Guy was perfect at his job had it done in time and saved me a lot of money . He was very professional & went out his way to help me when my car battery hood would not open and my battery was dead it seemed impossible yet he made it look so easy !!

To be honest, this is the best towing in SJ I’ve ever called. Moe from H&R SanJose picked up the phone right away and didn’t hesitate to tow my 10,000 van from San Jose to Hayward. . He even gave me a ride back home from the shop.
Highly recommend. He goes above and beyond in service. Insurance tow was 2 hours out. Every other local tow 1.5 hours. I called H&R and he was there in 25 minutes. He makes sure everything is fine before he leaves.

Moe is amazing. After waiting for a couple of hours for roadside service, that never showed up. Moe was fast and super helpful. The car didn't really need to be towed and he was honest about it. He was able to fix the issue. The fees were very reasonable but above all the peace of mind knowing that the car was not really broken and that his presence reassuring.
