Unless you wanna get constant phone calls, emails, and text messages, don’t put your information into this website. I just wanted a simple quote for shipping a car, that’s it. I didn’t expect to get this many messages, and calls, and voicemails from so many random people. Jesus.
I requested a quote online, but was not given the option to select enclosed shipping. I then received texts, emails and phone calls from at least 20 different third party shippers/carries since A-1 is only acting as a broker. Most of these quotes are sketchy low-ball offers ($200 to transport my classic Corvette to a different state? Hard pass.) I'm not impressed with this process and will be working with a different broker/carrier.
Devin has lied to me multiple times. I was told three to five days and we are on 10 business days. He has zero clue where my vehicle is and I'm about to report it as stolen.

Don't use the calculator part of this website they give your data out. Immediately within seconds I got 10-15 texts, emails and phone calls and for weeks now it still won't stop. I even unsubcribed and it didn't do anything. So frustrating. I just wanted an estimate calculated.

If i could leave zero stars would. If you are looking for a company to harass you 24/7 non stop then give this company your information. I wanted to get a quote for a vehicle transport but now I wont stop getting harrased by people trying to get business. Not only that if you show any sign of frustration and get upset with some of these employees be prepared to be severely Berated. Im trying to get in contact with customer service to see if they can erase my information from their database but havent had any luck with that as no one picks up. Steer clear of this company if you want to avoid a headach from non stop calls and texts.
Unethical practices. I simply called for a quote and was informed WITHOUT AN ASSIGNED CARRIER/DRIVER that I would be charged the FULL $1200 UPFRONT without an assurance that a driver could even be found for my route. Nope, Sherpa transport gave me the same quote of $1200 and would NOT charge me the $300 broker fee until a driver was under contract with myself and Sherpa. I would pay the remainder of $900 AFTER my car was delivered safely. Pay attention to reviews, I'm surprised A-1 Auto Transport is still in business. SHAMELESS!

The dispatcher “Joseph” Is a complete liar. I told him I needed my car picked up the same day. Tricked me into paying a $250 Service fee In order for him to look for a driver after he promised that he can pick it up same day. and then after he changed me the fee he said he couldn’t pick it up until the following day. I went ahead and canceled my request and now they do not want to refund me my $250 back. He simply told me to take it up with my credit card company. Just bad business stay away. !!!!

Many review seem fake. They give generate a quote to anywhere in the world to just get you to call. I typed international destination and was given a quote. When I called the number the guy at the end of the line hung up as soon as he heard international. I thought it was a random disconnect. The second time I called same thing happened! I would be very worried to trust these guys with my car. Don't expect any customer service and ship at your own risk!
