I’ve been coming to their service department for years. Customer service is always great, and with an appointment you’re in and out in a decent amount of time. I love that they wash your car after any service!

Inefficient and I honestly couldn’t tell if they are doing business as calculated and shady or just ignorant and incompetent. Either way won’t be going back. I was confused why they had banners stating they had new management but I easily understood after a few minutes…however I don’t think they fixed their problems despite their rebranding.

I called Raceway looking for a certain car they didn’t have the car but they had something similar, after getting the details, I wasn’t interested any longer, but once they had my phone number they have called, text me every fricken day. They will not stop calling and texting me. I have gotten several text messages phone calls after asking them to stop calling me and stop texting me and that I purchased a car somewhere else, you would think they would stop. No, I get a text today and told them once again to stop and Cameron text me back saying I’m blacklisted now because I asked him not to call me anymore. I called him and he said oh I meant to say you are on the do not call list. BS!!! I repeat. DO NOT CALL THEM OR GIV THEM YOUR BUSINESS. THE ONLY WAY TO STOP THIS BEHAVIOR IS TO STOP DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM. This exactly why people don’t like car dealerships, so if you call this dealer inquiring about a car, make sure you block number because they will call you and constantly harass you about buying a car. Geesh!

I recently visited Raceway Nissan in Riverside, CA after seeing a vehicle online that appeared to be priced fairly. I fully understand that the online price may differ from the final out-the-door price once taxes, registration, and optional add-ons are included. However, during my visit, I was surprised to see the total increase by nearly $10,000 after various add-ons, fees, and coverages were factored in. From the beginning, I made my budget and expectations clear to Pete the salesman and to Israel the assistant sales manager. I pointed out what interest rate range and the fact that I have excellent credit clear. I also shared that I am a retired veteran, yet I was disappointed that the dealership chose not to honor the military discount. Additionally, I would have appreciated more transparency before my credit was run. They ran my credit with my approval but did not show me the score. The APR, came back at almost 10%. I had previously financed another Nissan with Nissan at 5.2%. Another thing I mentioned to both salesmen. Experiences like these can leave customers feeling uneasy and uncertain about the process. For comparison, I’ve purchased several vehicles in the past, including two from Mossy Nissan in Chula Vista, where I received outstanding customer service from start to finish. Their team made me feel valued—offering water or coffee upon arrival, truly listening to my needs, and working with me respectfully within my budget. I hope my feedback serves as constructive input to help improve transparency and the overall customer experience for future buyers.

I’ve been coming here for years anytime I drop my vehicle off. They will give me a ride back. I scheduled an oil appointment for today on the phone. They told me someone would drop me off now. The guy saying that’s not true. They don’t do drop offs for oil changes I would never come back here again And I will tell everybody I know not to come here.

ADD ONS ARE OPTIONAL!!! They charged me $1,000 for their aftermarket alarm. 2 months later I discovered its not even working. They said there was nothing they could do. Beat them at their own game!!! Next time they add all those add ons dont say nothing. When you are signing papers there is a section that says that add ons are “optional” let them know and say you want them remove because they are OPTIONAL and walk away if they bs you. They will go after you and remove them!!

Unless you're planning to finance with them, don't waste your time. I contacted them from out of town regarding a great deal on a used car. I made the mistake of telling them too early on that I had a pre-approved loan, I was just hoping to convey that I was ready to go with this car. The salesperson said I should apply for financing to see if they can offer me a better APR, so I did and I was notified by my bank they checked my credit soon after. Keep in mind, the salesperson told me it would be a soft check. It wasn't. The next day I get a text that they don't have that car. I call the salesperson who checks and it's apparently in a different area of the database. Weird, but okay. She puts me on the phone with Cameron, Director of Internet Sales. I explain my situation with the pre-approved loan and that I was interested to see what they could offer me for financing. My guess is that it wasn't comparable, because he never called me back with the quote like he said he would. It's very clear that I'm low priority, probably because I can't come to the dealership for them to push another car on me nor will I be financing with them. These both seem to be common experiences based on other reviews. Rachel kept reaching out even though no one else was following up and I told them it didn't make sense. I say "them" because I don't know how a real person could be so dumb to not finish an email.

Disorganized , rude, and they will try to rip you off so they can make insane amount of money reselling your car. They don’t communicate internally, we received an initial proposal then we went there and a person who had no idea of the proposal went and offered 3k less… they offered 6k less than Carvana and carmax and those guys already make a profit! So advice… don’t make business with this dealership.. we are definitely happy we didn’t do anything with them

Not very trustworthy people. They purposely leave certain cars with seemingly good deals online to lure you to come into the dealership. They'll then say it's now deemed unavailable to sell and offer you a different car. These people just want to get the most money out of you and sell you cars that you haven't done the research on. The less you know, the less room you have to bargain. I live over an hour away so I had confirmed the day before that the car is still available for my appointment to test drive. Despite knowing I live far away (and probably because I'm young), they still lied about its availability to trick me into buying a more expensive car. No respect for my time especially when today is Mother's Day. Even after telling them my distress in person, the best they could do was offer me a used car for the same price as the new car I was looking at. How ridiculous! If you can't even tell the truth about a car's availability, how am I supposed to trust that you're not trying to rip me off?

Do not come here, I am not sure how their google reviews are this good but their Yelp reviews are more accurate. This place does business HORRIBLY, their customer service is even WORSE the managers attitude and quickness to blame the customer is astonishing. They sold me a car and within a week a for repoed from an error on their end. It took me a week to get the car back and when I did it was crashed. I feel if my bank didn’t step into help me unwind this deal they would not have undone it. The issue was 100% on their end and the manager spoke to me as if I was the one at fault when I also lost out on a car. Also their finance guy Carlos I think was his name was really deceiving and added a lot of add ons to our car. Overall We felt very pressured to buy but thank God we got out of the deal. We were able to get a new car for the exact same price as the used car we got here. Please stay away. The manager also never apologized

My Mom recently bought a vehicle with Raceway. The sales team here made the process very easy. They went above and beyond our expectations. She also recently took her car in for its first oil change; the service department took her in fast (considering she didn’t have an appointment) and made sure to answer all her questions regarding her new car. I submitted a credit application with Ryan yesterday and was prequalified. I arrived today and had Fernando as my salesman. We test drove the car I was interested in and he went above and beyond to get me the best discounts and rebate Raceway Nissan had today. I purchased my car here around august of this year! Only reason i came to this dealership was because of the advertised mercedes we saw online. Keep in mind, we live 2 hours away!! When we got to the dealership, car looked and seemed just fine. Everything went well during the paper work process and we were assured car was in PERFECT condition and that they had completed the multi point inspection on it. We were given a story that it had one previous owner who took great care of the car. Which convinced us even more on the purchase. When we got home, we noticed the moonroof was slanted. We took the car back to them to try to get it fixed. I was carless for 2-3 weeks !!! And still had to make my first payment without the car in my hands. Chris, one of the managers there was the one helping us with this process. When we went the first time to pick it up, the passenger side airbag was out of the panel and the moonroof had a terrible whistle. We had to leave it again. Ever since, the car has been a NIGHTMARE! Chris completely wiped his hands clean of this and basically told us to figure it out ourselves. Honestly, do your research before buying here ! I would not recommend it! If you can go elsewhere, do so!! Because they will sell you a car and lie to you and tell you everything is fine with it.

Went it to check out a 2019 Nissan leaf SL model with 15800 miles on it and they didn't want to work on price with me at all in fact they bummed up the price 3k for dealer add ons that they did not even pay to have done because that's how they received it from the orginal owner. walked in looking to pay under 27891 for price of said car and they show me 30100 for protection package and nitro filled tires that's all before taxes. This place is a joke and what you call a real stealer-ship rather than a dealership. If you read the fine print of where I pointed on the picture they put price is excluding add ons dealership may tac on to vehicle.

Don’t buy in this place . They qualify you and after 2 weeks they send you a letter to return the car ,the financial company canceled the loan, I come and they tell me ,that everything is fine that it was one of many financial companies and the next week they tell me, that I have to come again because the PAYMENT WILL BE MORE AND THE INTEREST ALSO .....FTS

I visited and called several dealers in the area and out of the area and Raceway Nissan treated me with respect, allowed me to be picky be myself ask a million questions and took care of everything I asked for. They made what can be a stressful experience into a happy and easy purchase. From my sales person Gabriel to the finance team and the management, everyone was amazing and when it is time for me to replace my Nissan frontier I will be coming back for sure.
