if you call this dealer inquiring about a car, make sure you block number because they will call you and constantly harass you about buying a car. I recently visited Raceway Nissan in Riverside, CA after seeing a vehicle online that appeared to be priced fairly. I fully understand that the online price may differ from the final out-the-door price once taxes, registration, and optional add-ons are included. However, during my visit, I was surprised to see the total increase by nearly $10,000 after various add-ons, fees, and coverages were factored in.
From the beginning, I made my budget and expectations clear to Pete the salesman and to Israel the assistant sales manager. I pointed out what interest rate range and the fact that I have excellent credit clear. I also shared that I am a retired veteran, yet I was disappointed that the dealership chose not to honor the military discount.
Additionally, I would have appreciated more transparency before my credit was run. They ran my credit with my approval but did not show me the score. The APR, came back at almost 10%. I had previously financed another Nissan with Nissan at 5.2%. Another thing I mentioned to both salesmen. Experiences like these can leave customers feeling uneasy and uncertain about the process.
For comparison, I’ve purchased several vehicles in the past, including two from Mossy Nissan in Chula Vista, where I received outstanding customer service from start to finish. Their team made me feel valued—offering water or coffee upon arrival, truly listening to my needs, and working with me respectfully within my budget. I hope my feedback serves as constructive input to help improve transparency and the overall customer experience for future buyers.Oct 05, 2025 -

Unless you're planning to finance with them, don't waste your time. I contacted them from out of town regarding a great deal on a used car. I made the mistake of telling them too early on that I had a pre-approved loan, I was just hoping to convey that I was ready to go with this car. The salesperson said I should apply for financing to see if they can offer me a better APR, so I did and I was notified by my bank they checked my credit soon after. Keep in mind, the salesperson told me it would be a soft check. It wasn't.
The next day I get a text that they don't have that car. I call the salesperson who checks and it's apparently in a different area of the database. Weird, but okay. She puts me on the phone with Cameron, Director of Internet Sales. I explain my situation with the pre-approved loan and that I was interested to see what they could offer me for financing. My guess is that it wasn't comparable, because he never called me back with the quote like he said he would. It's very clear that I'm low priority, probably because I can't come to the dealership for them to push another car on me nor will I be financing with them. These both seem to be common experiences based on other reviews.
Rachel kept reaching out even though no one else was following up and I told them it didn't make sense. I say "them" because I don't know how a real person could be so dumb to not finish an email.Aug 02, 2025 -
I submitted a credit application with Ryan yesterday and was prequalified. I arrived today and had Fernando as my salesman. We test drove the car I was interested in and he went above and beyond to get me the best discounts and rebate Raceway Nissan had today. Finance department also hooked me up with the best apr interest right now for 2024. Thank you to everyone here at Raceway Nissan
