Great experience. 1st time using Stevens Creek Lexus service department on a Lexus that had not been serviced by Lexus in almost 10 years. They did a 125k service and only found a few minor items that they explained and then gave me a great update on all the important mechanical items. Now have a lot more confidence in the car and it's mechanical condition. Thank you, Samson, 5 Stars.

My TX 350 windshield needed replacement, and I had a wonderful experience at the Stevens Creek Service Center. Sophia and Tommy were excellent — they responded to my messages promptly and kept me updated throughout the process. The drop-off and pick-up were smooth and quick, and the team worked on my car efficiently. I truly appreciate their honesty — the final payment was even lower than the original estimate. And to top it off, they filled up my gas tank! I highly recommend the Stevens Creek Service Center to all Lexus owners. Their service is miles ahead of the Fremont dealership, where the staff have been rude, dishonest, and unhelpful. Even though I live closer to Fremont, I’ll gladly drive farther to Stevens Creek for honest and professional service.

I had such a great experience with the service team of Lexus Stevens Creek at 300 Martin Avenue, Santa Clara, CA.. Everyone I worked with was super knowledgeable, detailed, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with the service. They took time to explain everything clearly and didn’t rush through any details. What really stood out to me was how responsive they were — they encouraged me to reach out if I had any questions afterward, and they replied right away when I did. They even offered for me to bring my car back to follow up. It’s rare to find a team that’s this professional and customer-focused. Highly recommend them!

Service is as good as prices are high. Took car in due to check engine light. Service members were polite and was able to get a loaner immediately. The list of repairs weren't the issue but the pricing was. I am not a car person but I am aware of the cost of basic auto maintenance. One of the repairs was replacing two tires. One of my tires were worn down badly and generally if you're replacing one tire- you should replace two so the balance is the same. The quoted price for replacing two tires was $1400. For context, for my car you can get tires for $150-$200 each and even an inept person like myself can change a tire in 30 minutes. At a professional auto shop tires can be swapped out in 5 minutes. Even if an alignment is thrown in it still doesn't justify getting charged this much. *edit lexus said they were quoting 4 different tires- kind of difficult to see that in the estimate- but if that's the case then that line is a misunderstanding. However they also quoted $1486 to fix the front window. In the past I was quoted $900-1000 by a different mechanic. And when I actually got it fixed by a completely different mechanic, the charge was substantially less then both quotes. It's not news that dealership service locations have a mark up. So if you can't be bothered to find an independent mechanic be prepared to pay extra.

As always my experience at the Lexus of Stevens Creek service center deserves a 5 star rating. From the moment you pull up to the service drive you are greeted by professionals. Of course the service center is always clean. You can see your vehicle being serviced by the Lexus techs. Ramsin, my service advisor is a true pro. His great customer service along with his knowledge of the Lexus line is impressive. He is also a family man that goes far with me. I also had a wonderful conversation with Monika the service mgr. She is very approachable and kind. You can see why the success of this dealership is from the the staff that makes everything run well.

I noticed a special promotion for body work at the Martin Ave location. I sent photos of SC430 bumper damage to get an estimate in advance, and then scheduled the work. The Lexus adviser, Marcos, listened well, instilled confidence, and updated me every step of the way as needed. He also had a tire checked for me. He's a great role model for others.

Our trip there was for service maintenance warranty! Quick, easy wait in lobby area, professional, and accommodating. Only thing we would have liked to receive was printed feedback on all conditions checked on car. We would return for any services needed.

Excellent experience at the Stevens Creek Lexus service center. Reception was professional, staff was ready to process my maintenance requests and a loaner was immediately available upon my arrival. My service advisor, Michael Nagy, reviewed my past service history and current mileage. He measured the tire tread depth and inspected the exterior of my RX450h. He recommended services based on his professional training and knowledge of my vehicle model requirements. He was able to recommend the service department bumper repair capabilities and a special coupon for a scuff on my front bumper which I agreed. I have experienced many past Porsche and BMW service appointments but the Stevens Creek Lexus service experience has been the best! Plus the front bumper is as new again.

Solid first experience here! Great large facility with a nice waiting area. I had requested my complimentary 5000 mile service and was willing to pay for an oil change, but they pushed up my 10000 mile service so I got the oil change for free as well so that was nice. I guess only drawback was I had an appointment but still waited nearly 3 hours for a simple oil change. Supposedly they have complimentary loaner cars here but I was not offered one nor given the option for a complimentary rideshare (if that's something that is offered). Would have been nice to get that option so I could have spent the time running errands instead of sitting around the waiting area.

I had a great experience with my 20,000-mile service at Lexus. Michael Nagy was very helpful throughout the process. The service took about two hours, and the dealership provided complimentary coffee, water, and a comfortable waiting area that included cubicles for working or studying. The entire facility was very clean, and all the staff were friendly and professional.

This place has very good service. Even though I had an appointment to bring my car in for maintenance, I was 30 minutes late due to traffic jam. They were still happy to serve me. After the maintenance was done, they washed and cleaned the car very well. I rate ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Called in the morning for an oil change appointment and was able to come in a few hours later. Was quickly checked in as a first time customer and given a loaner car in less than 30-45 mins! Came back and car was ready to be picked up and parked in the shade. Amazing service!

Absolutely ridiculous took my car in for a service was offered a complimentary wash but the clean up was extremely poor. Spots and stains left all over. I d recommend if you can make the drive go to serrramonte one instead

My service was good. I received a loaner vehicle which was helpful and they finished my oil change within about 3 hours even though they were very busy. I did ask to let me know if my tires needed rotated and was told I’d get a call to let me know. I didn’t get a call and had to find out they weren’t rotated after I went to pick my car up. Otherwise, it was good.

Lexus of Stevens Creek has taken care of my LS460 since it was new. It's now 12 years old and runs like new. I'm happy with the service I get at the dealership. They have the right part and a knowledgeable service crew. It is a bit expensive, but my car should last another 10 years. The LS460 is a great car!
