Guy was perfect at his job had it done in time and saved me a lot of money . He was very professional & went out his way to help me when my car battery hood would not open and my battery was dead it seemed impossible yet he made it look so easy !!

Great service! Had a flat tire was stuck for three days! He came out so quick and was knowledgeable about my spare tire which was hard to get to. To be honest, this is the best towing in SJ I’ve ever called. Moe from H&R SanJose picked up the phone right away and didn’t hesitate to tow my 10,000 van from San Jose to Hayward. . He even gave me a ride back home from the shop.
Highly recommend. He goes above and beyond in service. Insurance tow was 2 hours out. Every other local tow 1.5 hours. I called H&R and he was there in 25 minutes. He makes sure everything is fine before he leaves.

When AAA said they couldn't help us, we called H&R towing and they were here in under 30 minutes to save the day and tow us to safety, even though it was late on a Sunday!
Moe is amazing. After waiting for a couple of hours for roadside service, that never showed up. We called Moe at 1:00 in the morning and he was there within 20 minutes with a great attitude and better price.. Moe explained everything he was doing and was so kind. I highly recommend H&R Towing. Moe is the man he came really fast and was very knowledgeable and knew what it was right away without telling him. He was careful and very experienced had no idea he was close by I guess we're neighbors thanks for everything you're the best.
Moe arrived sooner than expected and once he began handling my issue - carefully reversing my car out of a spot I accidentally drove into in the dark - I knew that I was the luckiest person in the world. Moe took his time and approached my car's predicament with care and with an expertise that only a mechanical engineer would use. Using physics and a lot of self-made tools, Moe got my car into a position from which I could finally back out of my spot and get back on the road. Not only that, he saved my oil pan which would have been completely lost if he had just yanked my car out with his tow truck. After being so unlucky to end up in an awful spot, I was the luckiest of all to have Moe be the person to arrive on the scene and solve my problem. You won't regret calling Moe for help if you need it because he is a rare person in this world today. He is actually someone who cares and who will know how to solve your problem and do it better than anyone else, saving you money in the process. I will call Moe in the future if I ever need help. Moe was extremely helpful. I had my broken down car towed home and after telling him my story of how I just needed to sell the car and get it off my hands, he provided me with some options he knew of, as well as informed me of some state laws about idle vehicles. I called him 2 days later to sell the car to a yard after considering other options. I appreciated how nice he was to work with and his kind advice.
I have requested Moe’s services several times. He lives nearby so every time he arrived with 10-15 minutes. He was very experienced and did his job fast and with a very reasonable price. He was truly considerate for the customers.
Moe was fast and super helpful. The car didn't really need to be towed and he was honest about it. He was able to fix the issue. The fees were very reasonable but above all the peace of mind knowing that the car was not really broken and that his presence reassuring.
This company is fast and professional. I waited two and a half hours for my insurance to try to find a tow truck for me when my car broke down. I told myself I’d had enough and decided to call an independent towing company. When I called Mo he said he would be there as soon as possible. He loaded the car up very gently and at no time was I worried for my car. We got to my destination very quick and before I knew it the car was unloaded. Next time I will call Mo right away.

Moe came to my place to pick up the key and then went to where the car parked to toll the car. The price is totally reasonable and he saved me large amount of time. BTW, he helped me out on his birthday during the traffic hour, I really appreciate it.

Mo's service was excellent! He works with skill and efficiency and was very plesant to talk to as he towed my car home. My car stalled on Labor Day and he showed up within 30 minutes of me calling for help. I couldn't imagine an easier experience needing a tow.

I needed a jump. He got to me in 7minutes, and then the fun started. He wouldn’t accept card. So I had to give him my drivers license and card, and follow him to his home to run them.
Service was prompt the owner is eager to please. Just texting me for information after I’ve left and paid him so he can finish paperwork is weird.
Called the owner to tow my car to a tire shop to have two of my lug nuts removed because they were stripped on my flat tire. He arrived and checked my tire and said that he can take the lug nuts off and fix my tire if I'd like. He gave me a decent quote and I said yes. The guy immediately took the stripped lugs off with some good muscle and checked my tire. He confirmed that he could fix it and in less than 20 minutes, patched my flat, threw everything back on secured. Filled my tire with air and was done. Great customer service, has been in the business for 36 years. He knows what he is doing. I found out while he was fixing it that he is the owner. If you need a tow, have a flat.... you need to call this guy. Great service and decent prices. Very thankful for people that know how to do good business and care about their customers.
