I had the best experience purchasing a new (to me) car at the Santa Clara location, thanks to Trever. I called in prior to my appointment with the car I was interested in and Trever was able to get that exact car for me. It was at a different location (farther away) so I expected to see something similar to it. It was a nice surprise to be able to check out the exact car I was interested in. The whole process was thorough, super stress free, and exciting. Everyone I interacted with was so nice. I’m an anxious person and I was stressing about the process but it was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had and I was able to leave that same day with the car I wanted. If you are going to Enterprise to buy a car in Santa Clara ask for Daniel or Omar. They were so nice and not pushy at all. After talking to Daniel for a while, the first car he brought me was perfect. I was surprised that the first car I fell in love with, you’re not supposed to love the first car right?!?! Just to start this off strongly I wanted to thank Roger for taking care of us and going through many cars until I found the one! And Omar who readily walked us through parts of the financing process and helped me understand my first purchase. My dad and I lost hope with our neighborhood dealership/ mom and pop auto dealers and decided to reach out to Francisco in a last ditch effort (whom I was referred to by Savanah @ enterprise curtner.) walked in at 3 and walked out by 7 with a car that fits me and is super comfortable! Will definitely be recommending this place to everyone!
Roger was really helpful & knowledgeable. He explained the differences between using an SUV to it's potential as well as a Truck. Great sense of humor which eased in deciding my purchase. I ended up purchasing a Truck Ford Lariat!! And I LUV IT!!!

Johnny has impeccable customer service. He took the time to answer every question and show me every model I requested to look at. He had a no pressure approach for me to buy throughout the entire process and I feel he really did his beat to get me a car/deal that made the most sense for my needs and budget.

But…
I would not purchase a vehicle from this Location. I showed up trying to purchase a vehicle. They explained to me my options. They informed me that I would not be able to purchase the vehicle later to find out from 3 other enterprise dealerships… All we had to do was a simple mail transfer of information to get the purchase taken care..I found out half an hour after I left. They sold the truck to somebody else when I could’ve purchased it. The little guy in the bowtie explained to me straight into my eyes. There was nothing he can do as if he knew what he was doing, but obviously he didn’t. Therefore, I missed out on a vehicle and I haven’t got a call back from the dealership for apology or any type of compensation for them wasting my time and money..do not purchase cars from people who don’t know what they’re talking about nor have the respect to treat you like a human being versus trying push you out the door as if they’re going on lunch break saying there’s nothing they can do for you.
I suggest you don’t buy a car from Omar or this location.
I was happy with the car (from Enterprise Car Sales), and the process for buying a vehicle was smooth even though I could not allow the dealer to pull up my credit report again as I already had a pre-approved loan from my bank. Thank Enterprise's staff so much for your time and help.

I found the car I want online.I chatted and made an appointment. I thought I have to go to Redwood city Enterprise. Daniel Hall from Stevencreek Enterprise called me and he said he would brought the car to Stevencreek, which is closer to our home.
On the appointment day,when Daniel called ,I thought I could not make it.But,later that day we arrived to Stevencreek Enterprise without calling Daniel.

Kelsey was extremely knowledgeable about the car I was interested in and was able to answer all of my questions. She was also very patient and never made me feel rushed or pressured. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase and even followed up with me after the sale to make sure everything was going well. Overall, I would recommend anyone in the market to come check out enterprise first and speak with Kelsey!
Extremely pleased with the service we received from Kelsey, Aaron and Baby. From the minute we walked in, til the time we drove our new car off the the lot they made us feel very welcomed and at ease. The most Luke wam car buying experience I’ve ever had! Aaron is the worst customer care rep I’ve ever experienced! The manager Baby was helpful and she knew what she was doing down to a science! The sales team wasn’t inviting nor were very hands on Aaron kind of made me feel unwelcome. I enjoyed working with baby and Milan was absolutely amazing! They should hire more staff like her! She identified with me asked a question and had the upmost empathy for me! That’s amazing customer care as I work in customer care as well. Milan is absolutely Amazing! I interacted with Matthew, Baby and Carlos while I was there and all of them were super friendly and knowledgeable. Matthew went out of his way to answer many of my random questions by conducting research when needed. I cannot recommend this location and this team enough! Also, the car I purchased is in excellent shape, as were all of the other cars on the lot.
