This is the first time dealing with a Lexus service department, many other companies but not Lexus.
I was impressed with the professionalism of the service writers and yet they were also very personable.
Everything was explained to detail and open for any questions I may have.

I had a warning notice of “ check hybrid system “ on my car dashboard so I took it to Lexus Service Center. And my consultant Samson was so attentive and put me at ease right away. Gave me a loaner. Kept my car for several days to make sure everything is okey. I was so happy and satisfied with the service and work they did..

It is my first time to maintain my NX300h in US. I felt very comfortable while I’m waiting for my car. The receptionist Mr. TJ Ha is very polite and professional explaining the process. It’s a very good experience.

It’s a decent servicing experience at Lexus Stevens Creek. Customer service by Alfonso is outstanding. But they can definitely improve in small gestures like
1. Just charging the electric car, if they gonna keep it the whole day or in my case 3 days.
2. If they claim that they are cleaning inside out then they could also clean cup holders or dashboard…

This Lexus was a 5th wedding anniversary gift from my husband. We purchased it together on January 8, 2025. Tragically, just three days later, on January 11, 2025, my husband suddenly passed away.
By God’s grace, during those three days, he had the chance to fully experience driving the car, and he truly loved it.
To me, this Lexus is not just a means of transportation. It is a precious memory, a beautiful gift my husband gave me before he returned to be with God.
On February 3, 2026, when I brought my car in for routine maintenance, I was fortunate to meet Mr. Michael Nagy. He was highly professional, dedicated, and genuinely compassionate toward my story. He took exceptional care of my car — with attentiveness and thoughtfulness far beyond my expectations.
Everything he did for my car made me feel deeply comforted, happy, and truly touched.

I must say that I have never had a car in the shop for two months but having said that, I was given a beautiful new Lexus as a loaner car so therefore it was a great experience. I just got my car back and it looks amazing. It was absolutely clean as a whistle so I really appreciate everything that was done. The car is running beautifully. Michael Nagel was always good about keeping me informed.

I've received great service from Gerardo Portillo in Lexus Stevens Creek recently. There are few scratches under the front bumper on my car. He gave me some suggestions to repair the scratches with the highest quality in reasonable price. It meets the quality I'm looking for and the costs expected. This great experience makes me want to have the next service continue in Lexus Stevens Creek.

Stellar service from Alfonso and the rest of the team at the Lexus service department after a rock start and quick recovery that went beyond expectations.
I thought I was going in for a recall notice I had. They thought I was coming in for my 5,000 mile service, I'm at half that which is why I wasn't expecting it yet, but they do it at 6 months if you haven't hit 5,000.
I requested a loaner in the text exchange, and they said they would "try" but they're first come first serve, which I thought was odd since I paid for the service package that comes with a loaner.
Alfonso explained when I arrived they hadn't scheduled a recall job for me, just 5,000 mile service. He said a loaner wouldn't be available for that because it takes less than an hour. He immediately said let me see what I can do.
He came back a few short minutes later and told me they would do everything and managed to find a loaner for me.
That was when it went from initially bad to good.
As we were doing a walkaround on my car I pointed out a body issue I needed to take care of. This is where it went over the top exceeds expectations. He told me they can do the work, gave a very fair price, a fraction of what I expected, and came up with a schedule that worked for me, covered by a loaner.
The results were beautiful - like new.
I was so impressed that Alfonso and team were able to work around the communication problem on the initial call, adapt and work me in to cover the recall too, and then return my car to its original look for such a fair price.
This is my first Lexus. I've never been treated that well at any other dealer's service department.Jan 26, 2026 -

I have been going to Lexus for service for over 16 years. I have always had good experiences with the representatives. However, recently, I had an exceptional experience with Gerardo. I purchased the tire and wheel insurance. I had severe damage to one of my wheels. Gerardo was instrumental in navigating the process, forgetting three wheels repaired that required the use of separate vendors. He acted with a sense of urgency, followed up with the appropriate people, and pushed to get excellent outcomes. He went above and beyond and for that reason, I feel compelled to write this. I will continue to request Gerardo on a go forward basis for my Lexus servicing needs.

I received amazing service from Technology Specialist Christopher Valdovinos, he is a lifesaver! I purchased a previously owned Lexus NX and it needed a factory reset from the previous owner to me. Chris got on the phone with Lexus, assisted in getting the transfer from the previous owner to me. He then patiently explained to me all the various functions of the car. Wow, he is a saint! Michael N. was very polite & professional. I went in for an oil change, also rotated my tires for a nominal cost. Service was done in a timely manner that day. Uber was offered if you I didn’t want to wait. Will be a repeat customer!

I had My bumper repaired and spot painted and they saved me money. I needed to replace my bumper grill anyways, so it came out cheaper every thing went smoothly. They did an excellent job. The whole process was really smooth. Plus they put me in a loaner car and had it done before the time they told me it was gonna be done. Awesome job good teamwork.

I went there for the complimentary 5k service and a SW recall. I had called in advance and secured a loaner which was good as they have been very busy and would not otherwise been able to give me one without reservation. The technicians were very communicative and helpful. Very pleasant experience.

I had an excellent experience with Alex in the Lexus parts department. He was incredibly helpful and truly went above and beyond to help me out. His care for customer service really impressed me.
His knowledge, professionalism, and genuinely willingness to help really stood out. I was struggling finding the right parts I needed, but Alex made sure I had the right parts and made the whole process easy and stress-free.

Took too long, 5 hours to be exact! I had a morning appt(9:40am) and still had to wait that long for something simple. Service Advisor was vague and wasn't the best at communicating. He made unprofessional sarcastic remarks about my car and wait time. I wouldn't come back to Stevens Creek Service Center again. I didnt get my car back till 3:30pm. Waste my time!!!

I had an amazing experience with Alfonso during my service appointment. I recently moved here from Vegas and he was nice enough to give me some new spots around town to try out. He kept me updated during every step of the way and was just a genuine and kind person. I highly recommend this location and Alfonso in particular!

My Lexus RX350's front splitter and fenders were cracked and needed replacement. Eric Yang served me; he was so considerate. He suggested I buy the parts from their official website and have them delivered to the store, as they would only charge for labor. I was very satisfied with the price and extremely satisfied with Eric Yang's service. He was professional and considerate of his customers, and I would definitely recommend him to my friends.

This was my first service with Stevens Creek Lexus in a number of years. Quality, cleanliness and excellent customer service has not changed in all that time.
My service writer, Paymon Khajavi was extremely helpful in explaining all that needed to be done, when it would get done and getting me a loaner as my car was going to need to stay overnight to take care of a safety recall issue in addition to my first regular service with this car.
My car was done relatively early the following day and everything was great. I highly recommend this service department as well as Paymon's strong attention to detail to great customer service.Dec 23, 2025 -
I went in for my major service a few days ago and Paymon was so knowledgeable and proficient while helping me. He made sure that all the services needed for my car was done and he went out of his way to provide additional services my car needed. Whenever I am back at this location or need anything, I'll be sure to contact Paymon as he offers exceptional support and care while serving his clients. Since the service was going to take more than a day, he assisted us in getting a rental car until our car was ready and he made the whole process as smooth and quick as possible.

First time here at Lexus Stevens Creek. Like how everything was setup. I didn’t have to wait long for a service consultant. My service consultant was Ramsin who was great. Also love seeing the vehicles through the shop service windows while getting repairs done. Inside is clean and well kept. Didn’t feel old and over bearing. Great place to take your Lexus for service!

Amazing experience at Stevens Creek Lexus Service department, from start to finish.
From my very first call to the completion of service, everything was handled with professionalism and care. Paulina answered my call to request a quote for a windshield replacement; she provided it right away over the phone and promptly followed up with a written quote by email. As soon as I accepted, I received a call from Service Consultant Payman Khajavi, who scheduled me in the same day.
Payman clearly explained the entire process, coordinated the visit from the insurance adjuster, and even arranged a brand-new Lexus loaner vehicle for me. When my car was ready, he informed me that a complimentary safety inspection had been performed and thoughtfully pointed out the need for a new battery, front alignment, and tires, all valid recommendations, with absolutely no pressure. I chose to replace the battery, and they took care of it immediately.
Throughout the process, Payman kept me updated at every step. His professionalism, prompt communication, honesty, and straightforward approach were exceptional, a complete night and day difference from my experience with another Lexus dealership.

I had such a great experience with the service team of Lexus Stevens Creek at 300 Martin Avenue, Santa Clara, CA.. Everyone I worked with was super knowledgeable, detailed, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with the service. I had a great experience with my 20,000-mile service at Lexus. Michael Nagy was very helpful throughout the process. The service took about two hours, and the dealership provided complimentary coffee, water, and a comfortable waiting area that included cubicles for working or studying. The entire facility was very clean, and all the staff were friendly and professional.

Called in the morning for an oil change appointment and was able to come in a few hours later. Was quickly checked in as a first time customer and given a loaner car in less than 30-45 mins! Came back and car was ready to be picked up and parked in the shade. Amazing service!
